We really enjoyed our first time in Park City and staying in this condo! The location was perfect for us. It was steps to main street and allowed us to walk to dinners and breakfast in the morning… Our children especially loved the fact that they could hook right into the walking trail next to the building and go on walks each day! The nice snow filled grassy area beneath the balcony provided lots of fun in the snow building snowmen and snow angels! It was such a clean condo, so comfortable and cozy! I loved that it was on the top floor and sat in the corner of the building! Working with Kurt and Kollin was so easy and they made our trip stress free for arrival and departure! Our family especially loved being able to use the hot tub on those chilly nights! Would definitely stay here again!

We've been to Park City multiple times, but have never stayed so close to town. The condo couldn't have been better. Clean, nice, comfy, and the Owner communicated continually just to make sure everything was going as planned. We couldn't have asked for more.

Well appointed condo located in the heart of Park City. All rooms were were very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was great for preparing meals. Very convenient to town lift, shops, and restaurants. We rented a car but never needed it. Outdoor and indoor hot tubs were available to use and not crowded.

We spent a week at Park Station with our two young kids and had a wonderful time. First: The location was everything, as it was a short walk to the town lift and Main Street (less than 5 min). The unit itself was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable (our 7 and 9 year olds also remarked on this!). Kitchen was well appointed and easy to cook in. Fireplace kept everything nice and cozy. And our host was exceptional. Kurt answered my (many!) questions in the weeks leading up to our trip. He went out of his way to help me plan a successful trip and he thoughtfully checked in during our trip to make sure all was well. Kurt, thank you and your family for your help! Kids are already asking when we can go back.

Can't say enough about the condo. The place was spotless, well stocked with towels, paper products, kitchen supplies, etc, and the beds were very comfortable. And as the description says, location was absolutely perfect..less than 5 min walk to the town lift and main street, easy walk to the Park City transit center, and a 5 min drive to the groceries and other restaurant areas. The underground parking option was great, especially with the 2+ feet of snow we got during the week. Kurt and Kollin were very proactive with communicating check in/out info, and reached out during our stay just to make sure everything was up to par. Great place, reasonable price, perfect location, and responsive hosts. Thanks for letting us stay!

We stayed for a long weekend with our two teenage boys for a ski trip to Park City. The condo was very clean with comfortable beds and well appointed with everything you’d need. It’s a short walk up to the town lift to get on the slopes quickly, and easy to walk all around Main Street in the evening. The owners were easy to communicate with via text and made the entire process very smooth. Would definitely recommend this place!

As a family of five, we had a great stay at the property. It's in a good location, within walking distance of the Town Lift. The apartment and the entire complex are well maintained and have been recently renovated. We used the outdoor hot tub, which is generously sized and split into 3 sections, every day. The only minor issue was that the pool, which is only a 3-season pool, wasn't open. This is clearly stated in the description, but I overlooked it. It’s worth noting for those who might expect it to be open in the winter.
One thing I cannot stress enough is the communication, which was top-notch. Having booked multiple times on VRBO, I've found that while communication is usually good, Kurt was on another level. A definite 5+.
Without hesitation, I would book again!

We had a fabulous time at the condo. It’s very spacious, inviting & homey. The kitchen was very clean and had everything you needed to cook a meal. There’s lots of comfy sitting places in the family room for at least 6 people. The beds were also very comfortable. There’s lots of conveniences such as plenty of hooks for jackets, scarves, hats, etc; there’s plenty of room to hang your skies & poles; there’s an area to put wet ski boots or dirty hiking boots; there’s plenty of towels for showers and towels for the hot tub/pool; the baths are roomy & come with shampoo, conditioner, soap & lotion. The location was perfect. It’s very close to the Town Lyft, lower Main St & there’s a free bus shuttle next to building 1. We loved our stay & would definitely vacation here again. The skiing was great too.

Our family of five (3 young adult kids) just spent 4 days here skiing. Great communication from our host and his son, who is local. We had a couple questions, which were immediately answered by text, and needed one item, which was promptly dropped off. The unit is very clean and jn great shape. Very comfortable for our family. Short walk to the Town Lift and all the Main Street restaurants. Highly recommend.

Great location very close to downtown. Access to shops and walking/biking paths were literally at our doorstep. Our kids loved the large pool and hot tub and swam everyday. The unit is very clean with more than enough amenities. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes. Highly recommended!

The property owner, Kurt, is wonderful...very responsive and helpful. The condo is conveniently located to all the shops, restaurants and town chair lifts. Very walkable. We visited in July, so parking wasn't a problem at the condo. The condo building is going through updates that are nice and shows the property is well-maintained. Likewise, the condo is clean, updated and has all the amenities you need, especially for Winter skiers. The unit is at the end of the hall which is great for privacy.

We loved staying here. The unit is literally right at the bottom of Main Street and was perfect shopping, people watching, and walks up and down historic Park City. The kitchen is completely stocked if you feel like making a home cooked meal and everything is close by for grocery shopping. Our host was awesome and made sure nothing was left to question. He communicated often but never too much. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. We did a hike in the mountains everyday and all trailheads were within 15 minutes. 5 stars for sure!

My wife and I came to Park City to celebrate my 60th birthday, re-learn to ski and to play in the snow by snow shoeing, dogsledding etc. This property enhanced our experience because of its location, amenities, cleanliness and layout. We loved the openness of the kitchen/dining/living room and , of course, the wood burning fireplace. Everything from the appliances to bureaus to the showers was in good working order. Great hot water and pressure in the showers. Very convenient wall of hooks along the wall as soon as you enter for all of our ski gear and a boot/shoe bin on the floor for wet and snowy footwear. Vert secure property with coded door entry at the main building entrance and again at the door to the condo. We were also able to store our luggage in a large closet on the first floor of building one when we arrived, as it was prior to check in time. The owners were very gracious in helping us to get in the condo earlier than standard check in and they were very easy to communicate with throughout our booking experience. Very clear with location of the property, code access, check-in and check-out procedures. There is an elevator to take to the 4th floor.
The location of the property is a 3 minute walk to Main St and the Town Lift ( the property is on Park Ave ). We could walk out of the back of the building and there is a bike/walking path that takes you behind the buildings on Main St. and you can access Main St. just past the Marriott
Vacation Club. You can also cut through along the pool and access stairs that will take you toward Park Ave or turn left and head to Main. Harvest was our go-to coffee shop and cafe with amazing food and coffee/tea for a pre or post ski fuel up. As soon as you walk up the stairs you run right into it.
There is a bus stop right in front of Park Station and another below the Town Lift overpass. 5 minute ride to the base pf Park City mountain and just slightly longer to Deer Valley. The public transportation is super easy ( and free! ) and there is a free trolley that takes you up and down Main St. And by the way, from the condo building the walk up Main St is uphill the whole way so be prepared for a little work on your walk up!

We are back for our 2nd time this year at this lovey little spot. They take great care of and pride in their place. Opened kitchen is really a plus - we have stayed in other places in the building and the renovated open kitchen makes a big difference. Our boys like a healthy smoothie to start their day and I was surprised to find even a new blender on top of everything else they provide! The walk to town lift is the easiest you can imagine, hot tubs at night a must. Kurt & Kollin want to make sure your stay is A+++ and communicate often with you. Beds are comfy, and our boys like to use the pullout in the living room so everyone gets their own room lol. Showers and baths are very very nice. Worth the price for the people who own it and the location.

The unit was clean and in an excellent location. The proximity to town and activities is easy and close. Set alongside the bike path that runs alongside the Deer Valley highway, means that everything is accessible. Parking was easy. The condo was clean and updated. We had some issues because of neighboring construction noise, but the owner was communicative and understanding.
