Modern secluded home in wooded Setting
Este 2500 pies cuadrados casa tiene una planta libre de la planta baja con cocina sala de estar y la pantalla en el porche en la parte trasera de la casa. Una sala de estar y comedor separado en el frente de la casa. La planta baja también tiene un cuarto de baño 1.2 con lavadero. Hay dos entradas ... Uno de la puerta principal o una entrada independiente en un cuartito de la entrada. El porche es enorme, con zonas para relajarse. La planta alta tiene 3 dormitorios .... El dormitorio principal es bastante grande, con una sala de estar amueblada con sofá de dos plazas, futón y TV. El baño del dormitorio principal está amueblado con una profunda bañera relajante y ducha independiente. Los otros 2 dormitorios tienen una gran sensación soleada con camas de matrimonio. El segundo baño tiene una combinación de bañera ducha y sería utilizado por los dos dormitorios adicionales ... La cocina es totalmente moderna con encimera de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y centro de la isla con 3 taburetes de la barra para disfrutar de socializar ... El comedor es amueblada con mesa y 6 sillas para una cena más íntima .... La mejor característica de esta casa es el aire libre proyectado en envolvente ambiente de bosques y totalmente amueblado con muebles de mimbre para la relajación en un ambiente libre de errores. Sometimes a listing for "secluded" isn't really so. But here it was wonderfully true. When turning off Rte 23 to High Rise Rd, it looks like a single-lane gravel driveway. Then you continue and continue over the rough road until this amazing house appears in a clearing. It's a hidden gem in the woods. Despite difficulty with the lockbox (you need extraordinary strength) and one car getting a flat tire after driving over High Rise Rd., we had a great time in the house. The master suite can easily sleep at least 5-6 people between the bed, couch, futon, and rollaway found in a closet, and they would share a full bathroom. Plus there are 2 more bedrooms, and they would share the 2nd full bathroom.

We wanted a peaceful rest and that is what we got. House is off a road and you cannot hear anything just the birds. First time in the Berkshires and it was close to everything we wanted to do. House had plenty of room and all the amenities you needed. Used the gas grill a couple of time to cook. Sitting outside in the morning the front porch was nice and cool and at night the back porch.

Everything was tip-top! Plenty of space, beautiful house… kitchen, living room, porch, garage, etc. ideal for family get-togethers! Great bedrooms, very quiet and restful! We stayed here once before about 5 years ago and enjoyed our second time as much as the first.

We enjoyed our second stay at this quiet home in Otis. House is large and lovely with more than enough space for a family or group, with 3 bedrooms. The master suite is huge and comfortable.

We rented the house for a place to stay while visiting tanglewood . It’s a beautiful clean house in the woods with a screened in porch that we loved . Everything about the trip was perfect.

We stayed at the property while visiting family on Otis Reservoir. The house was perfect for our needs, clean, spacious, comfy. Convenient to nearby restaurants and stores. Host was great to work with.

It is a lovely home - very neat and clean with comfortable beds!. The kitchen was fully stocked. There were plenty of places for guests to sleep and plenty of room to spread out and relax. We especially loved the back screened in porch!
The host was a pleasure to interact with. She checked up on us during the first few days to be sure we had everything we needed.
The only downside is that is in a fairly isolated area and takes almost 30 minutes to drive to into 'town'.

A wonderful weekend!
My friends and I had a wonderful and relaxing stay here in Otis! The home was beautiful and very clean! Vicki was absolutely wonderful! She checked with us to make sure we made it to the house and left the porch light in for us because we were arriving in the evening. That made us feel so welcome! On the porch there is a game called Ringo that was so simple and fun! We all got addicted to it. We would definitely recommend this place and we would love to return!

The house was comfortable and had many areas to relax and lounge about, which was tested due to the rainy weather we encountered. We had an opportunity to walk on tree and wildflower lined paths, surrounded by waterfalls. It was very relaxing and renewing.

The property was beautiful. The place was as beautiful in person as the website. The master bedroom is gorgeous. The place was fully stocked with any thing you needed to prepare meals. The host was wonderful. I would definitely stay again. My only suggestion would be making the lock box for entry easier to use.

Vick’s property is super clean, very well equipped and welcoming, has a lot of space with many big windows to see the beautiful wooden surroundings. Vick’s property is super clean, very well equipped and welcoming, has a lot of space with many big windows to see the beautiful wooden surroundings. Communication with her is really easy, she will answer immediately all your questions. As a plus the house has a game room in the basement next to the door to the bbq area so you can play or train as you cook.. there is a little grocery store 8 minutes drive from home in case you missed something, they also serve sandwiches, shakes and sodas.

Weekend getaway
We had a great time in Otis this past weekend. The house was beautiful, clean, updated and spacious. Vicki was an attentive host from check in to check out. (She called me days before to warn of inclement weather and then remotely turned on the heat for our arrival!) We enjoyed exploring neighboring communities and local hikes/walks on our pandemic weekend getaway. We definitely will be returning!

Perfect spot for a long weekend getaway
The house was beautiful and was even better than the pictures. The place was spacious and worked well for staying with friends particularly during these times. It had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. Vicki was attentive and easy to reach. I would not hesitate to stay at this house again. The house is secluded, which is what we were looking for given the covid-19 restrictions, but in short driving distance of Lee, Great Barrington, etc. The phone reception was poor, but the wifi was reliable throughout the house. Vicki was very responsive and attentive host. We’re looking forward to meeting you in person next time we come to Otis. Thank you!

Great house in the Berkshires
We've been coming to the Berkshires for years, but can no longer fit in the same house with my daughter's family, so we rented this house. We were a group of 5, my wife, 2 sons and 1 girlfriend. The house was plenty big for all of us. The house is very well equipped for all your cooking needs, as well as a washer and dryer. The AC was excellent, especially important as the temperatures were in the 90's while we were there.
We recommend Otis Town Beach, just 10 minutes away by car. Easy access to Lee and Great Barrington. We would definitely stay again!

Great family Berkshire getaway!
Vicki was the perfect host! Very attentive and thoughtful, both during the process of booking and while we were there. The house was very clean, very comfortable, and well-equipped. Our family had a great time in Otis and loved staying in the house - game nights on the screened-in porch, ping pong matches, and lots of family meals spent together. Thank you Vicki for such a great time, we can't wait to come back!
