Loved the house, super clean & very convenient. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved staying in this very comfortable home. It seems newly renovated with brand new appliances that were easy to use. The entry system was a definite plus as well. It was too cold to use the pool, but we plan to come back when it’s hot.

The neighborhood can be a little sketchy from some people's perspective- I was fine with it, but I live in the Bay Area where most neighborhoods are just like this one (older & more established). House is on a main street and can sometimes be difficult to back out into the main street from driveway, so be careful. We were super close to the strip and our favorite restaurant - you MUST dine at Capo's Italian Steakhouse on Sahara. It's a five min drive from this house. The house itself is very spacious and decorated beautifully. I love the layout. We did not use the pool table/ game room but it looked nice from a quick glance. I also loved the security lock/ pad on the front door, very easy to use! Kitchen was great, the owner could definitely replace the cookie sheets. I bought new frying pans at Walmart and left them there for future guests because the ones there are not usable (in my humble opinion). Beds are not comfortable at all, which I was shocked because they are decorated so cute and look so inviting. I managed to sleep okay, because I was sick and was taking NyQuil- but my family members did not sleep as well. It's too bad because the rooms are all so cute and very spacious! Master bedroom closet was to die for! Love all the space with that walk in closet. The backyard was amazing, pool was too cold for us to use but we enjoyed laying on the lounge chairs in the sun and at night we appreciated having the lights in the cabana area. Made us feel safe sitting out there. All in all, house was amazing, we felt safe and would love to rent again someday. Owner was easy to communicate with!

Convenient for sightseeing but quiet and private

We enjoyed our stay - the house was large enough for 8 people to have plenty of room, was clean, and included the necessary amenities. The ride to the strip was short and easy, making it convenient to get back and forth. We were disappointed to see that the pool was really dirty upon arrive, but a pool cleaner came the next morning, which we greatly appreciated! The listing also advertises a grill, but upon use, we found the gas was empty and we needed to go refill it ourselves at the gas station. The property manager was quick to respond and helpful. Overall, a good stay at a good price.

Loved the place! It was really spacious and it was perfect for the large group that I had. The parking situation was great. The pool was perfect for the heat! We had a wonderful stay!!

Very nice property and easy access to activities nearby. about 3 miles to strip and close to Palms and Rio. Many conveniences (drugstore, restaurants convenience stores) within walking distance (3 blocks). Nice neighborhood with privacy in backyard. Pool and cabana very nice and relaxing. House is clean and well maintained, owner is friendly and helpful.

The pool area from the pictures is what sold me on this house. However, the pictures were a significant misrepresentation (false advertising). When I arrived, the pool was algae green. Needless to say, I was very disappointed! I contacted the owner to inform her and request a discount, but she wasn’t open to it. She implied that an approved an early checkin is why she wasn’t able to have the pool ready for my arrival. This was poor customer service! I appreciate that she granted me an early checkin; however, I would’ve preferred a fully prepared home instead. She didn’t have to approve an early checkin, if more work was required. So when she approved the early checkin, she was acknowledging the home was ready for checkin. The pool finally turned blue 2 days after checkin, but it remained cloudy and didn’t clear up prior to my departure. Not only was the pool unsanitary and unswimmable, there were gaps of missing tile along the pool perimeter. There are also other damages around the house. In the game room, there are broken cue sticks with no tips. The kitchen door knob to the patio is loose. There are lots of loose tiles, that are a tripping hazard. And worse, the sliding door in the living room jams and is hard to close...3 of my guests slammed their hands trying to close it. I was trying to resolve this at the lowest level possible, but it looks like I’m going to have to file a suit. My advice to renters is, beware! I took lots of pictures of the damages, but it doesn’t appear I have the option to upload them.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the beds were very uncomfortable.

Me and my friends had a wonderful time there were shopping centers and food nearby quite neighborhood inside outside the house was as shown in the picture. Couple minor things that would make it 5 stars the beds were hard, the toilet seats were loose and the entrance to the house there is a broken tile that needs repairs soon before someone trips. Overall our trip was wonderful and this house was the beginning of a beautiful vacation.

The house and the owners were great. Can see they really care about the home and the guests that stay there. Thanks for having us!

the mattress in all rooms need to be replaced. the dining room furniture was broken and not usable (was reported to owner but no on came to inspect) the toilet seat in the main bathroom was broken (was reported to owner no one repaired or came to inspect) the shower handle on the door of master bedroom was not attached no set screw in bottom (was reported to owner but no one came to inspect or repair). the tile in the rear bed room was coming up in a 4 foot area. the entrance to home due to the tile being same tile has a step down three out of five persons fell. should be a different color border to let people know there is a step down. pool water to cold could not use. pool door lock not operational

House is perfect for anyone with a large group or on a budget.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Very spacious everyone was comfortable and our group got to stay together. We took UBER/Lyft to and from strip. Only a few mins away. Lots of dining choices near by as well as a Wal-Mart & target. Very happy with everything.. would defiantly stay again. Thanks you so much for your hospitality!

This property more than lived up to our expectations .It was in a nice quiet residential area ,but only 10 minutes by car from the strip . It was spacious and extremely well equipped . There were only 5 of us , but there was enough crockery , glassware and utensils to adequately serve 6-8 . All kitchen and laundry appliances were new and of a high quality and even came supplied with detergents . There were plenty of towels ,including some for the pool . The garden , patio and pool were even better than shown in the photos with an excellent supply of outdoor seating and dining and looked especially tempting when lit up at night ,...although a welcome pack would have been useful to tell us where to turn the lights on ...and how to operate the tv ! Our grandson also enjoyed challenging his dad and grampa in the pool room . We did have a problem with toilet seats when we arrived in that they were not properly screwed down...in fact one was off altogether, which was extremely uncomfortable . We reported it to the owner but she didn't manage to have them repaired during the 4 days we were there , but it WAS 4th July holiday so hopefully they are now done . Toilet seats not withstanding, we loved our time at this property and would thoroughly recommend it .
