Miami is always a great time! Was a lot busier this week but that was definitely due to Art Basel. The ICON towers in Brickell were a perfect location. A lot around us that was easy to walk to.
I would highly recommend people to stay in these buildings during their stay.

I must admit i was a bit nervous when i booked this, but my fears were very quicky washed away.
The booking process is streamlined and the on site meeting with the property manager was perfect and couldnt do more to assist.
The property itself was clean spacious and the view was excellent, i found myself dreaming as i looked out the panaromic view, property was as listed.
A nice welcome giftt was received and not expected.
Location, short walk to the bayside restaurants and a cheap uber to ocean drive.
The W facilities inuding spa and pool are awesome and the staff cant do e ough for you.
Overal the experiance, support and property is 10+
Tip. Bool with these guys the are sublimely professional and the property is as good as the photos

Almost all the appliance does not function, bathroom has black stain I called the cleaners to come clean they just wiped with a cloth and left.
Most of the plug points are loose or broken. Kitchen faucet does not work well.
I had to call property manager almost every day.

Nice unit, nice manager, answered our request for extra towels because the 2 nd bathroom doesn’t work. Maintenance was there trying to fix it when we arrived. We spent the whole 3 nights without the 2 nd bathroom they advertise without any compensation

We loved the place , we pretty much walked everywhere . The only negative was you could hear loud cars driving late at night but a sound machine fixed that. Really enjoyed the pool, spa and gym as well.

Great location in Brickell, close to City Center and the Metromover. Free tram stop is just next door, making travel to museums or Wynwood very easy. Incredible pool.
Next door behind the Presbyterian church there is a food truck area with many selections and covered outdoor dining. Whole Foods and Publix are only a few blocks away, too.

The residence was at a good spot. It was clean and we did have a nice view. It was a little hard to check in as someone needed to come get us but we didn't know who it was and at what time exactly. Overall it was still a nice staying.

My stay at the property was wonderful. The space was clean but there are one items that need replaced or repaired. The check in process was easy and the host were quickly responsive to my questions. They also provided a wonderful property outline that included a city guide. I would stay again!

Love the place and the owners are super accessible. The issue I took with property is the building is essentially the residential side of the W, beautiful and all but staff there treats you a bit like you are unwanted. We couldn’t access the gym because they refused to print out passes after 5:30, we arrived at 6. My feeling is this place shouldn’t really be available for VRBO as the workers there are not interested in being helpful. That said location and property are both awesome.

Celebrated my daughters 21st. This condos location couldn’t be any more perfect. The units views are just stunning. The check in process was smooth. The only thing that was absolutely annoying, is that you cannot go anywhere in the building without the key fob otherwise this unit comes highly recommended.

Bachelorette weekend getaway
I met my friends here for my bachelorette party/ early birthday. I have been to Miami a few times, but this location was the best for all the activities we wanted to get into. The restaurants, clubs, south beach were all super close and convenient. The condo accommodations were fantastic. This is about to become a yearly thing for us. Can't wait to come back ! Thank you for making my time here very special and fun. See you soon.

Modern vacation spot
Check in process was efficient. Host was in constant communication with us until we were checked in. Apartment was clean. Only problem was a clogged toilet and we were left with one functioning toilet on the second night.

A fun 4 day trip
The property was really nice and well located. A quick walk to some shopping and plenty of food. Also just a quick ride over to Miami Beach. The views from the room were excellent. The only thing that could have been a little better was the master bed. My wife noticed some stains on the sheets. (Not too big a deal since we had a washer) and the noise the bed makes everytime you move. Other than those little things it was a great trip for my cousins graduation.

Beautiful views of the bay
Wonderful views, spotlessly clean, something needed in kitchen was delivered promptly. An amazing football field long pool underused by sunbathers but enjoyed by me every day. A neighborhood with many diverse restaurants, quick walk to New Seasons for supplies, beautiful walks along the bay. Suggest purchase of daily parking next door so you can leave and come back often and at any hour. Parking in street is tough. Need better info for recycling: in the basement but where?

Massive building, beautiful apartment
Beautiful apartment. Easy check in, met with the manager in the lobby. Amenities needed to be accessed with a special card that seemed difficult to access, so we skipped it. Overall great stay in a great location

Pros: Gorgeous amenities, great location, spacious apartment, kind and responsive hosts/property manager, nice cleaning people, decently equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, great nearby food options, including several delicious food trucks, and an awesome playground for the kids.
Cons: The place needs to be repainted; the walls are dirty looking, the furnishings are worn and stained, runny toilet in the master, very noisy street-side second bedroom (I mean, good luck getting any sleep in that room), the pictures make the place look spotless and new (that’s not the case; everything is worn out it so it feels disappointing when you enter), and the cool rainbow rug in the photos is also not there. The check-in process was complicated because of parking and confusion with the valet attendants, but there was a very nice and helpful woman—Maria—to greet us and show us the ropes.

Problematic Property in a Great Location
From the photos, this property looked great, but it didn’t live up to the pictures in person. We had many problems.
1) White couch constantly peeled and shed on the floor and our clothes. Unsightly and needs replacement.
2) Bathroom tiles in shower uneven and toilet either wouldn’t flush properly or was constantly running
3) Small ants were a constant in the kitchen dining area.
4) While there plumbing flooded from under the washer when it wasn’t on causing a slip and fall, while soap suds simultaneously erupted from the second bathroom toilet.
5) Kitchen stove and dishwasher were challenging and difficult to operate.
6) Main sliding balcony door wouldn’t lock properly.
7) Chipped tiles in main living area
