Location is good, surrounding with many famous coffee shops and restaurants, easy to get around. They have bike renting option, staff was helpful.

Room was not so clean, bathroom ordor. Nextby there is 1 hotel under construction, so it was a bit noisy in day time.

In compare with other Homestays it’s a great price. There’s everything you need in the room which has a view on the garden. Good location with a few nice restaurants, bars and cafes in the area and it feels like you’re out of town because it’s very green and peaceful. Staff was very friendly

There’s a mini cafe where you can make yourself tea, coffee or cacao for free but there was no coffee in the jar and staff didn’t bother to refill it during our stay so we didn’t get to try the coffee. I felt like it’s a great thing for the customers but we couldn’t really fully enjoy it (hope the management will take notice). Also the door lock was a bit hard to deal with but it happened to us in other Homestays too. Quite a small parking lot.

the room was clean

Firs of all, we have ordered a room with a balcony, and got one without. Secondly, the room was very cold, no heating or a/c, had to sleep with clothes. When we ordered it was stated, that the room is big, however the room was extremely small. Also, there were no towels in the room.

Location is quite good for travel trip. It's the nice garden and beautiful view. Free coffee area and self service.

The hot water system not so warm for a day. The pressure of water is not so strong.

lovely staff and views are great. Quiet part of town. Nice coffee/ tea and sitting area overlooking the edge of the city and hills, very peaceful spot. loads of plants and little garden for chilling in.

To get to local shops/ food places you need to walk down a road without pavements however only 1 km or so. quite loud if you have neighbours you can hear their metal doors bang when they come and go. Quite cold with not great insulation. slightly damp smelling room. the rooms are dated but it’s clean and there is a hot shower.

Lovely coffee garden, where ya can sit and relax, making your own coffee and tea for free. Location is off city center but easily to reach with bike in 10 min. Near to cable car station and inter province bus station.

The hotel was perfect spot for us with beautiful garden, lovely view. The only problem was the construction next door of a different property. However, room is well soundproofing so the noise doesn't bother us much.
