¡He tenido algunos de los mejores momentos de mi vida aquí mismo! Es muy tranquilo y silencioso. La habitación tiene vistas a un pantano de mareas que es muy tranquilo y agradable para despertarse.
Seabrook tiene muy poca contaminación lumínica por lo que la oscuridad es oscura, pero para las noches iluminadas por la luna o los días para dormir, tenemos cortinas opacas. ¡La cama es una cama número king para dormir! Elige tu propio nivel de comodidad!
En mi opinión, el mejor entretenimiento es observar la vida salvaje del pantano desde el porche o justo afuera de las ventanas. Hay tanto que ver y hacer, (o relajarse, y no), probablemente no lo necesite, pero por las dudas; tenemos un televisor LED en el dormitorio y un televisor inteligente en la sala de estar con acceso a cualquier suscripción que use (Netflix, etc.) conectado a través de Comcast X-1 TV con canales de música y HBO y 75MB inalámbrico súper rápido. ¡Internet! Suministramos bicicletas para adultos para recorrer las islas, una olla de cangrejo para que pueda tomar su cena, y sillas de playa para relajarse.
La cocina está bien equipada con una cafetera, platos, ollas, sartenes, tetera eléctrica, microondas, etc.
El sofá es una cama extraíble para que el lugar duerma cómodamente.

Favorite spot on Seabrook Island!
Charlie has an excellent condo in the private Bay Pointe Community. This condo is updated, spotless and serene. Love the new couch!

The unit was very clean, updated, and well maintained. The marsh views were beautiful and having the dock to fish and the pool so close were a plus.

My husband and I enjoyed our week at Charlie’s condo. This is our fourth year vacationing here! It is a peaceful spot overlooking the marsh, where you can watch the tides change while you drink your coffee or sip your wine. The condo is very clean and has everything you need. The beach is expansive and only a 10 minute drive away where you can walk to see the dolphins strand or just set up your chair and enjoy the sun. Charleston is just 40 minutes away. This is a great spot to relax!

Very clean and quiet condo. Away from the hustle and bustle but, close to everything you want to see. Had everything we needed. The only thing we didn't like was the$225/ person/ week extra to use amenities of Seabrook. We didn't do that.

The condo was very spacious for 2. Very clean which is at the top of my list. Charlie was very quick to respond. The whole area was high end. Take a day to explore the area there is so much.
A short drive away there is a huge resort pool by the beach that you have to pay extra for. To pricey for us.
So we used the smaller pool just steps from our condo. Only complaint is the pool is warm because of the high 90 heat. So although nice i was looking for refreshing. Still used it.
I didnt think of marshes as a view but I was wrong it was really beautiful.
Only suggestion is maybe a floor fan for the living room. Air works great but a fan would circulate the air. We will be back for sure.

We only had a short stay at this beautiful property, and are already checking to see when we can return. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the condo and the care that is poured into this space is evident. The natural beauty of the surrounding scenery creates a relaxing atmosphere that entices both a sense of adventure and kicking up your heels. Charlie, the host, was incredible to work with and very responsive. We look forward to another trip soon.

We have spent a lot of time on Seabrook island and this condo is now our favorite place to stay! The marsh views are amazing any time of day but especially in the evenings. There is a dock right by the condo that is perfect to view the sunset with a glass of wine. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and spotless. We cooked several nights and found everything we needed was provided. I can not say enough good things about our host. There was a problem with one of the bikes and Charlie had it replaced first thing the next morning. Excellent communication. We will book this condo again and again!

We recently stayed here to attend a wedding at Kiawah. The condo was perfect! It was very clean, the marsh views were spectacular and the long dock a treat at sunset. The bikes were perfect, in good working order, which isn’t always the case at rentals. The location was perfect for us, being near tennis, the fitness center, the French bakery and the beautiful equestrian center.
The only thing that we had an issue with and is no reflection of the property is the amenity fee structure. When you go to a resort and pay a resort fee, it always includes certain things. Here the amenity fee is more of an opportunity for access and to pay more. There is an additional charge for tennis, the fitness center and even for a towel at the pool! The golf club restaurant was wonderful and so was the informal beach restaurant, which you are not permitted to eat at unless you purchase an amenity card.

Seabrook Island is the perfect place to enjoy nature and peace. This property has gorgeous marsh views, is super clean and newly decorated. The decor is gorgeous and modern, with a well-stocked kitchen. Very close to Freshfield Village restaurants and shops, with great biking and walking paths. We would definitely return.

This is a great spot for a weekend trip to the coast. The marsh view from the screened in porch is great! The provided bikes are a bonus- it’s an easy bike ride to explore both Seabrook & Kiawah.

First off, you can't go wrong with Seabrook. My husband and I discovered this serene paradise several summers ago and have been coming back ever since. That being said, we've stayed all over the island and we must say that this place has been our favorite. It was pristine, well stocked, and had a very comfortable bed. Everything you could ever think of was taken care of. Thanks, Charlie for letting us stay in your beautiful home - it is evident that you take pride in it and it is well taken care of!

We loved walking the island and the beach! It’s a very quiet, peaceful place. The dolphins were stranding one of the days at the inlet, which were told is a rare experience. Totally awesome!
I definitely recommend this island and condo for any couple wanting a peaceful getaway!
