Beautiful Oceanfront 3 bedroom condo in Surfside Beach
Grande, un condominio de tres dormitorios, frente al mar con piscina frente al mar. Si usted ha estado buscando para esa bonita playa de arena para sus vacaciones de la familia perfecta, no busque más! Surfside Beach le ofrece las playas tranquilas y bellas que se merece en su escapada de la familia con la comodidad de Surfside Pier (5 cuadras), las actividades de Myrtle Beach, golf, restaurantes y tiendas. Lo único que falta es el tráfico!
Disfrute de su estancia en nuestro espacioso, condominio de tres dormitorios con terraza grande, abierta en el tercer piso de la experiencia frente al mar y vistas a la piscina (se puede ver a los niños mientras se relaja en la cubierta)! No hay playa llena de gente ya que no hay edificios altos en Surfside, y no hay piscina llena de gente tampoco.
Este condominio ha sido completamente renovado para una verdadera vacaciones relajantes con equipos actualizados en la cocina y una enorme, mesa de la cocina extensible (asientos 8 +), 2 baños completos actualizados, pisos nuevos en toda la zona de estar y muebles nuevos incluyendo sofás con un durmiente . La habitación familiar tiene una "televisión de alta definición 42 montado en la pared con el cable digital y reproductor de DVD-wifi / BlueRay. Familia también tiene puertas de vidrio con vista al mar que se abren a la cubierta (impresionantes puestas de sol) y la iluminación regulable deslizante. Disfrutar de música de la playa con el equipo de música de alta fidelidad con la entrada de MP3 y reproductor de CD. Second time we have stayed in Surfside Beach, SC area. Love it here! Quieter than more touristy Myrtle Beach to the north, but still plenty to do with a less crowded beach. Things to know about this condo rental….
3rd floor with no elevator! Avoid if you have any mobility issues. Bedrooms are spacious and beds sit high and are very plush. Well equipped kitchen with tons of cookware, utensils, and gadgets.. Lots of amenities and comfort items provided. Decor is fun, furniture is huge, just not a lot of room to lounge if 3+ guests. A/C thermostat monitored to prevent renters from complete control. Overall a great stay, but agree with previous review that the condo could use a good deep clean in bathrooms, etc.

We recently stayed at this awesome beach condo and had a wonderful time. The condo itself is very nice, with a fantastic view from the deck that we thoroughly enjoyed. Getting to the beach was a breeze, just a short walk away.
The only downside was the number of steps we had to navigate to bring all our beach gear and luggage up and down, which was a bit of a hassle. Additionally, while the owner wasn’t extremely responsive to chat, it didn’t impact our stay significantly as we didn’t encounter any major issues.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great week at Surfside Beach! Mary was very responsive and helpful. The condo is in a great location and had everything we needed! My only suggestion is that it could use a deep clean. Plenty of space for us, our two kids, and my parents!

This was a wonderful stay for our family..Easy to get to, easy to get around and we had all the kitchen had everything you could need. The most impressive thing to me was the wonderful towels; most places have cheap, hotel type towels, but here, they were big and plush which was nice to a towel snob like myself! love that we could all (&) sit together for our meals at the nice big tables.

This is our second time staying here and we loved it just as much as the first time. Nicely updated and in the perfect location in Surfside, nestled between Myrtle Beach and Murrells Inlet. We prefer Surfside for its family friendly atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back and stay again soon.

Overall this was a good stay:
The Positives:Communication with property management was clear. Mary responded to my emails before the stay and reached out to my phone directly as the entry code changed after the entry/welcome pack was sent.
The pictures of the listing are a good representation of the space. The outdoor balcony is nice and had a surprising breeze on very hot days. The kitchen table was a great place for us to sit and talk and play games. The room lay out was perfect for myself, husband, my parents and my two children. The decor could be minimized to save space for incoming luggage items.
Location was great- walkable to lots.
Negatives to be aware of: There is no elevator, which served as a a slight let down to my older parents. Elevator is not listed on the amenities. It was an oversight on my account when booking.
The unit was not clean. I feel bad that the property owner paid a cleaning company because they did not earn their pay. I found water bottles from previous renters, long black hairs throughout the unit (we all have blond hair) and corners in the bedrooms with layers of dust. I did not report this as I didnt want to have to deal with it. Rather I got out the broom and daw dish soap and did a quick clean myself.
Only 1 towel set/guest is provided. This is stated in the listing. However- it would be nice to provide 2 sets/guest as when you are at the beach you need more than one towel. I had to do a load of laundry daily so we had clean towels.

This condo and location has become our new favorite family vacation spot. The condo was beautiful, very clean other than some hairs left in the bathroom sink which I cleaned up when we arrived. Surfside Beach is a quiet family friendly location which was perfect for us. The pool was never crowded and neither was the beach. A short walk to the local pier and restaurants. Our family is already planning our next trip to Surfside Beach and hoping we are able to book this exact condo again. Wonderful stay, 10/10 recommend for families with young children looking for a fun, but calm and family friendly vacation spot.

There is nothing better then drinking your morning coffee ocean side! The patio has a nice table for family seating with unobstructed views.
The bedrooms were decent sizes for my family of 5. The check in and check out was easy with no issues. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is absolutely perfect! We were able to walk out of the apartment and be right at the pool and beach. It was super convenient to the main road and walking distance to the Surfside pier (although that was closed for construction).
The beds and pillows were not the most comfortable. There was a blaring light that came in from the windows in the front 2 bedrooms. We only had 2 rolls of toilet paper so when we ran out in one of the bathrooms, we ended up sharing as we only had one more day left.
But overall, it was a great experience. We loved sitting out on the deck and looking at the ocean while we ate breakfast.

We have stayed at this unit for a couple of years and it’s perfect for our family. Owner is reliable and friendly which is comforting when so far from home. Location is perfect as the beach is not crowded but close to attractions in Myrtle!

Interior was very clean and updated. The electronics were dated, but everything functional. We brought our own boards, but they have some for guests to use. Master bed was new and incredibly comfortable. Access to beach was unbeatable! Pool is well

Great condo and location!
We stayed a week over the Fourth of July. My husband, myself and our two daughters had a great time. The pool and ocean were easy to access right from the condo. Great location to anything we wanted to go and see. Only a few minutes to lots of options for stores and restaurants. Or you can walk to some restaurants also that are closer. We saw fireworks every night from the beach. The beds were comfy and the condo was great. We felt comfortable there. Thank you for letting us stay at your place! We had a wonderful time and made lots of new memories! Now for the long drive back to Wisconsin.

We loved the area and had a great time!
The only description that was missing is that it was on the 3rd level. We had a pregnant woman and an older person and we had to do a lot of steps. We got used to them, but wish we had known and might have selected a condo on lower level.

Very nice & comfortable condo. Loved the patio area looking at the ocean. There was issues with the cleaning and it was 2 hours till we were able to get into the condo after check in time but other than that had a great time there.

Fun at Surfside
We loved the location of this property! The condo complex was in walking distance of great restaurants and our favorite bakery☺️. It was a nice space for all the families and right on the beach so you could access the condo throughout the day if needed! It was a great time with friends and much needed! The property owner was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back!

Mary was the BEST to work with, she is so accommodating and kind. We appreciated all of her help tremendously. The condo was beautiful, perfect location, very family friendly! The property had everything we needed, pool/ beach toys, games, etc.
The only thing I could mention is there was not much storage space to put your own belongings as the closets and cabinets were all full.
We had a wonderful week & would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this condo during bike week & it was perfect. The location, which was right on the beach, was perfect. It was in a quiet area & the view from the deck was amazing. Home away from home
We cannot rave enough about this property and the host. It is spacious, clean and nautically decorated with a beautiful view of the beach. The kitchen is well equipped with the necessary items for a long term stay, and has updated appliances. The shower has perfect water pressure. We strongly recommend it and hope to come back soon. The host is warm and cheerful, we got lost after driving 12 hours to get here. She responded quickly and put us right on track.Thank you so much Mary, so happy we chose VRBO over a hotel.

Great Vacation
This property was beautiful and it was in a perfect location to get away from Co-vid! It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with every kitchen item we needed. We hope to back one day!
