Bienvenido a 'Casa de Benditas "(español para Casa de las Bendiciones), que es una de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños Atico en el centro de Cabo San Lucas en la prestigiosa comunidad cerrada de Pedregal- el Beverly Hills de México. Casa de Benditas sienta encima de la tortazo Pedregal de montaña en el medio del Mar de Cortés y el Océano Pacífico. Nada más que la perfección! Disfrute de las impresionantes despejadas vistas panorámicas de la ciudad de Cabo San Lucas, la Marina, los barcos de cruceros y el Mar de Cortés mientras se relaja en la brisa de la montaña de su propio ático privado.

Booked for Family Vacation with now young adult children and the partners. The view from the penthouse is amazing, the photos don't do it justice. Nice relaxed quiet atmosphere, clean pools and great views. The owner was very attentive... had a small problem with the blender and literally within 30 minutes someone was there with a brand new in the box blender. Getting transportation into town with Uber / cabs was easy as well. Only suggestion is if you plan on walking into town or to the Pacific side bring good shoes. Those great views come with steep hills that aren't great in Birkenstocks.

We stayed at the property in December 2022. The Pedregal community is 5-star and very secure. The condo is well furnished and the view is incredible. There are 2 pools for your use an elevator ride away. . Downtown is a 20 minute walk to the edge and 30 minutes on foot will get you anywhere you need to be. The hosts are great folks and very helpful. Highly recommended, you'll be glad you stayed there.

Property was stunning and exactly as advertised with gorgeous view. Lyle was very helpful in getting us set up with everything we needed.
It should be noted there is a fair bit of construction going on in Pedegral and that can create a lot of daytime noise. If you are away from the property in the day, you'd never notice. But, if you're spending a lot of time on site, be prepared. It isn't the fault of the property or Lyle - Pedegral is just growing like crazy and it is part of the process.

Great views of the Marina and Sea of Cortez, in a gated community. We enjoyed lovely morning walks though the hills of Pedregal, with the private beach only a 15 minute walk away. The penthouse was clean and spacious. The pool area was great for cooling off and sunbathing. All common areas were well kept.
Please note, the only reason "Check-in process" and "Communication with Property Manager" are marked as "1 star" is: Kyle & Kereth gave me the access code and I didn't receive anything from VRBO with regards to check-in - we just gave our information at the gate and proceeded to the Condo. In that respect "Check-in" was a 5 for ease!! We had no communication with the Property Manager so I can not rate this section.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Thank you to Lyle & Kereth for adding this experience to our vacation.

Breathtaking Views
This property is awesome! The location is a bit of a hike if on foot. Better to take Uber for $2.50 US everywhere in Cabo from this location. The condo itself is beautiful and very well equipped. They know what they are doing when they give you plenty of paper towels, garbage bags, even alcohol which we didn't use. The neighbors are nice as well. Free parking if you rent a car.
Two "issues" that renters should be aware of. 1) The noise from DT Cabo comes up the canyon and goes on until 5 AM every night. This is a non-issue unless you are trying to sleep in the master bedroom as the bass noise comes through the windows. 2) The "third bedroom" is separated from the hallway with a curtain. It is shown in the pictures so they are not hiding anything. Please realize that under most circumstances you will need to sleep with eyeshades and earplugs in that space.
That said, if you are out partying all night or don't mind some noise coming from DT into the wee hours of the morning, the views and the property is well worth it. Great pool as well.
They sent our deposit back in full as well.

AMAZING
We had the best time staying at this place! Unbelievable views and a nice get away! It was so easy to walk down to the marina or around Cabo to hang out and eat. About a 15min walk anywhere. The house was so nice to be at and relax. The owners are absolutely amazing and so accommodating! We LOVED it

Beautiful Overlooking Cabo!
2nd time to stay and LOVE IT! Large, airy, clean and has everything you need. Quiet and pleasant with view over Cabo that can't be beat! For restaurants and bars....Easy walk into Mariana in Cabo and can also walk to Madano Beach. Suggest a cab back up to Condo - going up is a little tiresome....but Taxi can be done for $20 This place is definitely worth it and a home run!

Amazing property.
I've been to Cabo a bunch of times. This is an amazing place. It is clean, quiet, safe, well equipped, and has one of the best views in Cabo. It's a 15 minute walk to the center of town. It's a little longer going back because it's a steep climb getting back. If you have any mobility issues at all, the hills will be a problem, up or down.
There is a parking space, so you might consider renting a car.
We had a problem getting access to the condo when we got there because the management company was "at lunch".
We were two couples, and there are two master suites, and a couple extra beds in an open area, suitable for kids.
Overall, a great place.

Great Location, walking distance to the Marina and beaches
I have stayed in a 2 bedroom unit within this complex previously and love the location as well as views from the property so we chose to stay here again. This 3 bedroom unit is great as it is on the top floor with the best views and nobody can be heard from above. Upon staying in the unit you can tell it has been a rental for awhile as things are showing their wear but still this did not affect our trip. There were 6 adults in our group. We knew the 3rd bedroom had twins which we were fine with. However, we were not expecting an open room with curtains from wall to wall separating the room from the hallway. Some may be ok with this setup however we were unaware of this at the time of booking which caught us off guard. We were expecting 3 private bedrooms. Overall a great trip! Never a bad day in Cabo. Important tip for future renters be sure to go to Cabourritos down the road. They have the best breakfast burritos in town.

Having stayed at many properties all over the world through homeaway and other vacation rentals, this property was one of the best that I have ever stayed at. As soon as you enter and see the view you already know that your vacation will go amazing. Beautifully decorated and pretty much perfect penthouse. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing and we pretty much had it ourselves the entire trip. The staff and condo security were top notch. Having stayed in pedregal before at other properties, this one was the best and would highly highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Cabo. I would suggest only one thing to the owner and that is to get a safe for passport and other things to be put In a safe. Besides that it’s absolutely a perfect place for a get way.

SAFE, CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL VIEWS! JUST DO IT!
I have stayed at a lot of places but this one definitely takes the PRIZE. Lots of space, beautiful pool, large balcony with astounding views of Cabo. Easy walk to restaurants, marina and bars (might want to cab back, but even that is reasonable!) Owner, Lyle is very attentive and WANTS you to ENJOY so he is readily available for questions etc. Also, note to self…security and safety is so apparent and obviously important to owners of these Condos! Yep, going back to this one for sure!

Gem in Cabo
We stayed 5 nights with another couple, the condo was as advertised, clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The view was stunning. Better than simply ocean view, you enjoy both. Many hours in the morning and evenings overlooking the harbour or the sounds of the bustling lights and night life of Cabo. Truly enjoyed our stay!! Thanks to our hosts for the attention to detail and sharing their piece of paradise.

The condo is located in a private neighborhood hat is a short drive to the main strip. You can also walk but in August it is very hot and I decided to walk. The condo is modern and beautifully decorated with Mexican art and colors. It has marbled floors that helped keep the house cool along with the AC in each room. The high ceilings and window walls gives it a contemporary beach house look that is very roomy. You can easily fit 6-8 people. The view of Los Cabos is amazing! The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen to easily prepare meals. There is wifi and cable to entertain the kids at night. We had the pool and jacuzzi for ourselves for the whole week.

Amazing property with an even more amazing view! This property is in the hills of Pedregal and offers everything you need and more for your stay. No hands down if you want to "WOW" your guest..book this Penthouse! Lyle made himself available to answer any questions I had and provided detailed directions.
Little less then an hour drive from SJD Airport. Stop by Walmart on the way, spend some pesos and pick up food and supplies. On arrival I checked in with gate guard to gain pass and met with property management at property. From there, I was left alone to enjoy my vacation. Property was spotless and stocked with every tool needed to enjoy my vacation. I was there with family to celebrate my 35th birthday, I'm re-booking now for a boys trip! :) Mike

Wow, What an Amazing place!
Beautiful up to date clean modern Beautiful place. The day tone view is Fantastic but the night tone view is AMAZING! The owner was Awesome in communication too. This is where you want to be in Cabo! Look no further. We were there for a week & loved every second.

The penthouse was perfect. We had 6 people in our group and we were all very comfortable with plenty of space. The views at night are to die for. The pool area was beautiful and exceptionally clean. This was our first time in Cabo and we all loved it. We will definitely be back!

Very Comfortable, Well Decorated, Spectacular Views
We have stayed at many places during our trips around the world. This is one of the best places that we have stayed. My wife and I along with another couple had the pleasure of spending four wonderful days at this place. The condo is very spacious, well stocked with pots, pans, etc. The condo is professionally decorated, with excellent wifi, tvs, and good air conditioning. The views were spectacular. The patio was also great for happy hour and seeing the cruise ships arriving and departing from the bay. Location is close to town so easy access to many restaurants, etc. The host is very responsive. Definitely would recommend this location.
