Plenty of room, right on the lake. Spectacular views. The kitchen was amazing!

Total 5 star stay! We had 3 generations come on our trip (4 generations actually - our daughter is pregnant!) ages ranged from 14-79.
We used the gourmet kitchen almost everyday to feed the 13 of us. Tons of dishes and even a crock pot to put on something in the morning and return to dinner with the food ready! There is a regular coffee pot, Keurig and a Nespresso. So if you are a coffee drinker. You are set. A nice surprise there were 2 refrigerators, we used one for food and 1 for beverages.
The fire place was so cozy during the night. We all played games (we brought ours … but they had some as well).
The town has cute restaurants and a brewery (Lake Arrowhead Brewery) that was a fun few hours. We did day trips to LA/Pasadena/Oceanside/Carlsbad/Palm Springs and just had some days where we never left the cabin! We took the boat tour from the village to find out about all the famous folks who live on the lake. If you do this, sit in the seats directly when you get on the boat by the dock. If you sit on the other side you have to turn around the entire tour.
I can’t brag enough about Bill, the owner. He’s the BEST VRBO owner I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with on our many travels. I always felt like he was a phone call away. This makes a world of difference when you are scheduling so many different groups of folks.
It was a winter wonderland! I’m sure the summer is filled with lots of other adventures and activities. But we all loved our time!

There were 15 in our party and everyone raved about the house on the lake. Fantastic views, sandy beach and gourmet cooking facilities. Could not have asked for more. A definite 10.

We loved our stay. We are a big family and love cooking and this kitchen was a 15 on a scale of 1-10!!! 5 of us could cook in it at same time!! kayaks, canoes, games. Best VRBO we've ever rented.

We had a group of 6 moms and 6 teens to celebrate graduation and this house was perfect for us. The boys had their own level with a living area and TV and deck and the moms had a separate living space. We were all together but kind of separate. The boys loved the private beach and dock- the moms loved drinking coffee on the deck. Bill the owner was so wonderful and very responsive. We even had a car issue that he helped us through. It was a great weekend and I hope we can get our crew together again and do it again!

The property was exactly as advertised. Beautiful lake front property with amazing views of the lake. The home is set up perfectly for a large group. The bedrooms were large and all had easy access to an adjacent bathroom. We all thought the beds were incredibly comfortable. The pool table, pinball machine, and foosball table were a ton of fun for all. The dock was equipped with fishing pools and life jackets and we also used the canoe and kayak provided. Our group had a wonderful time and we would definitely rent again in the future.

We celebrated our 93 years old mother, grandmother's birthday while staying at this property. There were 13 of us and we loved the house. There were enough rooms and beds for everyone. Almost every room has its own bathroom. Close to shopping. The view is outstanding. The property owner was available quickly for questions. The only drawback is not having enough walking trails around the property but other than that, I highly recommend this place. We just loved our short family gathering.

The home was the perfect place for our family’s winter weekend getaway. Plenty of rooms for everyone in our large group and the 2 living rooms accommodated separate activities when needed. Kitchen was huge and had everything it one could need. The only thing that could have been improved was to disarm the security alarm before our arrival, but our host quickly took care of it and the rest of the stay was wonderful!

Our extended family of 16 had a great stay at this beautiful waterfront cabin for a pre-Xmas get-together. Bill was a great host, very accessible and responsive, and the cabin was decorated nicely with xmas decorations, flowers and a bottle of wine when we arrived..
Cabin is huge, with a great beach in front (covered with snow for us). Kitchen is extremely well-stocked and easily accommodated our group. Highly recommend this cabin!

We had two families of four (8 ppl total) and could have easily fit three families of four (12 total) or more. The view of the lake was great, and we really enjoyed using the kayaks and canoe.

If you are looking for a property that has everything look no further. It is absolutely an amazing property. Very quaint and Bill is an amazing property owner. Goes out of his way to ensure the satisfaction of his clients. Unfortunately it was unseasonably hot the week we stayed and it was very hot in the house, but Bill being wonderful owner provided portable a/c units to ensure our family was comfortable. Everything was exceptional and he provided all amenities such as towels and linens. Very clean and the location was perfect. Really enjoyed this location and now let me tell you about the amazing view! Honestly this view was magnificent not just for sunset, but oh my goodness that view for sunrise was spectacular! Thank you Bill for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, but thank you for solving any issues that arose so quickly and making our stay exceptional.

We love cooking and a great kitchen with everything you could imagine. Had a fun fishing contest but not many fish. Kayaks and canoe perfect. Great location-close to town. Spent lots of time just sitting on deck and enjoying the view!!

Unpleasant stay and constant calls from host
I will start off saying that the only great thing about this house is a view and short distance to the lake.
The actual house is very outdated. House located in a very small community and has a steep driveway to park cars. No additional cars will be able to park in case If you have visitors or someone from your group traveling separate. And if you do , your deposit will be withheld at the end.
All furniture is very old and broken, sliding doors to balcony does not open. Not even furniture on the balcony to enjoy views.
Issues with internet connecting. Some showers did not work and had no hot water.
We were a group of family with 16 people and the house is really tight for a large group of 16 and at the end you get charged fees for any visitors or cars.
Constant calls and messages from host every morning complaining and threatening to evacuate you.
Not a pleasant house to stay at for the amount paid.
Probably best stay for an older couple who has no activity and will just stand on balcony and watch the lake.

We had a wonderful stay! Bill made the check in/ check out process a breeze. Most of the rooms had a lake view that was amazing. We had lots of snow and we were able to sled right outside of the home. The kitchen has everything you need and was much larger than expected. We can’t wait to stay here again in the summer.

We rented Bill’s cabin for a family trip and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! There’s a big kitchen with all the appliances that you need, a beautiful view, comfortable beds, and there were even decorations to celebrate the Christmas holiday. Highly recommend!

Bill was a great host and provided useful information both before and during visit. I was very glad that I was able to navigate the 54 steps down to the lake since I will be having hip replacement surgery in less than 3 weeks. That’s could be important for anyone with a disability. The kitchen was very well furnished with plenty of spices, condiments and more. The kitchen was very well appointed and we enjoyed using the two grills in it. Bill also provided flowers, a bottle of wine, bottled water and coffee. There is an excellent grocery store less than a mile away with a huge meat counter and everything we needed. Our family enjoyed using the canoe and kayaks. Note: there was seaweed at swimming ladder area but we were able to clear for kids to swim. Water was cold, but very clean. The house furnishings were comfortable but not so new that we had to worry about the kids causing any damage. Overall it is a very nice location with plenty to do nearby.

The kitchen is amazing, we spent most of the weekend cooking family meals and eating, playing card games, talking and watching some football with the family. They have everything you need there for a great vacation and our host is great with communication and super friendly. They really made us feel welcomed. Can't thank you guys enough for a great time.

Beautifully located and comfortable getaway
The cabin is large, comfortable and very well stocked with kitchen items. Three families--6 adults and 6 children between the ages of 1.5 and 3 years old--stayed at the cabin. The views from every window of the rooms are beautiful and there is a secluded sandy dock area below the cabin for kids to play and for outdoor activities. The house is mostly carpeted, but for us that was a good thing because of small children. Bill, the host, is communicative and easy to get in touch with. We had no issues with the house. The host provided a bottle of wine and fresh flowers. Bring quarters for the pinball machine. The house is really close to a grocery store if you need any items. Overall, it was a great stay.

Perfect Family Getaway
The location is perfect and the view is amazing. It's also very peaceful as it's on a bay (no wake zone) so you avoid the noise of the speed boats; but if you want to be part of the action the village is easy access. The house was perfect for our multi-generational family of 16. The arrangement and variety of room types makes it great for multiple families to have their own space and the communal areas are great places to gather. Having the sand area was key - grandparents parked their lawn chairs and watched while the little kids played endless games! Fun for the teenagers too. The young adults and parents just lounged on the deck and took in the view! Pictures and description of the property are accurate.

One of the best views on the Lake.
Bills cabin on the lake was great. Honestly one of the best views I have seen on the lake. The cabin was clean, large chef’s kitchen and plenty of space for (4) families to occupy. I was very easy to get in touch with the host for any questions or issues we had. Great experience!
