We were in the Grand Cayman over the New Year week to celebrate our daughter’s 18th birthday, and stayed at Marcia’s beautiful place for 7 nights. She had a nice bottle of Prosecco and a very sweet note waiting for us! The area is very quiet, and the beach isn’t as nice as the 7 Mile Beach, but we would go back to her place because not only is it half the price of what SMB places are going for, but it is only a 15 min drive to SMB. If you are not planning on driving/renting a car then probably SMB. But, we loved having a car as we got to check out different areas of the island and not with tours where they seem to rush you - at least that’s how we felt in other places. In short, Marcia’s place is perfect especially if you have a car. Thanks again Marcia for sharing your beautiful place with us. Oh, and yes, she provides everything from wine opener 😜 to plastic glasses for the beach, beach umbrella and 2 chairs. Also great was having a washer and dryer. Enjoy paradise if you’re lucky enough to stay in this gorgeous place. THE PICTURES ARE ACCURATE.

Well organized, well appointed, well supplied, very pretty unit in excellent location. Nice private beach. Clean pool. We took full advantage of the kitchen and grill on property. Th eplace had everything we needed.

We love staying in West Bay. Villas Papagallos is our favorite place to stay. The accommodations are fantastic and we tended to have the whole beach to ourselves. Snorkeling is fantastic there and Villa 21 was well stocked and a great place to spend the week.

Everything was amazing. Communication between all was great. Joelle was very prompt on needs. The property manager was very attentive and always keeping an eye on everything. We cannot wait to come back

We have been to a lot of Caribbean islands but Grand Cayman was the friendliest of all them. We really enjoyed our stay at Marcia’s condo at beautiful Villa Papagallo. The condo is beautiful and no detail is overlooked. This is the first condo we stayed at that was very well stocked from dishes,pans, beach towels everything is at your finger tips. Marcia even has Joelle meet you the first day to welcome you to Grand Cayman’s and he is such a wealth of knowledge from restaurants, to favorite beaches, to activities. Anytime we had any question or an issue Marcia was also quick to respond and and get it handled. It was amazing how quick they were able to get an air conditioner issue resolved on island time. When we go back to Grand Cayman’s we will definitely be staying at Marcia’s.

We loved the property, Sits right on the beach. Everything was provided including dishes, towels, coffee pot, toaster well just about anything you have at home it was there.

Love the property! It felt like a home away from home. Very clean and modern updates. Perfect beach condo for a quick weekend trip for even for extended stays. Was so nice to wake up everyday and see the ocean from the bedroom! Can’t wait to visit again

This beach and condo are heaven! The condo is decorated so beautifully and had everything we needed. The complex was so nice and quiet and not far from restaurants and activities. Snorkeling from the dock was great. Hope to return soon!

Marcia is a fabulous host. The condo was in immaculate condition on our arrival and was fully outfitted. I felt like I was staying at a friend's condo! Having Joelle stop by to give us tips on things to do during our stay was icing on the cake. - Sunday brunch at Papagallo's was wonderful. The complex is quiet and the condo is only a few yards from the beach. I loved being able to run in the park that was just down the road. We were able to snorkel off the pier at the condo once the water had settled down a bit. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks again to Marcia for providing a perfect place to escape from our hectic life!

We enjoyed our stay at Marcia's Pappagallo Beach Villa. We liked that it was quiet and there weren't a lot of people. The grounds of the Villas were pretty and we loved the feel and look of Marcia's condo. It was a comfortable place to enjoy a leisurely coffee in the morning while watching the ocean and as well a pleasant, well-furnished place to relax at the end of a day full of many adventures. We also enjoyed our meal at Pappagallo's Restaurant directly across the street. It was convenient and the service was one of the best we experienced on the island. Thank you, Marcia, for letting us stay at your lovely condo. You were always so responsive and showed care, concern and ideas about our stay when you knew there would be several holidays and limited hours for certain businesses. Thank you also for the Czech Inn restaurant recommendation. My husband loved the fish sandwich and he talked about it a lot throughout the trip! We loved the relaxed island style vibe. We felt safe and secure at Villas Pappagallo and we would recommend others stay at this location as well, especially if they are looking for a quiet, less busy place to stay on Grand Cayman.

This is a beautifully decorated condo with a quiet beach just a few steps away from the ocean. The condo was clean and super comfortable. It was less than a 10 minute drive to 7 mile beach. It was quiet and very peaceful. The front porch area had a nice table and chairs and a view of the courtyard. It was a little noisy when other guests were on their patio above us at the same time as we were. But, it was a lovely spot to have dinner together. Everything we needed was included in this condo. If you are looking for a quiet and beautiful spot that is close to lots of activities, then this is your place.

Marcia’s condo is a gem. From communication to check out had been a smooth process. In comparison to other places over the past 5-6 years, this is the best in cleanliness with lots of amenities. I did not have to worry about missing something in the kitchen that I need to get. Beach umbrella and chairs are available for our use to bring to other beaches. Cooler bag is a plus to keep beer and sandwiches for beach picnic. Wonderful. Marcia is thoughtful. Everything we want are there just like we live in our home. It was really a wonderful stay and is highly recommended to other guests. A week stay flew so fast that I should have stayed longer. Thanks Marcia. We will be back again.

comfortable .excellent location next to national park

Unit 21 in Villa Pappagallo was an amazing place to stay during our recent 7-night vacation. The villa was exactly as pictured and it was spotless. The owner (Marcia) was extremely timely with all communications before our trip. She was helpful and had really thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. The unit is just steps from the beach and the views could not have been better. We liked the fact that it was quiet and convenient but not right on Seven Mile Beach. There were plenty of beach towels and her cooler and ice packs were so convenient. If we ever return to Cayman, we hope to stay there again. Thank you, Marcia!

Fantastic condo with a great layout, beautiful views from the living room & bedroom, & everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Just steps away from the beach & pool. We were originally supposed to stay at Seven Mile Beach, but we had to change our plans, and we're so glad we did! The complex itself is absolutely beautiful & serene. Very quiet. Often, we had the beach or pool to ourselves. This part of the ocean is a bit rocky for swimming, but my husband snorkeled off the pier everyday. Seven Mile Beach and Foster's grocery store are just a short drive away. Highly recommend having a car. Great communication from the owner!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at Marcia’s and couldn’t have asked for a better deal! We enjoyed going grocery shopping and eating in for breakfast and lunch instead of spending loads of money eating out! We felt it was a great home base for us as we toured the island and always enjoyed coming back to the peace and quiet after a long day away!

Everything from the moment we first booked until the end of our stay was made so easy thanks to Marcia. The apartment is situated on a quiet complex right on the beach in West Bay. Everything you could possibly need is available in the apartment and we absolutely loved it. We will definitely be back! Thanks for helping to make our holiday extra special - 5 stars all the way :)

We loved our stay with Marcia at Pappagallo. Marica was easy to communicate with before arrival, check-in was a breeze, and the condo was exceptionally well appointed. We selected this spot to be near family and fell in love with the tranquil location, right at the gates of Barker's. The grounds were gorgeous and the condo was cozy with sea views out of both the bedroom and living room along with two patios to sit out and relax in shade morning and evening. The condo was so well stocked with towels, beach towels, laundry/dish/hand soaps, bug spray, and cleaning supplies. Plus games and toys and inflatable pool floats. Joelle check in with us during our stay, and although we didn't need anything, we felt that they were only a phone call away. We could not have been happier with our stay and cannot wait to return!

Short review: If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing stay, look no further! Marcia’s place absolutely exceeded expectations in every aspect. The pictures don’t even do this place justice. Great communication between the host and manager, very clean and very quiet. Long review: Check in: Marcia let us check in a couple hours early as we had an early flight it. This allowed us time to get a massage right after we settled, for which we are very grateful! Marcia had detailed check in instructions and made everything very seamless. The property: about 15 minutes from the hustle and bustle of 7 mile beach, which is exactly what we wanted. It was a very easy drive! Very well kept grounds, friendly neighbors, and SO quiet. We hardly saw anyone during our entire stay! Parking was also very close and easy. The villa: wow, oh wow! Marcia’s place is SO inviting!! It is spotless and smelled so good when we walked it. She had everything you could possibly imagine. The bed in the bedroom is very comfy, as well as the Murphy bed in the living room! Marcia also left instructions for how to turn out the bed, how to turn on the tv, etc, so you were never left scrambling. The manager, Joelle: couldn’t ask for a better manager, bodyguard, and future business partner (if you’re reading this, Joelle! 😉) No, really, Joelle was wonderful. He was always available for any of our questions and gave us wonderful recommendations. Our stay was even better with the help of Joelle! Recommendations: MUST do Pappagallo brunch on Sunday’s (right across the street), stingray city with Captain Marvin, and definitely some diving if you’re into that! Thank you again Marcia and Joelle! Can’t wait to come back!
