Waterfront Guest Suite on St Johns River 30 minutes from Daytona
Nuevo apartamento para invitados con vista al río St Johns en el primer piso de la lujosa casa de 3 pisos. El apartamento tiene una habitación con cama king size y 1 baño con cocina completa y muelle privado con un porche de 600 pies cuadrados. El muelle está disponible con excursiones en barco disponibles y alquiler si se acuerda antes de llegar. La propiedad limita con el borde del Bosque Nacional de Ocala, cerca de varios hermosos manantiales. Juniper Springs, Silver Glen Springs, Alexander Springs, Salt Springs y Ormond Beach se encuentran a 30 minutos en coche.

The suite was very comfortable and had everything we could want. The variety of snacks provided was a nice surprise. Our favorite "activity" was relaxing and enjoying watching the birds, alligators, and boat action on the creek and St. Johns River from the lanai. It was a great home base for short day trips to rediscover authentic Florida. We did not bring a boat, but this is a great place to stay if you have one. It's a boater and fishermen's paradise!

Well kept, comfortable accommodations. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Lovely views of the river. Within a mile if a market and an ice cream store. Close restaurants. Easy access to Volusia Speedway. Pizza delivery was available. We very much enjoyed our time there.

House is beautiful and the apartment was perfect for the two of us. Paul, who is a great guy, allowed us to use his boat house for our boat. Paul left us a good basket that we utilized for our days on the water. Everything was perfect! We will be back!

We enjoyed a lovely few days in Astor in Paul and Terry’s beautiful one bedroom suite. The waterfront location was fabulous and we enjoyed watching boats and wildlife cruise by on the Blue Creek and St. John’s River. Paul gave us great advice on things to do, and we had a great day swimming and kayaking at Silver Glen Spring. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful suite in a perfect location
We enjoyed a lovely few days in Astor in Paul and Terry’s beautiful one bedroom suite. The waterfront location was fabulous and we enjoyed watching boats and wildlife cruise by on the Blue Creek and St. John’s River. Paul gave us great advice on things to do, and we had a great day swimming and kayaking at Silver Glen Spring. We can’t wait to go back!

The house was very peaceful and quite and was what we were looking for. Paul & Terry were very helpful getting us what we needed. If your just looking to relax with a book and do nothing then this is the place for you.

Perfect
Completely separate apt in a very nice river front giant house. Private entrance and river front deck area. Saw tons of manatees, alligators and eagles. Top notch all the way- full kitchen, sitting area, bedroom and bathroom. It’s all private and seperate from the main house. Hosts very much respect privacy. Better than any hotel around.

Just as described. Perfect for 1 person. Clean. Modern. Wonderful host and hostess.
I spent two months in this apartment. For me it was perfect. Fished most every day in my boat that was in a beautiful boat house. Host made sure boat was well cared for and secure. Paul and Terri are perfect caring hosts. There if you need help and very respectful of privacy. You can’t go wrong on renting this perfect spot.
