My family really enjoyed our stay. Very spacious property. Well stocked! Liked being on the bayside, nice and quiet. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, Belmont Park, stores including groceries.

We have been coming to Mission Bay for over forty years. First many years to Lido Court but that property is now gone. Now this property at the corner of Manhattan Ct and Bayside Walk for the past four years. This property is GREAT!!. 2-bedrooms, 2-baths, nice living and fully stocked kitchen with a front deck facing the bay. Great location plus very quiet. Very clean and with everything provided, great Wi-Fi for being semi-connected while still on Vaca. My fav is the deck overlooking the peaceful bay - perfect place to read a book and enjoy a beer in full shade - does not get any better. Highly recommend this property.

Awesome location, right on the bay with views of the ocean. We used their kayak, beach chairs, boogie boards and cooler daily. We enjoyed being close to PB with lots of restaurants nearby and some shopping. Close walk to Belmont. We also walked to the Bahia and rented a pontoon and paddle boards. Enjoyed the luau at the Catamaran. Quick drive to La Jolla. Great communication with owners, easy check in/out. Beautiful, comfortable home. Did not want to leave!

We came to celebrate my husband's 79th birthday. Walked in and felt right at home. Everything you could possibly think of was supplied and furnishings were so comfortable. Bikes, a kayak, and a paddle board were provided which was terrific. It was my husband's first time on a paddle board as well as a "hard" kayak...he had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!!

Our family loved our 5 night stay in this adorable condo as a hub for exploring San Diego's incredible variety of activities. The listing is exactly as advertised, and in the ideal location. Having a reserved parking spot is super helpful in this area as well.
For anyone looking to be part of the action during the day, and then having a restful retreat at night, I would encourage you to stay on the Mission Bay side. The path outside of this condo is quiet and the morning sunrise is a stunner. The Mission Beach path is frenetic and on top of hundreds of people bustling about - which is fun to visit, but great to leave as well!

Wonderful property! Really great location, several minute walk to Belmont Park. Nice big parking space. Quiet block over looking the bay which is the quieter side with morning sun. Internally the apartment is fully stocked, and I mean fully stocked! Full kitchen equipment, utensils, pots and pans, condiments, large fridge and cupboard of oils, salt, herbs etc. It has a full range of beach equipment - toys, chairs, umbrella, kayaks etc. Cable TV, Netflix, Chromecast facility, TV in both bedrooms and main living room. The owners Chris and Lisa are most generous, responsive and obviously care about the property and were accommodating of my request for extended check in and check out times. They even leave coins and washing tablets for the laundry! Cant fault it, great experience in a perfect location for local facilities and restaurant. Everything you could want!

We had a fantastic time! The views were fabulous! We enjoyed watching all the boats come in and out! We went for a bike ride! We went kayaking along with paddle boarding! (The neighbor was so gracious with letting us use the other kayak and the paddle board) we also enjoyed the beach chairs out on the beach! I mean this place had everything and more that you would ever need! I definitely recommend this place! I can’t wait until next year! Lol we will be back! Oh and believe it or not we did not even need air conditioning! Beautiful breeze throughout the condo!

This is our 3rd annual vacation to this property. Perfect place and location on Mission Bay. Bay front property on the 2nd floor of a 3-floor condo. Living room directly faces the bay with full glass doors opening to a perfect balcony. Kitchen has everything one could possibly need. Many good restaurants within easy walking distance. Very quiet and restful - little back-alley noise.

This place was awesome right on the bay. We happen to be there during a tropical storm Hillary, so we lost one day but were able to walk around which was fun location everything was awesome. We walked almost everywhere we needed to go. Lisa was awesome. She helped us with everything we needed to know and she was just a phone call away,

My family of four truly enjoyed our long weekend stay. We loved using the kayak out on the bay, the sand toys at the beach in our backyard and the short walk to the Pacific Ocean. Close walk to dinner at Miss Bs was delicious and delivery from Luigi’s pizza was great as well! Thanks for thinking of it all! We would recommend this property and would stay here again for sure!

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and this place exceeded our expectations! The proximity to everything had us sold and the owners were great at communicating about everything that we needed! Beds are comfy and there were plenty of towels for the 4 of us. It’s a great place to enjoy Mission Bay, with views of the sailboats and a very short walk across the street to the beach. It’s a well equipped kitchen. You’ll find anything you need to cook a meal. We used the BBQ downstairs and the beach cruisers several times. The large living room, with comfortable furniture, and the large balcony was a highlight. We ate dinner every night on the balcony with the table and chairs provided. The owners provide plenty of linens, dish soap, hand soaps and any cleaning items you might need for a longer stay. We found the condo very clean. The building is quiet with friendly permanent residents in the other condos. A relaxing vacation for everyone!

This property is GREAT. This property is quiet. Very short walk to Belmont Park, Luigi's, Mizu, World Famous, etc. The unit is on the 2nd (of 3) floors. Plopped on the private balcony using one of the provided beach chairs is the BEST. Coming back from a long walk, then sitting down with a good book (along with munchies and a beer). Life does not get any better.

Perfect location
The location is perfect, just a short walk to the ocean and the bay just outside the door. The sand toys, water toys, and stroller were used daily. This is our second visit and I'm sure we'll return again.
Note, the bay is noisy as there is the main walkway for the bay right outside has a lot of foot and bike traffic. If you want super quiet, this isn't the place but you won't find quiet anywhere along this area. If you want quiet look further away from the beach and bay. We knew what to expect and would rather be close and within walking distance of many of our destinations.

Perfect location
Harbor/Bay side only steps away had nice sand, calm water and view of sailboats. And approx. a 4 block walk in the other direction and its like you stepped into a different area with ocean waves and sounds, a bit more windy, but a decent sand/beach (water too cool to swim in for most but we enjoyed just hanging out). Loved the contrast. And we were amazed at what the condo offered--the kiddos got lots of use of all the sand toys provided, we all took turns taking kayak rides in the harbor bay (life jackets included), and we adults took turns riding the cruiser bikes along the beach on the boardwalk. Also it was perfect walking distance to a few shops and some good eating (recommend Mission Cafe for brunch). There is a small store only a block or two away. Had 1 provided parking spot, and our 2nd vehicle found a spot behind the condo so we could always see the vehicle). It was fun to sit on our upper deck and watch the bike riders, and all the people on the boardwalk go by. Even saw fireworks that came from Sea World. Short (10-20 min drive) to many main San Diego attractions. Definitely Recommend

100% recommend staying here and would come back in a heartbeat! We definitely enjoyed the view and the ocean breeze. If you think you need an ac (like me) Trust me , you don’t. Hosts are very welcoming! Also loved the organization and labeling in the kitchen, really helped us!

The perfect place!
We loved this location! It is on the bay side but we prefer a peaceful bay with boats and it faces the sunrise, perfect for sitting and having coffee in the morning! So clean! Pretty art for the San Diego lover! Every room has an awesome t.v. And you can watch the fireworks every night at Sea World from your patio! Mattresses are great! Endless hot water for a relaxing shower! Comfy furniture! It was perfect for us! No complaints!

Quiet location in Mission Beach
This unit is located in a quiet spot on a cove of Sail Bay. It’s only two short blocks to the beach and within walking distance of all Mission Beach has to offer. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and watching the activity on the water. Checking in and out was easy and the host was quick to respond when we had a question. The unit is so well stocked with all the little things you might need! We would certainly stay here again!

I rarely do these reviews, but decided to this time! This house is fabulous, you want for nothing, and Chris was available immediately to answer any questions. She is super sweet, and you feel like she would do anything to make your stay a great one! We ate mostly at the house, and I have to say, she has put a lot of thought into what someone might need. We've stayed in a lot of VRBO's, and it is rare that an owner has aluminum foil, tupperware, and baggies available. Spices, too! The view of the marina is beautiful, (so fun to see the view all the time, huge sliding door) and you are literally a four minute walk to the beach! Parking was also very convenient and easy! Thanks Chris, we'll be back!
