Location is perfect, parking free of charge in the street, but we were lucky to find place every day. Supermarket few minutes away. Old town in 15 minutes, beach in 10 min by walking.

Poor sound insulation- we could hear family conflicts and kids crying everyday. No hangers in wardrobe, no hooks/shelfs in bathroom. Small things, but it creates inconvenience. Private terrace is empty and dirty, yard in front is common. No wifi.

Very clean, good location and a nice gift at the end.

The ad states parking is free but doesn’t point out that it’s wherever you can find a space on the adjacent roads which was hard at times. It’s pot luck and you could end up quite far from the apartment. The ad shows all the 3 apartments in one app so ours didn’t have a terrace or private outdoor area and no lounge, just a kitchen with a tiny sofabed which wasn’t particularly comfortable Quite a lot of traffic noise from busy road outside but that’s what is to be expected from a big town Kitchen equipment lacking. There was no lighter to light the gas and no corkscrew, obviously no kettle (It’s Italy), no condiments left out from previous tenant so had to buy everything including salt and pepper. T

The apartment is located just a few minutes away from the Old Town. It is cosy, very clean and has a lot of amenities. Overall, a nice place to spend your vacation.

Check in procedure was very difficult. I wasn't given any details about who and where will give me the key and no one answered the phone for a few hours. Going over this incident, the host was friendly and helpful.
