We rented for 5 weeks and loved the property. Hosts couldn’t have done more to make us feel at home. Very comfortable and great views. We were extremely lucky to see a manatees surface right in front of the dock. 🥰. Great location, close to everything. Fabulous sunsets. Enjoyed many evenings sipping cocktails on the dock watching all the activity on the river, kayaks, paddle boards and boats going by. The dogs loved it too. We will definitely return again. Highly recommend this home. Very clean and cozy. Everything is there with no need to run around.

Great location with easy access to shops, and main roads yet peaceful setting next to the water ways. Comfortable with all we needed for our stay. Owner was very helpful and accommodating as I was a last minute booking to avoid hurricane Ian where we were due to stay in Naples Florida.

We travelled from Seattle where the cool weather is hanging on for as long as it can so arriving in warm Florida after a long winter season was very welcome. The house was beautiful and our host, Stephan, was informative, friendly and provided us with a warm welcome too. The kitchen was well stocked and ample refreshments were generously provided. The pool, my goodness the pool, was amazing and wonderfully refreshing and relaxing at all times of the day. The location of the house was great. Lots of conveniences nearby but importantly the location was very peaceful and relaxing. Being situated on the canal is a highlight. We had such a great time that we are already planning to have a return visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The back of the house, pool, music, and serenity of Middle River, gave us a quiet oasis for a weeklong stay. We loved being in close proximity to anything we needed. Walking through the neighborhood felt peaceful and safe. Stephane was easily accessible to answer questions when needed. Minor suggestions would be a garbage disposal and a new faucet in the hall bath. We have already rebooked this property. Thank you Stephane !

There is seemingly everything you would need for your short vacation at the place. The beds are comfortable, plenty of closet space, living room furniture is cozy, great selection of books and TV screens (!), kitchen has few coffee machines and plenty of dishes and glassware. The pool is fantastic, the river view is peaceful. We were happy with the property and would come again.

This was a truly wonderful rental experience. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood where you can get to any restaurants, stores, or highways in just a few minutes. It has a circular driveway and carport. The house has 3 very nice sized bedrooms, each had a TV. 2 full bathrooms, washer/dryer, and an outdoor bathroom for pool use. Lots of natural light. It is tastefully well appointed in mid century modern style. It was very clean and fully stocked with towels, sheets, and cleaning/laundry supplies. The kitchen was clean and fully equipped for cooking with all the pots, pans, cooking utensils, silverware, and glassware you could ever need. It had a fridge already stocked with some drinks, Keurig coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. Outside was a huge, clean, stainless steel BBQ and grilling utensils. As nice as the house is, the main star of the show is the backyard. The back terrace is paved in travertine tile and decorated with nice modern pool/patio furniture. The rectangular pool is roughly 15'x40' and is heated so it always feels great. The yard is well landscaped with lots of lush greenery to give a feeling of tropical privacy. There is a lawn across the length of the seawall and 4 large palmtrees to frame the calm, wide river in the background. The pool and landscaping have soft lighting in the evening to make a relaxing setting. There is also a small dock as well. I have stayed at many rental homes over the years. Most are kinda shabby and I have always had to clean things before settling in...but not with this house. I immediatly felt comfortable here as if I was staying at a friend's home. We wasted no time and got right into making drinks and enjoying the beautiful setting. We will definitely come back to stay here again.

Recently had the pleasure of spending an entire month in this home. This home itself has many awesome attributes as noted by others and the fully accurate property description, but the outdoor living space is beyond exceptional. Wake up every morning and see the stunning views of peaceful relaxation, enjoy the amazing and large salt water pool, morning coffee by the river, and evening meals prepared on the large BBQ grill overlooking a stunning setting accented by beautiful landscape lighting. I can’t say enough. It was a truly memorable experience. The owner could not have been more cooperative or attentive to any questions you have. Highly recommended!

Great one-level home on a beautiful, natural canal that meanders out to the sea. Situated in a hidden, quiet neighborhood though close to the busy Ft Lauderdale suburban scene full of stores, restaurants and a short drive to a great ocean beach. Home is quite comfortable, fully equipped and managed by a thoughtful owner who is attentive and easy to communicate with. Stay here!

We had an amazing time at this property. The view is spectacular, the pool is amazing and the host went above and beyond to ensure our stay went beyond 5 stars. The fridge was stocked with beers, seltzers and water. The linens were luxurious and the outdoor space makes you feel as if you're at a luxury hotel. Most importantly, the host was incredibly accommodating. I would give this place 10 stars if I could - we will definitely be back and will definitely be staying here again!

Just ended a perfect one week vacation at this property in Ft Lauderdale. We really enjoyed our time at this home. The house was perfect for six people with three bedrooms, all with king beds. The living room was comfortable and perfect for conversation as well as watching a movie. The kitchen had everything you could want to prepare any meal. The backyard was the perfect little getaway with a beautiful heated pool and a peaceful waterfront view. The beds were very comfortable with quality bedding that felt like we were in a high end hotel. The best part was that the central air conditioning worked flawlessly and really kept the house as cool as we needed. We had a couple of questions for the owners, and they responded within minutes and couldn’t do enough to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Also, we were close to restaurants and a short drive to A1A and the beach. Honestly, we loved our stay at this property. Thank you!

Stephane's house is great! Located directly on the Middle River, close to the action of Wilton Dr. (easy $6 Uber), but far enough away to be relaxing and tranquil. Check-in using the coded lock was a breeze and communication with Stephane during our stay was excellent with him very responsive to text. Highlights of our stay were the picturesque pool and the included kayaks for exploring the river. All around a lovely trip and we would be very happy to return!

One of the best rental all around. Amazing house inside and out, amazing location, and most of all amazing host! This rental is what makes the difference between an excellent experience and an exceptional one: stylish interior design and equipment to include amazing bedding and TVs in all rooms, outstanding outside to include real big heated pool, kayaks, bikes, fishing equipment, outdoor high quality furniture, shower.. The view was beautiful and relaxing. The house was spotless. This was one of the best hosts so far, all platforms included: never experienced so many welcome touches : stocked fridge with water, ice, drinks, kitchen with Keurig and Nespresso pods, and anything necessary to cook, bathrooms properly stocked with high quality items! Easy and flexible check-in, check-out and great communication on everything. We wanted to immediately extend our stay for few weeks but, understandably, it was fully booked and I do understand why. Best house, best hosts, best value! Thank you.

We absolutely loved this location for our family Thanksgiving holiday! The property is beautiful, the accommodations were top notch, the owner's communication was fantastic! We really didn't have to leave (nor did we want to). We've enjoyed the views, the lounging area, the kayaks to use from the dock. We used the grill, cooked Thanksgiving dinner, enjoyed coffee from the dock in the mornings, sat outside to eat on the pool deck, and generally just relaxed for the week. The neighborhood was nice to walk, and close to everything! Beautiful parks to walk around within 3 miles, as well as the ocean! We'll be back to this beautiful place... Hopefully very soon!

We really enjoyed our location on the water. It was just so wonderful to relax by the pool and watch kayakers, boats and an occasional coconut float by. Our host was very accommodating and even invited us to check in a day early as the house was not being used.

Stephane was an excellent host! Attentive and responsive. The house is beautiful and comfortable. The view and the pool were awesome. I swam every morning and evening. It was just what I needed.

THE SETTING: Perfectly situated on the inter coastal where you see boats go by all day, none of which kicked up a wake to disturb your kayaking or tranquil sunbathing by the beautiful pool. The pictures suggest a million-dollar view. When you see it yourself, you'll think – priceless. THE HOUSE: This mid-century classic was carefully renovated to keep the beauty of the era, updated with the comforts and amenities we love and expect. Jonathan Adler must have stopped by to give pointers. You don’t normally see high end pieces in a rental unit, yet they were all over the place. The furniture, the towels, the pillows and even the coasters that sit in their living room were swanky. I know this because I rest my drinks on the same ones at home and paid hundreds for them. Again, not what you expect to see in a rental and a surprising treat 😊 THE KITCHEN: I love to cook so this was an important part of my decision making. I was over the moon to find every kitchen gadget I have in my own home- Cuisinart galore... You could easily cook a Thanksgiving Dinner with ease in this kitchen, no joke... Cabinets stocked with spices, oils and all the condiments you typically must buy when you rent a home. There was a cornucopia of Keurig coffee cups that more than lasted our 2 week stay. Paper towels, laundry detergent etc. The icing on the cake was the state-of-the-art fridge stocked with tons of bottled water, soft drinks and imported beer on arrival. Very nice touch. THE BEDROOMS: Beds were rejuvenating. We all have bad backs and we rested well and free of aches. Bedding was not only pretty but comfortable. If doing laundry is not your thing, no problem. They had more towels (of all sizes) including beach towels to last a month. Each bedroom had tons of closet space that we all took advantage of to unpack, unwind and rest peacefully. Each bedroom- no actually every room had a 50+ inch TV with incredible internet speeds. THE BATHROOMS: Also newly renovated, they fit the bill. We were all so amazed by the water pressure- truly amazing. If baths are your thing, you’ve arrived. Huge tub to soak away. Also amazed with the "bougee" shampoos and soaps in each bathroom. Plenty of room for 2 people to share each bathroom. THE OWNERS: Completely responsive, proactively checked in every couple of days. They were vested in our stay which was awesome! I can’t wait to go back!! Thank you for allowing me to unwind!

After not seeing family for over a year, this home was a welcome experience. Truly perfect in every aspect and the owner could not have been more gracious. Great location, clean and relaxing. Would absolutely come again!

This was one of our best family vacations, which started with a great place to stay. The backyard offers so much starting with a view of the river that is incredible both day and night. A good sized heated pool with cool colored night lights, the nice breeze, the outdoor speakers(Sonos App) for music, and the good seating & lounge chairs all combine for a lot of enjoyable time spent in the backyard. Great activities are available with the kayaks, bikes, and fishing poles at the house! The grill worked well and was a great size for cooking meals. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and eating. The home decor is nice and comfortable. The family slept comfortably on high quality King size beds, and TV's in each bedroom are high quality with cable, Apple TV and premium movie channels. The house is bright and clean. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants and the ocean. The host is top notch, very generous and quickly responds to any questions. We didn't have any issues, but know that if anything came up we would get a quick response. Check in and check out was a breeze! Thank you so much for a memorable week.

We had such an enjoyable visit. The house is charming and incredibly well equipped. Photographs are all accurate. We spent most of our time in the back yard, which was delightful. Owner is responsive and generous spirited. The neighborhood is very pleasant and safe for walks. WiFi is fast. Shops are convenient. Wholefoods delivers to this address. We were completely happy.

This host is top notch and makes sure the house has everything needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The house and view are incredible— even better than the photos. All beds were so comfortable. We loved the outdoor space, especially the heated pool. The location is good, we could ride bikes to the grocery, etc and just a quick Uber ride to the beach. The kitchen was completely stocked for making great meals at home. The owner was so helpful and would respond quickly to any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying here, you won’t be sorry! We plan to come back for sure. Thank you for the great family time we were able to share here!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 weeks while our house was being worked on. Stephane was a wonderful host, we had to extend our stay an extra two weeks short notice. The owner was quick to respond and let us know it wasn’t a problem. Our dogs were also able to stay with us which was a huge plus!! The backyard was beautiful, along with the pool and outdoor shower. The neighborhood was very nice and safe for walking in the morning or night. Super close to shops and restaurants! Plenty of towels and sheets were provided, also utensils in the kitchen. Internet was very fast, I was able to work from home with no problems! I really liked that every room had a new Apple TV! It was a nice little touch! There were only a few issues with the house. One was the draining of the sinks in the kitchen + bathroom. There was a pan under the sink in the kitchen that held water and needed to be emptied once it became full. We also started to get little ants throughout the house, but it’s nothing some spray can’t fix! Lastly, we noticed the refrigerator spring on the door was broken so it needed to be manually pushed in before closing. We really enjoyed this house and would 100% rent again. Thank you again for letting us stay!

Everything you need for a relaxing vacation is right there, and he is a fantastic readily available host who is quick to respond and easy going. The pool is a delight and the neighborhood a hidden gem. We will surely rent again. And Mia, our dog, was made welcome from the start with a loaner dog bed... we were repatriating from Panama, and this was just one of many things that separates WOLO from other rentals helping us adjust after a stressful 2 weeks preparing to relocate!
