Our recent stay in Park City, UT, was nothing short of exceptional. The home was a perfect blend of comfort, class and convenience, providing an ideal base for our family's mountain getaway.
One of the highlights of our stay was the home's proximity to nature. With a hiking trail right out the back door, we enjoyed easy access to stunning mountain vistas and fresh air. We spent countless hours exploring the surrounding trails, discovering hidden gems and breathing in the crisp mountain air.
In addition to the incredible outdoor opportunities, the home's location was also a major plus. Being just a short walk from downtown Park City, we had easy access to the town's vibrant shops, restaurants, and attractions.
Overall, our experience staying in this home in Park City was truly memorable. The combination of natural beauty, convenience, and comfort made it the perfect place for our family vacation. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway in the mountains.

We stayed for a spring break ski trip. This is a well appointed home with quality bedding and kitchen supplies. Everything is high end. It is very convenient for walking to shops and restaurants. I would absolutely recommend staying here!! We did drive and pay for parking when we went skiing as we prefer skiing on the Canyons side and the shuttle is .2 miles on an incline. Overall this place is wonderful. The owner is extremely responsive and friendly. I hope to stay again!

Beautiful home, great location and friendly, attentive and accommodating hosts. Worth flagging that the kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need, down to multiple different sizes of zip loc bags. We were very sad to leave and hope to stay here again in the future.

We absolutely loved this property - the location can’t be beat for proximity to PCMR during the day and eating on Main Street in the evenings. Perfect amount of space for our family of four. Great layout, cozy feel, super comfortable beds, and a fully stocked kitchen in terms of plates/cups/cooking supplies, etc. Communication with Kurt and Kollin was easy; they were very responsive and checked in on us several times to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Location was just above Main Street and we were able to walk to everything which was perfect. The house was clean and the responses from the owner were very helpful. We had a family of five and the space was sufficient, but for four people it would be perfect.

We checked in with our family (two young boys) and our dog and had a great stay. A primary bedroom upstairs with 2 bedrooms for the kids and a jack and Jill bath. Nice sized rooms and a cute little downstairs / kitchen / cozy spot to play games and watch movies. Amazing location to walk to town pre-ski in the morning for coffee and breakfast and perfect to walk to dinners / apres ski in the evenings. Kurt was super communicative and even found some lost AirPods and got them back to us back home. Highly recommend for a family stay in PC.

The best VRBO home we have stayed in. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Kurt’s home so much. The house is very clean, the kitchen is fully equipped and the bed is extremely comfy. Our dogs also enjoyed the back deck. Perfect location to town. We definitely look forward to staying here again. Kurt and his son are great hosts.

This was our third stay at this property and it was wonderful as always. The upstairs hall bath has been renovated since last summer, and the new doors in the living and dining areas add to the view of the back yard. This property has everything you’d have at home which makes it perfect for the six of us. We look forward to stay #4.

Central location for every activity, trail head just up the hill, downtown in walking distance, short drive to lift areas, great patio to start the morning or end the day! We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay in Park City. House was very clean and well maintained. Great size for our family of 5. Kurt was amazing to work with, checked on us to make sure we were doing great, and ensured we had the best stay. Will be back again!

The condo is beautiful and has more amenities and little touches that made us feel at home, much more than we had expected. Kollin and Kurt could not have been better hosts. I’d recommend to anyone and we’d would certainly rent again.

Loved everything about this property! Owner was very responsive and informative. A close walk to Main Street and the free trolley stops right down the street which drops right at the ski lift. No need for a car when staying here. Would stay at this property again in a heartbeat!

The place was amazing! Wish I had more time to enjoy the nice kitchen; was so well stocked with everything, including a Wolf Range. Short walk to downtown so easily to get to coffee, shops, town lift, etc. Will absolutely stay her again!

Old Town Park City
This was our second time staying at This home. It was perfect for the six adults in our party. This home had everything you could want in a vacation home; walking distance to Main Street yet very quiet and private as the only cars driving on the street are residents. The house is fully equipped; gourmet kitchen, Very comfortable beds, great outdoor space with two grills, and impeccably clean. We look forward to a third stay!

Great place! Above & beyond host!
5-star experience all the way!! We had a little hiccup during the booking process and Kurt reached out personally to help work everything out. He's very responsive and professional which made all the difference. On top of that, the home is nice, clean, and has a cool charm to it. It's located just up from Main Street too, which was nice to be able walk to all the shops/restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here!

Phenomenal Stay!
We absolutely loved the condo in downtown Park City. It was beautiful, perfectly clean, and in an excellent location. We loved our short walks in the morning down to Atticus for coffee and pastries as well as our ease of travel back and forth for dinner downtown. We stayed there with my dad, brother, and fiance and had a perfect amount of space for four adults. We would love to come back!

Park City with your furry best friends
Traveled to Park City for a week of outdoor adventure with our two dogs. This was a fantastic place. Great location, good accessibility to the slopes, town, restaurants, and places to take the pups. Park City is very dog friendly and has plenty of trails to walk your furry best friend.

Hosts are fantastic. Super communication, ready to take care of any question.
The home is clean, well furnished and has anything one would desire.

Amazing!
One of the best experiences we have had! Kurt was amazing and super responsive. His adult children live in the area and reached out to see if there was anything they could do for us and gave us great recommendations. A wonderful family run home. The house was clean and very well laid out. You cannot beat the location! A few minute walk and you are downtown Park City. I would highly recommend staying here to everyone. We would love to go back!

Lovely and Relaxing
My adult son had been wanting to ski in Utah and picked the Park City area. After searching for a pretty house we found Kurt's beautiful home near the village. Great location just a few houses from Main Street and all the shops and restaurants. Also not far from the near by ski slopes.
The home is so relaxing and cozy with a blazing fireplace. A large well stocked kitchen opens into the dining and gathering space.
The upstairs master bedroom has a wonderful king bed and a view down Daly Ave toward Main St.
We appreciated Kurt checking in with us a couple of times.
You will love staying at this beautiful home with the pretty lights strung across the back yard and deck!

BEAUTIFUL HOME AT END OF MAIN
My husband & I spent several weeks at this beautiful home which felt like home away from home. We have so many positive things to say:
- gorgeous/peaceful private back yard where you feel like you stare at your own mountain. We enjoyed many nice meals and glasses of wine here :)
- very clean home that is organized with all necessary items
- top of the line appliances in upgraded kitchen
- minimal amount of stairs
- quiet area that is walking distance to all the great restaurants on Main
- A/C as well as fireplace
- Kurt, the owner, is very responsive to questions/concerns and so hospitable!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Park City July vacation
We had a wonderful time in Park City. Kurt’s house was perfect for our family. The location was close to Main Street but quiet and private. It had everything we needed plus more. We loved the dog bath in the garage and took advantage of having two washers and dryers. The kitchen was fully equipped; we ate at home most nights. The back deck was one of our favorite spots to hang out, especially when the deers appeared on the hill behind the house. Kurt was responsive to all our needs. When we had a water leak issue in the garage( due to us inadvertently leaving the dog spray on) Kurt’s son Kollen came right over and solved the problem.
We would definitely stay here again.

Convenience is key
This home was amazing...clean and updated. Short walk to Main Street full of shops and restaurants. Kids loved climbing the snow covered hill in the backyard. Kurt was super helpful and responsive with any questions. We would stay here again
