The house was clean and check in was simple. The boat orientation was great even for experienced boat owners.
We fished all but one day(due to weather) using the boat and never had an issue. The bait shop, Crazy Lure was about 10 minutes away.
The only wish is that the dock had green lights for fishing at night.
The pool and grill were nice and easy to operate. I also liked how easy it was to connect to the main TV using my YouTube TV account.
I would definitely stay there again!

This house was an absolute amazing experience. Everything was so clean and in such good condition. The boat was incredible and we caught so many fish during our stay. My son is already begging me to rebook for next year. We will definitely be back!!

Everything was great! The house was very clean and nice. Tim gave us a great tutorial on the boat and boat lift. Having a boat was like icing on the cake. The house location was great with the grocery store 5 minutes away. Unfortunately we had some cooler days so when we couldn’t boat, we could float in the pool. The pool was wonderful and warm. Overall a great time at the Cape!

We loved everything about our 2 week stay. Most of the time it was just "us" but we had visitors from family in Venice and our kids and grandkids from CO. The boat and pool were highlights! Most of our time we spent in the lanai. The location was convenient to store and restaurants. We hope to return again! Pam and Tim were wonderful.

This property has all you need for a fun stay on and off the water. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and everything is in great shape. Convenient location and a nice neighborhood for walking and biking. The highlight of the trip was access to the boat, which was perfect for fishing and sightseeing around the area. The boat checkin/out process was a breeze. Crazy Lure bait shop was great for bait and fishing tips and don't miss out on lunch or dinner at Lobster Lady just up the street.

The house was as advertised. Very clean and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and in great shape as well. Some houses I've stayed in the knives were very dull and frying pans were not usable. The boat was awesome to go fishing and site seeing within just a short distance. Pam and her husband give you a thorough orientation of the boat that covers any questions you may have as well as offer some suggestions on where to fish and best places to eat. They were so nice and friendly. I would stay here again and I highly recommend this house and boat.

Honeymoon
Our honeymoon stay was fabulous. The home was perfectly equipped to meet our every need. Our days were spent island hopping and our nights grilling and relaxing in the pool. Our host were responsive, kind, and accommodating. A must stay for anyone wanting to thoroughly enjoy a gulf coast vacation.

Great home !
This home is one of the best equipped and cleanest homes I have stayed in. The kitchen has everything you need. Beds were great. Sheets were great. Felt very safe in neighborhood. Met Tim and his wife Pam and had a lovely visit. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks so much! Oh forgot to mention that they left us the cutest welcome basket!!❤️❤️

Clean, comfortable, well equipped
This house, located in a quiet neighborhood, was the perfect size and well appointed. The pool was delightful and the boat was an extra special treat! Everything about this rental was well organized and easy.

Great property, boat & location
Easy communication, and the home is as it appears. Location is convenient to everything. Lanai and dock seating are wonderful. The house is very spacious with plenty of common area to gather. There are plenty of pool towels, and there are lots of things in the garage, floats, folding chairs, bikes, etc.

A gem!
This property is amazing! House is impeccable with many nice amenities and attention to detail. Very nicely furnished! We swam daily and used the grille to cook in. The boat was a highlight and made our trip. Tim & Pam were available to help answer our questions and assist as needed. The only downfall was- we had to leave! This property lives up to the name- Jewel of The Cape!

What a jewel!
This was a perfect spot for our vacation! We chose this house because of the boat and pool - and both were fantastic! Great location - close to stores, short drive or relaxing boat ride to beaches, and on a canal. The house has many places to enjoy the Florida sunshine with family or friends, inside & out. Thank you Pam & Tim for all you do/did to make this vacation rental a reality.

Enjoyed our stay!
We had such an enjoyable stay at this property and would not hesitate to return. The hosts were communicative and provided very helpful information regarding operating the boat and navigating the area. Having a brand new boat available for our use was an incredible bonus with this property. We were more than pleased with our week-long stay and took advantage of pool time and boating through the canals and to Sanibel Island and Captiva. Wonderful Trip
My family spent a week here in April and had a marvelous time. The house was spotless and had everything we needed - well-supplied kitchen, pool toys, beach towels, etc. Having the boat was such a perk. We got trained on how to use it and it made our experience in Cape Coral so unique!

“Making Memories with family”
Pam and Tim were fantastic in every way from making vrbo reservation to checking out! Home on canal was so restful and new Key West boat is a gem on the waterway! Our 6 year old granddaughter loved every minute in the pool and we adults did too! Kitchen well equipped-even a Kuerig. Cape Harbour was very close & lovely!

Perfect for boat lovers
My husband and I (along with our two kiddos) stayed at this property and had the best time! We loved cruising around in the brand new boat and the private pool was perfect for us. My friend and her daughter joined us for a few days as well. The house was very relaxing and well-equipped with everything we needed. We took a day trip to Sanibel Island by car, ate out at restaurants nearby some, but mostly cooked at the house and really enjoyed some time away. Some of the other comments indicate that it's a long ride through the canal to get to open water (30-40 minutes); that was not an issue at all for us, we loved looking at all the houses and boats along the canal. Tim and Pam were very helpful with giving my husband the scoop on how to navigate different waters than we were used to in Indiana. Would definitely return to this property again.

Much needed change of scenery
The house was exactly as described. They had everything we needed. We had a small issue with the sink and dishwasher but they came out immediately to fix it. We had a couple of boat rides on the canals. The pool is nice and clean. We spent most of the time outside on the lanai or dock. Anything you need is within a short drive or walk. We will definitely be back!

Family Time!
This house met all our needs. Timely communication from the owner. Tim came over and talked to my husband about the boat, beaches to visit and some fishing tips. We LOVED having access to the boat. Fun to look at the beautiful homes along the canal. We were able to see manatees and dolphins! Kids loved the pool!

Loved our stay!
Absolutely loved our stay at Pam's house in Cape Coral. The house was spacious, clean, well appointed and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The screened in porch and heated pool were amazing and being able to walk 15 steps to fish off of the dock into the channel was great. Pam and Tim were very easy to work with and always responded to my questions before and during our stay in a very timely manner. We definitely plan on returning!

Week in Cape Coral
The property is as advertised in the listing. Photos are representative. The managers of the property are so responsive. Usually within 15 minutes. Highly recommend. It was so nice having the boat. It's about 30 minutes of no wake to get out in the main river channel but I was aware of that prior to arrrival.

COVID Getaway
This is definitely a “what you see is what you get.” Pam and Tim were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the boat with our typical day including boating to Sanibel Island and anchoring near the beach with the lighthouse in view. The house was very well stocked with everything you might need. Good restaurants near the house. One tip is the boat motor is a 2-stroke, so you could save a few bucks by bringing your own 2-stroke oil for a Mercury outboard ... much cheaper than the Marina. Great rental package if you plan on taking advantage of the boat. We would rent here again.

Perfect getaway!
Our family had a blast this week! We went on boat rides, caught lots of fish off the dock and went swimming everyday. The weather was beautiful and the town was great! The owners were extremely friendly and helpful in every way! We would definitely love to come back!

Amazing property
We had an amazing vacation here!! The house was perfect. Everything you could possibly want or need. The boat was so great to have! We took it out everyday! Ended up seeing a manatee on the last day but dolphins and plenty of them every single day!! Thank you for sharing your hone with us!! Hope to be back soon!!
