Newly Renovated!-3 Bed Family-Friendly by Pier and beach Walk / Bike Everywhere!
Hermoso condominio de lujo en la comunidad cerrada Harbor Oaks privada situada en el corazón de la isla de San Simón. Pier Village, acceso a la playa, varios parques y todo tipo de actividades son sólo una corta distancia a pie. Disfrute de su estancia sin preocuparse con el aparcamiento o el tráfico.
La comunidad Harbor Oaks en sí cuenta con la mañana al aire libre, piscina para niños, laguna escénica, lago, gimnasio, pistas de tenis y aparcamiento privado cubierto. El condominio cuenta con una ubicación ideal con vistas a la zona de la laguna y la piscina desde el balcón. Acceso a la piscina está cerca, pero lo suficientemente lejos que el ruido de la piscina no será un problema.
El condominio ha sido nombrado con muchas piezas de arte original de la colección del propietario. La unidad acaba de ser renovado con nuevos televisores, nueva gama de acero y lavavajillas y muchas otras actualizaciones de nuevos cambios. Nuestro personal de limpieza es insuperable y certificado para limpiar las instalaciones médicas y de hecho lo hace clínicas limpias y las oficinas del doctor en el área.
El salón cuenta con 51 pulgadas TV con reproductor de DVD El dormitorio principal y el dormitorio con dos camas ambos cuentan con nuevos televisores LCD también. La habitación doble también cuenta con un reproductor de DVD para entretener a los niños.

We stayed with our three kids (10, 8, &. 3). The condo was set up nicely for a family to stay. It was very nicely renovated. It was easy to access and a good location. Only thing I would have liked was a lock on the master bedroom door or bathroom door. It can be hard to get privacy from a toddler without it.

Not even a Tropical Storm could put a damper on our Island getaway! This is a beautifully updated condo with a large tabke and pleny of comfortable seating to play cards on the rainy days and just steps from the pool or short drive to the beach for the hot sunny days. Our communications with the host were prompt and courteous, and we would have no problem returning to this location. Thank you for the wonderful memories- until next time!

This second-floor condo is beautiful and spacious. The pictures and description are accurate. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the main Pier Village and a short drive to the beach.
The only negative I would say is that the check-out asked you to wash towels if you can, but laundry detergent was not provided. There was also only one kitchen trash bag, so we had to purchase these two items in order to comply with check-out requests. Most VRBO owners have extras of such things if they wish renters to deal with them before they leave.

My family and I had the best trip. The condo was perfect! Very clean and plenty of space. Pool was in a great location and the kids loved watching the turtles. Will definitely be back!

The condo was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. Loved having the pool so close to the condo. And my granddaughter loved turtle pond. Within walking distance to town and the peir.

We were immensely impressed with the condo and the ease of communicating with the owner. The condo was VERY clean, neat, organized, and decorated beautifully. This is the perfect place to stay-it was so close to the pier and village that we walked most of the time we were there. The neighbors were very friendly too! We will return!!

Me and the hubby along with our favorite couple from Michigan stayed at this rental for our dear friends wedding on the island. The condo was perfect for us 4. location to the pier and shops could not be beat. We're looking at renting it again for Spring break. It was absolutely wonderful. THANK YOU

We loved the condo we stayed in at St. Simon's Island. It was a perfect location. It was very clean and neat and had all we needed to make us very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again the next time we visit the island.

My family and I LOVE this condo! We book it at least once each year. Location is perfect for walking to the pier, Brogan’s, Half Shell, and Mullett Bay … to name a few.

Five ladies stayed in this lovely condo. We loved the design and comfort! The beds were comfy! The views overlooking the pond and pool were spectacular. The goose laying on her eggs was delightful to watch. I highly recommend this condo. ❤️

We stayed at this property with 4 women and two babies and were very comfortable. The covered parking and extra spots near is very convenient. The hostess was very responsive and truly went the extra mile in every area. I would highly recommend this property!

They should highlight the fact that the unit is on the second floor and there is no elevator. Secondly, someone needs to take some brass and clean the door numbers and the key pad buttons. Lastly, we loved the unit and the agent was fast to reply and worked hard to accommodate our request(s). See you next year!

This place was awesome, and it was just like most of the reviews said very, very clean! My hats off to whom ever does the cleaning!! Close to everything. We walked several times a day to the little town to eat and shop and to the pier. Went there to rest & relax and that was just what we did! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Was well supplied with all that you needed. Beautifully decorated. Probably one of the Best places we have ever stayed!

My family stayed at this property for a wedding weekend. It was just my parents, and my husband and I. Biggest intrigue for us was the two king size beds! Unfortunately that’s not common in this size vrbo.. We absolutely loved it! Beds were comfy. Plenty of space in the apartment to spread out! The apartment itself was better than the pictures! The weather was perfect so we left the doors open (there are screen doors too). That way we could hear both fountains. Such a peaceful aspect of this property! Would 100% stay here again!

The condo was comfortable and cozy. We were only there for a few nights but packed in a lot. Location is great, close to shops, beach and wonderful restaurants. The condo was well appointed and had everything to make our stay memorable. Definitely would recommend!!!

We really liked this condo in SSI. The pool is right across from the property and it doesn’t get loud. The beach is a 7 minutes drive (East Beach)
You are walking distance from the Pier Village, restaurants and shops.
This condo is equipped with everything you need to cook. Bring your own beach towels, chairs and umbrella, and toiletries.
I would suggest to the owner leaving more trash bags. As a family that does cook, 2 we’re not enough for a week.
Overall, I do recommend this condo, and it’s owner.

This was the perfect townhouse/condo for a week’s vacation in St. Simon Island. It’s walking distance to the main strip and in a quiet community. The listing is as listed, the master bed was very comfortable, the place is very clean and the renovations look great. Feels like home.
