Remodeled town home w/sunny deck - Close to Tahoe City, Lake, & Ski resorts
Este condominio 4BR 2BA Lake Forest Glen completamente remodelado se ha establecido con unas vacaciones relajantes en mente. Está decorado en estilo Tahoe, con muebles de madera y adornos de pino. Tiene capacidad para 10 con 3 camas de matrimonio y 4 camas individuales y es ideal para grupos, familias o dos familias que comparten.
La cocina está equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de alta gama, mostradores de baldosas de granito, hielo / agua en el refrigerador y todos los artículos que pueda desear para cocinar comidas gourmet. Condo is represented well in pictures. Location is better than you expect. Condo could use a deep clean and a little more organization for a rental but the location is unbeatable! Complex is friendly, great amenities, close to cute towns, and easy walk to lake access. Location, location, location!!

We had a great stay. The location was wonderful and the set up for 2 families was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked. It is quiet at night, so be sure to recognize the quiet hours.

Loved the location, close to the beach. The house was well-stocked with anything you could possibly need. The kids loved the bunk beds. The internet and fireplace didn’t work, but I’m sure if we had contacted the owner, it could have been resolved. Overall, a nice townhouse. Would stay again!

We stayed here as a group of families and found the location perfect for our young kids. We took advantage of the Lake Forest Beach nearby, which is small but has clean sand, shallow water, and gorgeous views. The home was comfortable and had everything we need, and the kids enjoyed the playground and wooded areas nearby. They area is quiet and residential, and the neighbors were friendly. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Tahoe!

We enjoyed ourselves at this wonderfully located condo. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen was very well supplied with anything that might be needed. The living area was slightly smaller than it appeared, but overall our stay was fantastic and the condo worked very well for us.

We had a great time. The townhome was exactly as advertised. Kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. Downstairs is small but that just made it cozy. The carpet and furniture was a little outdated but the kitchen was nicely updated.
We would definitely consider staying here again on future Tahoe trips.

My family stayed here with another family, and we loved it! Great location and roomy place. The kitchen had all we needed for cooking (except we never found any pitchers for drinks). The kids loved walking down to the lake which was very close. We will definitely stay again when gong to Tahoe!

This was perfect for our family! Plenty of room and amenities. The beach was not far and the pool was fun for all ages. We barbecued, relaxed and joined our family for a momentous birthday in Tahoe City. All in all, and wonderful weekend. Thank you..

This property is close to so many wonderful outlets; access to the lake really close by and Skylandia Park is just beautiful. The property owner was VERY available to answer the few questions we had but we found things easily and REALLY enjoyed such a fully stocked kitchen. This location was perfect for our summer family get-together in memory of my dad who loved Tahoe so much. I recommend this property fully. I might not have 10 full adults staying at once (we had six), but it would work out fabulously for 2 families (four adults) with kids. The owner was such a great guy to work with; he really made us feel at home in his home!

Enough parking in front for a full size truck and SUV. Good water pressure with plenty of hot water on demand. Showers drain and toilets flush without issue. Plenty of fans to keep everything cool during hot days. Gas BBQ filled with propane and worked as expected. Large fridge held all of our food and drinks for a week. Close to Tahoe City amenities. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time. Mike was very responsive when we asked to check in early. The bedrooms are great. The general living space is a little small but we weren't in there much as we were outside having fun. Lovely condo development.

We have stayed at Lake Forest many times and really love it. The location and amenities are great. This condo was terrific and well set up for a large group. Communication with the host was easy and they were very responsive. The kitchen is particularly well stocked which was really appreciated. We would love to come back!

My family of 5 had a great stay at this condo while we skied and celebrated New Year! Easy drive to Palisades Ski resort. Inside the house are 2 closets with rubber trays for wet boots and ski clothes. Best stocked kitchen I've ever rented - lots of pots and pans, which made cooking dinner easy, as we were too tired to go out after a fun day skiing. Plus we drove past Safeway on way back from ski resort.
The house can comfortably sleep 10, but I think that would be too many for living room in winter, not an issue is summer when the deck could be used.
We'd like to stay here again.

Our family truly had a wonderful time at this VRBO. The location to the pool, pickle ball courts and the beach was fabulous. Loved passing the Gnomeville mailbox each day on our walks!!The kitchen had everything and the outside deck such a fun place to share a meal. Thank you Chris and family

A great find in Tahoe City!
This is a very affordable and roomy 4 bedroom condo with all the amenities. It is clean and comfortable, and definitely roomy enough for 8. We were a group of 5, and truly enjoyed our stay. As an extra bonus, there is a great enclosed patio out back, with lots of seating and a BBQ. As an owner of a rental property in Tahoma, I know what to look for and this place has lots of perks. You will not be disappointed in this property and the owner, Michael, is quick to respond and excellent to work with. I give this place 5 stars!

This was a great house and spacious for a family or two. Love the separation of the two bathrooms that allows people to get ready quickly. From a ski perspective appreciated the external ski closet with a lock and the 2 closets inside the house with the rubber tray in case wet clothes drip.
From a location perspective it was also great with a full Safeway less than a couple of miles away,

Great Host, Comfortable, but ants
The living space and bedrooms were great! Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Mike was responsive and easy to work with. We were really grateful for the air purifiers to help with the smoke! We wish we'd been given a heads up about the ants though. Tiny ants in the kitchen and living room. Traps were on the counters and the floors but we couldn't have groceries or anything out on the limited counter space. There isn't room for groceries anywhere else so we were storing them in the microwave and oven to keep the ants out. Sounds like ants are a common Tahoe problem right now, and not limited to this place. Despite the ants, the place was great!
