Sonoran Desert Style Home 2BR/2BA + Den and Private Pool
Casa de estilo desértico sonorense, mucha luz y con un plano de planta abierto. Idealmente ubicado en N. Fénix. Fácil acceso a AZ 101, AZ 51 y I 17 para explorar Phoenix, Scottsdale y más allá (Flagstaff, Sedona). En un barrio tranquilo y pacífico, cerca de películas, restaurantes, tiendas, spas, campos de golf.
Esta es nuestra casa principal y prestamos mucha atención a los pequeños detalles. Nos encantan los ambientes minimalistas, con mucha luz brillante y una mezcla de decoración moderna y étnica.
La casa es de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños más den con aprox. 1,900 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable y un plano de planta abierto y luminoso. Incluye un garaje cubierto para dos autos. El patio trasero tiene paisajes del desierto de Sonora, con una terraza cubierta, área de césped y piscina privada no climatizada con terraza. No hay parrilla de barbacoa. Los invitados tendrán la casa para ellos y no la compartirán. La casa tiene capacidad para 4 personas cómodamente, con la opción de que 2 personas más se queden en el sofá cama junto al Den.
El dormitorio principal es muy grande y con mucha luz natural. Tiene una cama King Tempurpedic. El baño principal está abierto con ducha de granito y bañera y vestidor.
El dormitorio de invitados es más pequeño y tiene una cama doble y un televisor con servicio de cable. El baño de visitas es adyacente y recientemente renovado con ducha de granito.
El Den tiene un sofá cama (tamaño doble) y un televisor de alta definición de 50 'equipado con servicio de cable y un dispositivo Chromecast de Google para transmisión de video a pedido (VOD). Hay WiFi a través de la casa.
La cocina está totalmente equipada con microondas, horno, cocina, horno, filtro de agua de ósmosis inversa, nevera, cafetera, licuadora, tostadora y set completo de cubiertos.

We stayed in this lovely home for an extended period while obtaining treatment at Mayo Clinic. The home was perfect, yard and pool were beautiful and the hosts were very accommodating to our schedule. It is in very close proximity to Mayo Clinic, dining, shops at Desert ridge as well as the freeway. Very enjoyable stay.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood, about a mile from the 101 loop. There are walking trails nearby and a very large shopping mall is a short drive away. I most appreciated the spaciousness of the master bedroom and living areas, which all face walls of windows that overlook the lovely backyard and small pool. The house has interesting art and artifacts. Agustin was very accessible and helpful.

This home is beautiful. We had a relaxing 2-week stay. Very close to walking trails and a city park. Private backyard. Large, well supplied kitchen. Close to shops and restaurants. It had everything we needed!

My wife and I spent 4 weeks here and loved it. The house is large, comfortable and fully equipped. The neighborhood is quiet but there are many stores and restaurants a mile away. We loved walking on the nice walking trails in the neighborhood. Agustin was a very accommodating host. We hope to come back.

The house had everything that we needed and the location was perfect (a mile from the pro shop @ Wildfire Golf club). The only drawback was the weather which was extremely cold and wet but you can't blame the host for that.

I rented this house for 6 weeks whilst I was recovering from a kidney transplant. The owners could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The house is wonderful and has plenty of room. The backyard and pool are beautiful. The location is absolutely amazing. It was so convenient to the hospital. Plus there are tons of shops and supermarkets just down the street. I would definitely stay here again!

This is our fourth time we have been at this property. It has always been clean, very well equipped and stocked with the basics and the location in Desert Ridge is perfect for all of our activities—shopping, walking, hiking and golf! Best hosts EVAH!

This beautifully equipped house was the perfect location for a visit with our daughter and son-in-law’s new home. We could get to see our grandson in 5 minutes! A huge shopping area is 5 min away. The kitchen is fabulous and well stocked. The beautiful pool is inviting and beckoned on warmer days.? Any issues were addressed immediately. We will seriously consider staying here in subsequent visits.

My husband and I just finished a 5 night stay in this lovely home. Communication with the owners was perfect, the home was well stocked and sparkling clean. The pool, although Unheated, was a comfortable temperature and a nice break for a hot stretch stretch of weather. We stopped and bought pool noodles, there didn’t appear to be any floating toys for use. The location was close to shopping as well as Both Cave Creek and Carefree (15-20 minutes) Thx for making this available! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Just about perfect!
Just about perfect, because it would be PERFECT if we could have stayed longer! The property is located in a very well maintained neighborhood with plenty of walking paths, and 3/4 mile from Marketplace. House is very well stocked and always comfortable. We are booked to stay here again next t year!

Dream rental
This is a beautiful property with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Phoenix. We love relaxing in the backyard and walking in the neighborhood arroyos. The location is ideal for shopping and dining at Desert Ridge Mall, as well as accessing freeways to explore the area. Patricia and Agustin are gracious hosts. We highly recommend this home.

Beautiful property - in a wonderful location. Love the access to shopping, and reachable to a lot of our favorite golf courses.

Amazing retreat
This home has everything—location is less than a mile from shopping and restaurants; close to Loop 101; lots of great golf a short drive away. The home is impeccable. The yard perfect. Weather did not permit use of pool but it looks wonderful. Owners extremely friendly and great to work with.
