It was the perfect hybrid of having a spacious place to stay with amenities for cooking our own meals with the option of utilizing the resort’s restaurants and activities as well! I have three suggestions. The blender was broken and the bottom couch cushions kept sliding forward when anyone sat on it. We loved the outdoor area of your balcony but it would have been better with cushions on the furniture.

There’s no exaggeration, and the view in the pictures is exactly the same or even better in reality. Most of the time we were in the villa, we spent in the balcony watching the beach. We didn’t have very much time to explore the amenities but I’m sure they are amazing just like the pool that was right across the balcony. The unit came with everything that was needed, and it was very neat and well maintained. The property manager is very responsive. We loved our stay.

The listing doesn't do this place justice. Listing some of the best things: Having a reserved parking spot convenient to the unit, the key code (no key) situation, THE HEAVENLY SHEETS, The roominess of the unit, the boogie boards, snorkel equipment, cooler, toys in the storage unit, everything you need is there. I spent HOURS on the Lanai watching the waves and birds. The pool was heated!

We had the best time on the North Shore staying at the Turtle Bay villas. The room was clean and the maintenance manager was very responsive to any concerns. It was a great experience and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone... including ourselves as we hope to stay there again. If you want to unplug in a beautiful setting with amazing local culture and cuisine, this is the place.

The late night lady security was very nice and helpful. The apartment was well maintained with everything needed. Some of the furniture was old and needs replacement, such as coffee table, lots of scratches. Bathrooms need more toiletries, such as toilet paper, two rooms in each bathroom.

me and my family stayed for 5 nights and we love the villa location and what it has to offer, the pool and the hot spa were neat to relax a anytime before and after a long day swimming in the ocean. the villa was very clean, and big. plus all the aminities they give you to enjoy the beach, with snorkling gear, umbrellas, chairs, toys for the kids to play in the sand even a cooler to take to the beach and enjoy your cool drinks. i will say groceries store are a little far to villa but it is well worth it the drive, 5 to 10 minute drive to the nearest store. very peaceful place to enjoy with the family or for couples... we love the place so much and we will be back.

We stayed with 4 adults and 1 toddler and enjoyed our stay. It was cozy and spacious and we enjoyed going to the pool and eating at Roy’s beach house that was part of the resort. Plenty of beach equipment if you have kids. Location is superb if you’re looking for quiet and away from busyness of Waikiki.
Only four stars because it was expensive for the condition of the space. The washer/dryer was broken, patio door lock didn’t work, and garbage disposal had some issues. The place could use updates.
However, the property manager and Hagen were friendly and responsive to our needs. They let us use another unit’s washer/dryer and was also kind and responsive when one of the room’s sheets were dirty. Top-notch service.

We had a wonderful experience. The condo is well equipped, beautifully furnished and located incredibly. Our AC went out the first day and they promptly got it working. All of the beach toys and snorkel gear were lifesavers for us as well!

The venue was gorgeous and worth the money despite the relatively long distance from Honolulu and intermittent massive traffic congestion on the North Shore of Oahu. The villa was beautiful with plenty of room for 5 people. It was nice to be able to use some of the amenities of the main hotel but also disappointing that some amenities were NOT available. Contrary to info provided in advance, villa dwellers were not allowed to use the fitness center, even after using the spa. On arrival, a few of the kitchen appliances were broken (toaster, blender) but management replaced them quickly. Original communications indicated that the villa had a Bose sound system. On the day of arrival we were notified that the system was not functional. There was a broken cocktail glass in a kitchen cupboard on arrival. The light and fan in the master bath toilet room were not working. Despite these minor inconveniences we had the vacation of our life times and we would highly recommend the Turtle Bay resort and the ocean villas to others.

Good, not excellent. My wife is a bit of perfectionist and found flows in the refrigerator and the microwave. No ice maker, we had to steal ice from the hotel and the microwave was the smallest microwave I've ever seen. The property also had these old CD players set up in the main room and the master bedroom. Who uses CD's anymore? Lastly, we never could figure out how to use the master bedroom TV. Not that is was overly important. We could only use it for netflix etc, nothing on regular TV. One more point, it should be noted on the website, that the rental has nothing to do with the hotel. We've rented the Villas before and we had access to the hotel, now there is no access to the hotel. No swimming pool and no access to the gym. You shouldn't be leaving pictures of the gym on the VRBO website as there is no access. We ended up renting a room at the hotel to get access, which ended up costing us a pretty penny in addition to the Villa rental. Keep that in mind when renting.

Very private setting, great beach for lounging around and snorkeling. The host are very accurate and detailed on all their processes and information. This was the first time in 17 years I have taken a full week off and it was well worth it.
