We had a great stay. Everything was clean and as described and being able to rent the golf cart was a nice bonus. My Mom lives around the corner and we would gladly come back next time we have overflow guests.

Loved our stay. The place was perfect and had everything we needed. Our nightly golf cart rides were so much fun and the pool was crystal clear. So quiet at night. I also loved having a full range of tv channels and not just smart tv which is what most rentals have. Highly recommend staying here

We have stayed at quite a few short term rental Properties. This one by far has been the best. The condo is spacious and beautiful. We had 6 in our group and plenty of space. The community is magnificent. We loved spending the Fourth of July holiday here and enjoying the beach and pool. Definitely rent the golf cart! It was so helpful! The community is very quiet and absolutely beautiful. The beach access was awesome especially via golf cart! I kept all the sand out of my car. The condo was super comfortable. Cold AC, well stocked beach supplies, cozy beds and furniture. We will be back!

We had such a great time, the whole condo was very clean and organized. If I had any questions or ran into any issues, their response time was very quick and issues were resolved immediately. Definitely rent the golf cart because it’s nice to drive around with the kids at night and look around. The pool is very clean and very fun for the kids. Beach access is very close and has a lot of pretty shells! Worth every penny !

Very nice condo. Needs some updating but comfortable, clean and well stocked. Great for a family. There is not a view of the ocean but the beach access is close by.

This is our second time staying at this home in Sawgrass and we love everything about it! The home is wonderfully located in the heart of Ponte Vedra Beach, close to restaurants, shops,and the beach. The home is equipped with everything you could possibly need-fans, beach equipment, board games- you name it, it’s there! We hope to be able to return again next year!

Wonderful Sawgrass location with lots of space! I thoroughly enjoyed my month-long stay and the convenience of the beach and pool, especially with the golf cart. The kitchen and master bath could use some updating, but overall it's a very comfortable unit in a beautiful area. The host was helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had.

Had a great stay for January and February. Super convenient for beach walks and walking around the CC. Great location and responsive owner.

We enjoyed the large dining table for family gatherings, as well as the high-quality furniture and new-looking rugs and throw pillows in the living areas. This spacious condo is nicely laid out on one level, with the primary bedroom separate from the other two bedrooms.

Vacationed here for family golf trip to Sawgrass and relaxing getaway. Very spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed and more. Owner was super responsive, nice and helpful. Will come back!

Our stay at the condo was awesome! We had enough room for our family gathering, all the amenities we could hope for considering we were near the beach and an accommodating host.

Wonderful location, amenities. Fully furnished kitchen with quality appliances and utensils. Spacious and designed for much larger groups than we had. I'd recommend it for two families with several children. Owner couldn't have been more helpful and relaxed. Great couple, great property.

The property was extremely clean. We felt very comfortable. Tom was quick to respond if needed. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great Unit.

This unit is large with three good size bedrooms a living room, den, dining room and kitchen. The master bath is small but that was not a problem for us since the guest bathroom was good for the kids. We opted to use the owner's golf cart to get to the beach access which I would highly recommend because it would be difficult to get to the beach if you are carrying umbrellas and towels, etc. Just FYI the unit does not grant you access to the Sawgrass beach club but the swimming pool is just across the street from the unit. The grandkids liked swimming there in the afternoons when we came back from the beach. We ate our breakfast in the unit and some lunches but opted to down out for dinner at night but you could easily cook in the unit every night. The kitchen is dated and probably will need a remodel at some point but it is highly functional. I really like that it has a separate pantry. Finally, I believe the unit is well priced given what it has to offer.

Do yourself a favor and rent this place! Plenty of room, exactly as described! Make sure you also get the golf cart. You are less than 3 minutes from your beach access on the golf cart, the pool is a 3 minute walk from your front door. Tom gave us his cell number and communicated quickly and efficiently. Condo and grounds are very pet friendly. We will be back!

The place was clean and well prepared. Perfect for a family getaway. Easy access to pool and the golf cart was a nice addition!

We have stayed at a number of Sawgrass properties and this was by far our favorite! The location is great, the owners are super easy to communicate with, and the home itself is just wonderful! There are plenty of towels, dishes, everything you could need for the beach or pool, board games, you name it! I really can’t think of anything that would’ve made this a better place to stay! We hope to stay again next time we are in Ponte Vedra!

My husband and I enjoyed our two month stay In Tom & Jennifer’s eclectic condo. There were a couple issues that Tom will address in the future. We mistakingly assumed the golf cart was included in the rental price. We were a week late in coming due to a health issue and Tom graciously refunded part of our payment.

I have been coming to Sawgrass for 15 years to visit my parents who live here. We needed more space this year for a growing extended family so we rented this home for the holidays and an extended winter escape. It’s location in Sawgrass is a short walk to the beach in one direction or a short walk to Publix in the other. Perfect for us! It is decorated in a quirky, fun style and has lots of spacious living space with tall ceilings, bigger living rooms and nice furnishings. The beds are terrific in every bedroom and the bedrooms are very nice sized with big closets and nice TVs and absolutely no street noise. The kitchen came with the most essentials of any place I’ve ever rented such as coffee filters, foil, plastic bags, condiments, dish soap and the like. Too numerous to mention and very generous including an electric outdoor grill. The kitchen was freshened up, efficiency sized and furnishings were a plentiful, nice enough eclectic collection. Great appliances. Bathrooms were clean, modest, appeared to be mostly original and also efficiency sized. This is a downstairs one story apartment which is great for coming and going. There were people living above us. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and we never stopped smiling coming home to this place.

The Condo was very comfortable and the owners were very helpful. We especially enjoyed having the golf cart which gave us added transportation around the property. We would definitely rent there again.

We came to the Jacksonville area to move our child to college and stayed for the week at Tom's property. The eclectic and artful decor and comfortable,well equipped home made busy days less stressful. Combine that with a beautiful beach ,neighborhood and responsive accommodating host and you have the perfect getaway!

We enjoyed this property. Nice, clean, well appointed, and well prepared for our arrival. The owner promptly accommodated our one hurdle experienced during our visit. We would certainly rent this property again in a future visit.
