Our third year spent at Michael’s place was just as good as always! Rare to find rentals where you don’t have to rewash dishes before using and can feel confident in the cleanliness of the sheets. Bunk beds are a favorite and the other condo owners are lovely!

This was the perfect place for our little family vacation. Beach access and pool access was a short walk away. Short drive to just about anywhere you want to go for food and entertainment. Communication with the owner was great! The guards and neighbors were super nice. The kitchen was fully stocked. The only thing I brought from home was my crock pot and waffle iron. It was awesome having the washer and dryer in the unit. The teenage kids complained a bit about the wifi, but even that worked out for the best. It got them off their phones! I would absolutely recommend this place. Thank you for the memories!

We had a great time staying at Southwinds E5. Michael was great to get in touch with and answered any questions as needed. We had issues with the sliding glass door and he addressed it before we even arrived, letting us know what all was going on. The place was clean and we enjoyed it and plan on coming back next year! Location was great and owner was very responsive. The room was not very clean upon our arrival and the items on the cleaners checklist had not all been completed. We washed our own linens, had to clean out the fridge and other parts of the condo. Other than that it was a nice trip.

I had not been to AB in over 6 years, and it was so good to be back. I actually remember when the property was built. Unit was great, the only hiccup was the sliding glass door not functioning as it should, but we gave it a little TLC to make it so we could enjoy the balcony. We hope to return again.

We loved everything about this condo. Cannot wait to come back and possibly stay in Mike's 3rd floor condo. The kids loved the pool, we all loved the beach and it is such a nice quiet complex. Mike was great and condo clean and cozy.

One of the cleanest rental properties we’ve ever stayed at- the dishes were clean, the floors could be walked on barefoot, the towels were a bright white, and the sheets were clean and soft! The full size washer and dryer were a HUGE plus! Mike was incredibly easy to communicate with via text- would recommend this place over and over again!

Perfect unit for our family! Well equipped and clean and the washer and dryer were a game changer! Was so great to have linens included and to be able to wash all of our clothes before heading home. Awesome stay!
The property is only a short walk to either the pool or the beach. It's in great condition with all amenities needed for a relaxing stay at the beach. We had a minor A/C issue upon arrival...Mike was easy to make contact with and visited us at the property and had a repairman out in a short time to address and solve the problem. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to book with Mike again in the future!

Memorial Day Weekend
Decent property for a beach weekend. The unit was clean when we got there and smelled nice. Ice maker was broken but we were informed before we arrived and there was some ice left in the freezer for us along with trays so we had no issue. The master bedroom was fine the ensuite bathroom is tight but functional. The other bedroom has bunk beds and a single bed, the bunk beds do make so the fan won't work and I think is permanently turned off. Towels, pillows, showers are worn and bit rusty in areas including patio door and the window shades are old and work ok. We were there for the beach and pool which is right there so did not spend a ton of time inside. Fun weekend overall.

Nice location and owner communication
We stayed here over a long weekend and it was located very well in a nice quiet complex with two pools. Less than ten minutes to most Morehead locations, walking distance to the beach and a quick drive to anywhere on Atlantic Beach. Communication was great with Mike and checkin was easy. The condo was on the first floor after the equivalent of an outdoor staircase from the parking lot. A ramp was available if needed. Plenty of parking. Kitchen was equipped with all the basics and there were even beach chairs available and full laundry in unit.
I only did 4/5 stars because of older towels, very flat pillows, and older couches. Master shower/bath was tight but the shared main bathroom had more room. I would recommend bringing your own pillows and towels but the price was very fair for everything else you get. Would stay again!

Beautiful Beach
First time to Atlantic Beach and loved it. The rental was clean and just as pictured. There were plenty of beach chairs and just a short walk to the beach. One pool is pretty close to the balcony and the other is near the beach. It was a quiet location, and it seemed to have more residents than renters which meant the pools were not crowded at all. Fort Macon is really close and my 9 year olds loved it. The whole condo development has a nice, safe, relaxed feel to it. I recommend this rental.
