Children would have liked to have stayed longer

Beautiful home with, every comfort, and a nice pool near the beach and many places to go shopping and eat.

The house is well stocked with everything we needed including some condiments, laundry soap, spices & more. It was clean and had plenty of space. Roman always responded quickly when I had questions. I would definitely stay there again. The only recommendation I would make is brighter lighting in the spare bedroom with the queen bed in the front of the house. It was hard to do my hair using the full-length mirror when the bathroom was being used. Thanks for letting us stay!

This property was absolutely perfect for my family’s vacation. Everything we could possibly need or want was very close by and renting this beautiful house was much less costly than if I had rented a hotel for the week for the six of us. The house is beautiful inside and out and located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. My family enjoyed the pool and watching the lizards climbing on the screened enclosure! Our trip included three generations ages 5 to 55, and there were things for all of us to enjoy. The ability to prepare meals was beneficial to maintain my family’s dietary needs and particular taste as well as helped save money. Roman was great in communicating how the process worked and checked in about halfway through to ensure everything was going well. I highly recommend this property for anyone, especially families.

We had a very nice stay here, the house was perfect. The kiddos loved the pool. The house was as advertised. We were a little disappointed that the nearby state parks were closed but we still had a great time.

The property was close to everything. It was great being able to park in the garage. The heated pool was the kids favorite. Kitchen was well stocked, and very clean. We were provided with plenty of towels for the pool and the beach. There were plenty of beach toys, chairs, an umbrella and pool floats. The entire home was exceptionally clean. The neighborhood was great for walking with sidewalks. We would definitely stay here again!

The pool was great!! It would be good to have dish/laundry detergent, pods for the dishwasher& tissues and Toilet paper

Our time here was very enjoyable and relaxing. It was very comfortable. The house was very nice. Everything that you might need was there. The area was also ideal. Had a nice time in the pool too!

We had a nice stay in Naples, house is as described, communication was easy. Not all beaches were open but we enjoyed Clam Pass and the Downtown Naples beaches. House is super close to lots of restaurants and coffee places. Thank you so much again for a wonderful stay.

Clean as everything needed

The house is easy to get to and it is in an ideal location with close proximity to Vanderbilt beach, Delnor Wiggins State Park, Tamiami Trail, Mercato plaza and many stores, restaurants and bars. Kids loved the pool and blow up toys. Adults, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels and kids sand toys. The private pool under the screened lanai was great to relax in after a long day. All descriptions in the house information were accurate and there was not unpleasant surprise. The Guest Handbook is very useful and very informative. We had a great vacation even though Naples was slowly recovering from devastation created by Ian. Unfortunately beaches in North Naples were still closed. We used beaches in Southern Naples where the beach was cleaned up, washrooms were opened but the pier is still closed. We loved staying at Roman’s house and we will definitely be booking through Roman again!

Amazing house with pool. Great location, close to a state park with beaches and the owner leaves a state park pass so you can get into it for free! Would definitely stay here again!

We arrived a bit early and was able to get in the house. Clean and everything we could need. All we had to do was buy some groceries! The main strip was a few houses down with every store, gas, grocery you need. We only used 3/4 of a tank of gas the whole week! There were beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, sand castle toys, cooler, and blow ups! Fans in the closet for those of us who sleep with white noise. Plenty of seating around the enclosed pool and a patio table. Roman provided a state park pass which got us in free and the beach was right by parking! The houses on both sides of the house are under renovation but we didn't have any issues, it was quiet and we spent the whole week outside! Even when it rained for a bit we sat out on the patio, there is an outdoor ceiling fan which was great for sitting out on those really hot days. Pool was clean and I believe salt water filter as there wasn't a stong chlorine smell. Garage door opener for easy access! Plenty of towels for showering as well as kitchen supplies. Laundry room came in handy as well. We loved this house and defiantly will stay here again on our next trip to naples! Thank you Roman and Maria for such a great place!

The house is easy to get to and in an ideal location for enjoying the best beach in the country! The warm pool to relax in after a long day was such a treat. And, being able to cook our own healthy meals while on vacation was a wonderful.

We loved staying at Romans house! We have been to Naples many times visiting family and needed something more than a normal hotel. The pool was great! There was plenty of beach and pool equipment at the house. The local park pass was a very nice and surprising touch. Yes, there was construction next door but that was only applicable one out of our five days. Close proximity to Tamiami and many restaurants and stores is another reason we love this house. We will definitely be booking through Roman again!

Great house. Great location for our golf trip. Within decent driving distances to several golf courses and many restaurants.

We were very happy with everything about the house and rental process. Roman made it very smooth. The house was super clean , the kids loved the pool and all the details were taken care of. We will be back!!

Disappointed with the pest problem at this rental. We spotted cockroaches the second night of our stay, while the host did send over pest control within 48 hours of our complaint, we were left to clean up over 30 dead roaches on the pool deck after the pesticide was applied. Problem was still not solved as there were parades of ants at the kitchen sink daily, as well as in the main bath and garage. Also spotted additional roaches in the bedroom later during our stay. Large, live worms around the pool deck despite pesticide treatment. My son was scared to swim after finding so many roaches in the pool area. I did contact the host to let him know I was dissatisfied with the handling of the pest problem, and suggested that perhaps this could be taken care of in between guest stays as to not affect guest experience. He apologized but also stated that “bugs are a moving target in Florida.” Although in my experience renting properties in SW Florida over the past 7 years, I have never seen as many bugs as I did during my 12 days at this property. I even considered leaving and checking into a hotel. We will not stay again.

Condo needs a few maintenance issues resolved and pool area needs pressure washed.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was easy to find and check-in was easy! The house was just what we needed and the pool was a hit! Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our three weeks at Roman's property. He was extremely easy to communicate with! The home was terrific and exceptionally well appointed and clean! We really like how close it was to a beach and the fact that Roman provided a paid for park pass. The private pool was perfect and well maintained. We swam almost every day in January. We also enjoyed that it was close to many of our favorite Naples and Bonita Springs' restaurants. We would highly recommend this property to anyone!

We stayed at this property and it was as described. Although it was in between two homes that are both under rehab and one demolished. The house was clean but needs updated. We really enjoyed the pool.

The house was nice and the pool was a great addition. Beds were comfy and amenities were fine. The house is close to the beach and lots of shopping, etc. I was a bit surprised to find out the house next door had been completely demolished and left in a rubble (eyesore) and the house on the other side was undergoing renovation so there was rubble there, too. The house across the street was also under construction, so there was A LOT going on in this neighborhood when we arrived. It was a bit noisy outside at times because of this, but we weren't there that much so it wasn't a huge issue. There were a few issues inside the home that needed to be addressed. The homeowner, Roman, was OUTSTANDING! The tv didn't work and was clearly broken. After a call to him explaining the problem, he literally called someone to come out and give us a new tv that night. He didn't hesitate to help us and went above and beyond any VRBO owner I've dealt with in the past. Really appreciated him. We will definitely be back.

Overall great place to stay. No working security system from the house to the pool which would have been nice since we had a toddler that could easily open door. Also TV was duck tape in the back and constantly fell off and made it so we couldn't watch it. Space is beautiful and rooms were great size.

My family and I enjoyed our time at this little house, and we also loved the pool! The location of the house is also perfect! There’s a lot of grocery stores around it! I would recommend this house! 10/10
