Wonderful home with more space than we even needed! The host was very helpful and the most responsive I've ever had renting from VRBO. Wonderful neighborhood and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. We hope to return for future work trips!

We are from Nebraska and it was a perfect location for our families. My wife (grandparent generation) has a brother and sister in the area. My son's family is from Virginia (wife + four, ages 4 - 10) and my daughter is from Wisconsin (husband + two, ages 2 & 8). The house is immaculate and furnished with everything you could need to keep everyone of all ages entertained, inside and out. Obviously the pool and hot tub were big hits for the northerners. Kitchen and dining areas were spacious and had everything we needed to keep a hungry group fed. The bedroom configuration was a delight for the grandchildren, who thought every night was as different sleep-over. As far as the location, it was great. Easy access to the 101 and 202 makes it easy to shop, hike, or go anywhere in the valley you desire.
We will definitely stay here again.

Lots of bedrooms. Enough bathrooms for all of us. The pool and hot tub were great! Several TV's so the kids could watch their shows while adults watched theirs.

My first impression of the house was wow. The minute you walk in the house has a beautiful stairwell. The further we looked we noticed all of the extras the house offered. This host is by far the best we have ever stayed with, loved the house and god well detailed it was maintained.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was amazing! It was fully furnished, so spacious & clean. The kitchen was well stocked, as well as bathrooms and laundry room. We enjoyed the Xbox in game room & big game table, pool table, swimming pool & pool toys, extra fridge in garage & large pantry.
The owner let us check in early, and he also gave us a late checkout. He was definitely accommodating & quickly handled any concerns we had.
All in all, we had an excellent stay at this 5 star home.

We had the best time on our trip and especially loved staying at this home. We had 4 families staying together with 9 adults and 7 kids. We were close to all the attractions we wanted to visit with the kids and was right next to two main highways. The house had every single thing you could imagine needing, definitely the best equipped of any rental we’ve stayed at. We especially loved the labels throughout the kitchen and on the light switches, no need to guess where anything was. Our trip was at the end of February and we are so glad we paid extra to have the pool heated. Even when it was 65 outside the kids were happy to be in the pool. We especially loved that the pool was gated separately from the rest of the yard so that the families with younger kids could spend time outside without worrying about the kids wandering too close to the pool. The host was great with communication and always responded within 5-10 minutes. We had no issues at all and are already planning to book another stay for next year!

Everything went well, easy checking in. The house was great for a large family. Very detailed with cabinets, drawers, closets all labeled making it easy to find items. The pool and spa were perfect for young kids with both heated as expected. Very comfortable even in January. The only concern was the house could use a little deeper cleaning, nothing major though. We would highly recommend this home especially for families.

The house had absolutely everything you need to enjoy to your time away from your own home. The backyard and pool were great for the kids. Great baby items made it easy since we could not bring our own stuff on the plane. Dave was a great host and answered any questions we had in a very promptly manner! We will definitely be staying again if the boat races return to Chandler in 2023!

The house was just perfect for our extended family to have a base for a wedding. The location was perfect and the size met our needs, 16 people. The extras were available from floatation devices, cookware, paper products and even a steamer! The four bathrooms were a very much needed. We had a repair that that the host took care of the next day and the loan disappointment was the hot tub was dirty and the fee to heat it I thought was unreasonable especially in the Phoenix area at the end of summer.

Wonderful
The house was absolutely amazing! My husband and I and our 9 children and my Mother in law enjoyed ourselves so much and there were plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms making it very comfortable! We spent all our time in the pool and patio. I would 100% recommend!

This house was perfect for our family and friends. Beds were comfy, pool table was super fun and of course the pool and backyard were great. The owner was very responsive. Close to freeways, stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!

What a GREAT property! It was so very will equipped with absolutely everything we needed. Plenty of space for everyone. We had kids age 3-14 and 8 adults. Our whole family was able to enjoy this property and we look forward to visiting again!

Dishwasher bottom rack doesn’t seem to belong to that dishwasher. If you manage to pull it out you can’t push it back in. One of the shower drains and a couple of the bathroom sink drains are very slow. They need to be cleared out. Dryer is not up to snuff either. Takes forever to dry a load of towels.

Simply put, this house was clean, updated, well stocked, and just as the pictures show (no surprises). Pool and hot tub were very clean and set up nicely. Stayed here with 8 guys (golf trip) and was perfect for our outing, but could easily handle a few families with all the beds and bathrooms. Neighborhood was quite and in a convenient location. Will look to rent this unit again.

Everyone loved the gas stove, lots of individual beds, good pots, pans and dishes. Overall great house but on the negative was the dishwasher, not mounted correctly and the bottom rack does not fit the dishwasher which made it unuseable, we got to the point of washing by hand as it was easier. Also, the hot tub never got up to the 103 it was set at, I am guessing upper 90's. Pool was nice, warm and clean. Would recommend this house.

Extremely clean house that accommodated multiple families for a reunion very comfortably. Everyone in our group remarked how nice the property was. Every imaginable item you would need for a week’s stay was included. This property had the most well stocked kitchen for large family meals of any VRBO I have stayed at. Every entertainment option (cable, Xbox, Disney and Netflix) was covered. The backyard was really nicely laid out for holding a family cookout. We enjoyed our stay at the property and would book it again.
