My husband and I plus our 18 month old daughter stayed at Melanie’s place and had a wonderful time. The proximity to the beach/the view can’t be beat. Our favorite part was enjoying coffee and breakfast on the deck each morning. We even got up early enough to watch the sunrise one day. It is an easy walk downtown to restaurants and Palace Playland. We were also a very short drive from some great restaurants in Scarborough. Melanie’s place was very clean and more than enough space for our family. We would absolutely stay again!

This well-equipped condo was perfect for our vacation: spectacular views, comfy beds, plenty of pantry space, and a fabulous deck. The location is fabulous, out the door and on the beach, literally. Super convenient parking onsite. Melanie promptly answered our questions before our visit, so we knew exactly what to bring and what to leave at home. We loved every minute of our stay, from sunrise to moonrise over the surf!

We just got back from an amazing week at this perfect beachfront property. The condo had everything you would need for a great beach day (chairs, beach toys, games and boogie boards.) The condo itself is clean and updated. The porch has stunning views of the beach and pier. Melanie was wonderful to deal with and made a lot of helpful recommendations. We had a great vacation and can’t wait to go back!

I stayed in this condo with my husband and two year old son for a long weekend. We loved waking up to the sound of the ocean waves and drinking coffee on the porch looking at the beach. The convenience to the beach and the pier activities was amazing. The condo was nicely decorated and comfortable. Be aware there is no AC so the nights can be a little warm for sleeping but fans are provided and there are many windows to open. I would definitely recommend this place.

This condo is lovely and right on the beach with beautiful ocean views. It is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Only a few blocks to the center of town-so close enough to walk to restaurants and nightlife, but far enough away to be very quiet. We loved our stay!!!

ThIs 3-bedroom duplex condo Is located 3-flights up and has a full-size bunkbed on the main level and two queen-size beds each in the two bedroom (an additional flight up) on the 2nd floor. Everything in the condo is nicely proportional and appointed. The terrace overlooking the beach is sublimed. We were a party of six and fit neatly in the space. There’s no ac but you probably won’t miss it with the ocean breeze. We didn’t miss it! Who doesn’t love the sound and sight of lapping ocean??? Owners have a storage unit in the basement filled with boogie boards and beach chairs and games. Total plus!

Enjoyed the relaxing get away, location was great. So close to the beach and also walking distance to pier and restaurants. The view was just perfect. Highly recommend.

The unit was well appointed. The location was amazing with front row sunrise views from the balcony every day. The little extras found in each bathroom and kitchen from shampoo and conditioner to sample make up remover we’re a nice touch (Something I haven’t seen with before with vacation rentals). The space was extremely clean with plenty of cleaning items to keep up with sanitizing. The owner gave great tips on activities and local eateries which was spot on for my 19 and 21 year old kids. Each bedroom was well furnished and beds comfortable. The kitchen had all essentials for cooking a beach side family dinner and breakfast. It was such a pleasant getaway despite the current events. Lovely place with a great location.

Great location for family with younger children — lots of activity options. Simple, elegant, tidy condo. Plenty of sleeping accommodation among the three bedrooms but could use more living space if planning to spend any real time lounging indoors rather than out on the beach or amusement center. The daytime views from condo were amazing, particularly the sunrise, and stargazing late night on the balcony was a highlight of the stay for our city-dwelling family.

The Dube’s condo is nothing short of perfect! Extremely clean with beautiful furnishings and plenty of room for my family of 6. We loved feeling the ocean breeze blow right through the house and hearing the waves crash just outside the door. Melanie went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with snacks, drinks and even a thoughtful toy for each of my kids. One of my favorite features was the supply of beach items, chairs, tables, umbrella and boogie boards - It was so nice not to have to bring all of our stuff along with us. The proximity to downtown was perfect too, quiet but close and a great view of the fireworks.

Staying at this property was an amazing experience. The beach was so close and amazing. The condo was super clean and well taken care of. The location was within easy driving distance to Portland, Cape Elizabeth and Kennebunkport. Best of all, Melanie was amazing and thoughtful. Truly the best VRBO experience we’ve had thus far. 5 stars all around and a relaxing and restoring vacation for our family!

Absolutely loved this property! The location is right on the coast with an easy walk to town/the pier/shopping/restaurants. It's also 20 minutes from Portland, so easy to visit or go in for dinner. The house was well equipped, clean and while everything was comfortable the bed was simply the best - I haven't slept that well in a long time! I also appreciated the owner's responsiveness, care and special touches that made the whole process very easy. I highly recommend and really can't wait to come back and stay longer. I miss my daily walks on the beach and definitely miss the views from almost every window. The only thing to make others aware of is that the property is on the third floor and 2 of the bedrooms are up another flight of stairs. For many this is no big deal, but if you will be traveling with someone who has mobility problems, or very young or older, you should consider this.

Great family vacation.

This is a beautiful place to stay. The views are terrific and the location can't be beat - close enough to walk to the attractions but far enough away that it is quiet and relaxing. The house is very comfortable and Melanie is wonderful to work with. We had a great time and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Although this condo had three average sized bedrooms, the kitchen, upstairs bath and living room spaces were adequate but very small. We absolutely loved the up to date decor! Everything in the condo was brand spanking new and that was a wonderful surprise for those of us who care about such things. After traveling all day, we loved walking into the condo on the first afternoon to find a wonderful array of snacks and water waiting for us! This was the best beach condo experience we have had to date!

Wow! This beachfront condo was immaculate and attention to detail for all your needs are beyond expectations. For my family, we had no need to leave. Watching and listening to the crashing waves, and long walks on the beach were what we were looking for. It's a true gift that the owners are making this space available and affordable. They were so pleasant to deal with. I hope you will find yourself there someday! I know we will be back...

This condo is absolutely fabulous! We were able to book this trip last minute when bad weather interrupted our previous plans, and we were definitely not disappointed. This condo is right on the beach, and BEAUTIFULLY appointed in a classically modern coastal style. We were looking for a beachfront location within short driving distance of Portland and Kennebunkport and this place was awesome. Melanie was an absolute pleasure to communicate with and so sweet, and we SO appreciated the personal treats and recommendations she provided. This condo is on the third floor of the building, which provides wonderful views and breezes. (Being from Texas, we hardly know life without central air conditioning, but we were always comfortable!) The condo is right in the heart of OOB, but visiting in September, we heard zero noise from outside other than the crashing ocean waves! 😍 If visiting Maine again, I would 100% choose this condo again and will definitely recommend it to others looking for a beautiful, clean, classy place to stay in the greater Portland area.

I strongly recommend this place. All we had to bring was our clothes, food, and beach towels. It was far enough from the pier to be away from the action when you need it, yet close enough to walk to (cafes, amusement park, shops, etc). The view of the pier for the Thursday fireworks was amazing. Tastefully decorated and renovated. Stocked with necessities. We truly felt like we were at home. Working with Melanie (owner) was fantastic and she was always available to answer questions and make sure that everything was OK. And the welcome gift for our 2 kids was a very nice touch. They loved it! We will be back
