The property was the perfect distance to the downtown center, easily walkable, and close to several eating and drinking establishments. The unit itself was clean and spacious with an onsite pool that was perfect for relaxing. I would definitely stay here again!

The unit is located just steps away from restaurants, bars, and shopping. There is a dedicated parking spot if you rent a vehicle while you are on St John. The unit itself has everything you could possibly need to include beach chairs, ice chests,etc.

Our family of 4 stayed in John's most perfect condo for Easter weekend. It is the perfect spot- easy, short walking distance to all the great restaurants, bars, and shops in Cruz Bay. The balcony views were amazing! John provided us with everything we could possibly need or want- comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, large bathroom, and a spacious balcony! We will definitely stay here for our next trip.

We stayed at this property for 4 days after staying for 10 days in another unit. The place was clean and comfortable. We always stay at Grande Bay for the convenience of walking to town at night for dinner. We would stay here again!

Perfect location and amount of space for us!

Comfy and extremely clean condo in great location. Weather was rainy day 1 & 2 so it was nice to have a good selection of games and DVD’s. Liked the high top table on the balcony. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of beach supplies. The only hiccup was not being informed prior to our arrival that the elevator was out of service as my husband has mobility issues. We made it work though. Thank you!

This is our third time staying at Grande Bay, first time staying at this condo. The unit was great, clean and comfortable. Nice TV in the bedroom, outdoor furniture and big bathroom. Unit has coolers, chairs, etc which is super nice for the beach. We will be back!

We have stayed at two other units at grande bay. This unit is more spacious and very updated. We loved our stay!

We stayed a week at Sunsets and Breezes and had a wonderful stay. It had a more spacious layout than other 1 bedroom condos we’ve stayed at in the past. We walked to town every day and had easy access to everything we needed. I didn’t get the best rest due to the bed being a bit firmer than I’m used to. Other than that, it was perfect!

Perfect for a stay in Cruz Bay!

John’s property was ideal for our family of 3. Clean, well stocked and perfectly located within walking distance to all the fun in Cruz bay. The property manager, Rachel, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We had an issue with the living room TV and she was there in a matter of minutes to troubleshoot the problem. We truly enjoyed talking with her and hearing all about living and owning on the island. We will be back soon and John’s place will be the first on our list if available.

Grande bay is the most convenient place to stay in Cruz Bay and is close to everything. The unit was very serviceable, but needed a little updating. While this is a small thing, I would suggest, is that if it is advertised as a 4 person unit, you mount another towel bar so that you can hang 4 towels to dry. Being on the 2nd floor is nice, as you only have 1 flight of stairs, but your view is not the best as you are looking at the roof of the units in front of you. The owner was easy to deal with when reserving the property.

First time staying at Grande Bay and it was super nice. It’s so easier to drive to all beaches if you decide to rent a vehicle and then after a long day you can easily walk downtown for dinner/shopping. Clean and beautiful place would definitely stay again!

First time in St John and this unit at Grande Bay Resort was the best! The unit was stocked with everything needed and made it a home away from home. We have no complaints at all and will be back. Everyone should enjoy this Island and this Condo made it so much more relaxing. Location is more than excellent!

The unit was clean and well maintained, basic supplies like chairs and coolers also. Air conditioning worked great! The property manager and owner were also easy to communicate with. Felt safe. Right near ferry doc and taxis to beaches. Overall great experience!

The property and the unit is very nice. The view was a little bit obstructed, but we didn’t mind. It was well equipped with things like coolers and beach chairs. My only complaint was that I felt that the common areas were very dirty, including the gym. i’m guessing the owner has no control over that. The bed was very comfortable too. Hope to come back.

First and foremost, Grande Bay Condos are located in the best location in Cruz Bay. So very close to all the action - top notch restaurants, active bars, shopping, but just far enough away that noise isn’t an issue at all.
Have stayed in this condo twice now, well appointed, clean, very comfortable! Having a pool is a nice plus for cooling down after a day at the beaches, having parking a huge benefit as it is a large extra expense if you have to pay for parking in town and an even bigger hassle if you have to search for free open parking. And if you don’t want to rent a Jeep, the taxis are just a five minute walk away.

Only the bed was a bit too soft for us. Additional toiletries upon arrival would be helpful as we quickly ran out of 1 tiny bottle of shampoo.

We have stayed at Grande bay before but not this unit. We changed units because the other one was starting to show it's age. This unit was fresh and clean. The only thing we would change would be the bed. The mattress needs to be changed as it left our backs a little soar in the morning. All in all we would stay again.
