Great place! Couldn’t be happier! Fully equipped, clean, and spacious! Loved it!

My family and I were very pleased with this rental for our 2 weeks vacation! Location is wonderful, right on the beach! The owner was very quick to respond with any questions we had. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Very well furnished, comfortable bed, kitchen had everything we needed. The views were wonderful & the beach was great, as were the pool & hot tub. Even though it was a 20-story building with 2 elevators, we rarely waited very long for a car. We had one problem while we were there—& on a Saturday yet—but the owner took care of it promptly. We really liked that the Shoppes at Sand Key we’re just a short walk away & it was nice to have covered parking. We went up to the 20th floor walkway one day & couldn’t believe the views to the east as well as up & down Gulf Blvd. We had a very relaxing & enjoyable 2 months here!

Very clean nicely appointed condo in perfect location directly on the beach. Close to Clearwater Beach downtown, but in much more quiet and relaxing area. Well maintained complex. Condo very well equipped if you want to cook at home. There are several good restaurants in the strip shopping almost directly across the street from the building. Communication with the owner was easy, we did not have any issues during stay. Would definitely come back. The only suggestion, would be nice to have at least small table on the balcony so you can have your breakfast or dinner outside.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute condo in spite of a building electrical failure one day and a burst pipe in the garage on another night causing the fire alarm to trigger resulting in subsequent building evacuation. The beach is great for walking and you avoid the crowds at Clearwater Beach just miles away...

This was my first stay in Sand Key and I must say this place was wonderful. The location you can't beat. Easy few steps out to the beach, beautiful sunsets every evening, and the place was perfect. We had two of us that were working from home during this stay and no problems with internet. I even got to walk the beach on my lunch break. Perfect!

This was our 2nd year in a row renting this beautiful condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The owners are very sensitive to providing the very best experience for your stay. We will be coming back many more times in the future.

The views were great with the Bay out the kitchen window for sunrises and sunsets out the patio doors. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and glasses. A nice diningtable which allowed us to play cards and board games. The Owner was very responsive to any issues we brought to his attention. Great location, close to stores and restaurants. Wonderful walks on the beach. The Security Guard was very quick to light the gas grills for us whenever we wanted to grill out. The views made the stay worthwhile even though the weather was a disappointment. We would definitely rent again.

The condo was so well equipped there was nothing that was missing or that was still needed. It was spotless and everything was exactly as it appears in the listing. The only unfortunate encounter was the weather since it was early January and the north winds were very strong and chilly making poolside visits limited. The entire property is very well maintained and the staff on duty friendly. The beach access is very convenient and on warmer days we would walk the beach collecting shells. There is nice plaza a little ways up the street that has several stores that we ate and shopped at.In short it was a great vacation spot.

My wife Elizabeth and I enjoyed our stay in Sand Key this year, even with the high humidity and unusual heat. Light House Towers is a superb and secure facility. The owner was a gracious host and all staff we encountered were most helpful.

Great location, nice shops and restaurants across the street. Trolley stop right in front. Beach was great although with all the rain before our visit and near the end the walkway to the beach was underwater half the month. Pool area nice could use more shade though . Condo was comfortable and kitchen well appointed.

We have stayed in various condos for our month long vacations on Sand Key over the past 11 years and this is by far the nicest. Beautiful condo, perfect location and breathtaking views of sunsets & the Gulf.....and Super Hosts!

The condo was a great place to stay. Enjoyed having the unit on the 4th floor which was a perfect location for watching the beach and seeing the great sunset each day. The overall location of the building was great making an easy trip to clearwater beach and other locations. The heated pool and 24 hours gated security along with an easy walk to the beach make this a great place to stay.

This is the perfect rent for those seeking a comfortable beach vacation. The unit was extremely clean and meticulously decorated as advertised. It was very well equipped with anything you would need for a perfect carefree vacation on the Gulf. What particularly stood out for us was the safe quiet upscale location of the condo, just south of the busy day and night life of Clearwater Beach and just north of the many fine restaurants and shops of Indian Rocks, Indian Shores, Madiera Beach, and John's Pass. The location is perfect for those that like to spend their day in a beach chair or like swimming, fishing, walking, jogging, or biking. For those that like to take in a show, Ruth Eckerd Hall and its rich performing arts schedule is within a half hour drive from the unit. For those that like pro baseball, Tropicana Field is also a relatively short drive away. The condo is also located a fairly short drive from both St. Pete/Clearwater Airport and Tampa International for those that arrive by air. Armando and Mayra have much to be proud of with this unit. They were extremely prompt in answering any questions we had before and during our trip. We look forward to doing business with them again.

Armando, we really enjoyed our stay at your condo. For two people who did very little cooking, the kitchen was more than adequate. The second bedroom was small, but, was perfect to store our coolers, suitcases and extra stuff. Fell in love with the living room and the porch. Spent a lot of time catching the sunset. Nothing could be finer. Thank you for allowing us to share your little piece of heaven.

Really enjoyed our stay. Place was just as described and what pictures showed. Owner provided laundry and dish detergent. Even though the building was mainly older couples. My kids were welcomed and enjoyed their time. Security was great. Pool and beach were wonderful. Can't wait to return.

The location, condition and comfort of this condo were perfect. Absolutely loved our place in Clearwater Beach. What made this even better was the personal care and attention of the owner, Armando. He has hospitality in his heart! From the wonderful condo to his efforts to make this stay a memorable one, Armando was the BEST. Anyone that is searching for comfort, quality, security and gorgeous views must treat themselves to the excellent facility that my wife and I just finished vacationing at for 3 weeks. The building itself is absolutely beautiful. In addition, the entrance and parking facilities are most gracious. The elevator is conveniently located and upon entering the condominium you will immediately experience peace, comfort and beauty. We have advised Armando that in the future we will certainly return to his condominium as it is considered our home away from home. We have had the pleasure of staying at many condominiums in Clearwater in the past, but Armando’s condo met all of our expectations in every desirable way. Our experience was beyond enjoyable. We stayed at a beautiful condo right on the ocean ,every thing in the condo was much more than we expected. Armando, the owner, was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end ,making sure everything we needed for a wonderful stay was there. The condo was very clean and the furnishings were beautiful and brand new. We would very much love to come back to this condo. It is very close to shopping, restaurants, golf, entertainment, and Publix grocery stores which offered just about anything you would need. We would definitely recommend this condo to those who are looking for a great place to stay. We met some very nice people who lived there as well as those who were also vacationing. We also enjoyed the pool and walking on the beautiful, wide, sand beach.
