Worth every penny. Location was fantastic. Home is huge and gorgeous with three decks/patios with views of the water. Owner was very communicative and accommodating. Lots of beach stuff to use and bikes as well.

We took a group of Girl Scouts to Seal Beach and this VRBO was amazing and super accommodating for our group! Susan helped us with our activities and got us in Touch with Girl Scouts in LA county!! She even set up an extra bed for our girls !!! We couldn’t have had a better stay!!! Highly recommend!!!

The house was very charming, and felt like someone's home rather than a rental. The kitchen has a Viking stove! The dishes/pots/pans/silverware were all high quality, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We cooked every meal at home.
The garage was plenty big, had a washer and dryer, plenty of towels, boogie boards, and sand toys. We parked one vehicle in the garage and one pulled in behind the garage.
We did have a total of 8 people, 4 adults and 4 kids. We had our 4 year old on the futon in the common area, and it was okay for him but I would be unhappy if I were an adult trying to sleep on it. Has a very hard crease in the middle and then the halves didn't offer much support.
The balconies were GORGEOUS and we loved sitting up on the roof deck to watch the sunset.
The neighborhood is beautiful and stunning. Great place for walking/jogging, and it's about a 10 minute walk to Main St with restaurants and shops.
We did particularly choose this location because it looked close to the beach... and it kind of is. Don't get me wrong, it's so close to the beach but the ocean is a bit of a hike through deep sand. It was a commitment to walk out to the beach, especially with chairs and umbrellas and toys and 2 toddlers. The beach though is amazing. It has little shells and the wet sand at the ocean is sparkly and it was soft enough that walking through barefoot was comfy.
Overall, we had an incredible vacation! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect. We were close to everything. It was clean and comfortable and the rooftop deck is lovely. We brought our two dogs and there was a really nice park right next door to walk them in. The owner was so nice and went out of her way to make sure we were happy. She even sent us our charging wire we left behind! This is a great place. I recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and comfortable. There are beach chairs and toys available and high chair which we used for our baby. It’s a short walk to the beach and many more steps to the ocean (it’s a very deep sandy beach). We liked that Seal Beach area is family friendly and we felt safe. We were never approached for donations or saw anyone we were scared of. Having the police station right by the pier is really working well. The shops and restaurants were plentiful and unique. We hope to be back again soon.

What a wonderful stay we all had at this lovely property!
It's large and spacious, clean and well stocked with everything a person could need. Our (very nice) manager went the extra mile to make us comfortable and answered all my question in a timely manner. Check in was easy, check out was simple. Parking for 3 cars was great. Balconies had beautiful views. My family & friends had a fabulous time as did I.

We absolutely loved our weeklong stay at this home in March 2024! It was a family get-together of 6 (plus our 14 year-old-dog!) with some who live locally and others were from out of state. The house was a great homebase to hit one of the amusement parks, visit relatives in Southern California and enjoy some great quality time together. The house is beautiful and very clean. The living room is larger than it appears with two big sofas and a comfy big chair. There are two nice master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms which were great for our group, and there was a nice office just outside the back master room which worked great for the one who stayed connected to the office. We all also very much enjoyed our happy hours on the rooftop deck while watching the sun set in the evenings.
The owner, Susan, was terrific! She was very responsive to questions before we booked our stay and throughout the process. And, when I realized the folks from out of town were arriving earlier than expected, she happily accommodated an earlier arrival which we all very must appreciated.
We couldn't have asked for anything more from this VRBO booking and look forward to our next stay at the California Dreaming home! Thanks so much for the opportunity to stay at your home, we truly enjoyed it :).

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Long Beach Airport is very convenient and a short Uber ride. Seal Beach has been a favorite for us for many years. Charming and friendly. This property is conveniently located and walking distance to beach, shopping and restaurants. The property manager responded quickly to all requests.

Great property with prime location close to beach/ surfing and nice little park to walk our dog. Lots of space for my teenage boys. Easy walk to town for coffee/ groceries/ dining. Very friendly neighbors we met while walking our dog.

The location of this property is perfect for daily touring of the SoCal sights. Beyond the location, the property is very well kept and has everything needed to make homemade meals. We mostly loved all the spots around the spacious house to drink our morning coffee or evening g wine. Wonderful place!

Susan was amazing in accommodating us last minute due to our Florida trip getting canceled due to hurricane Ian. She was so easy to get a hold of and a great host! The home is in a beautiful location and was plenty big enough for my family. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything. ❤️

The photos on this listing are precise. We were impressed with the size of the home and the rooms. The home was impeccably cleaned and well maintained. We felt at home from our first steps onto the property The views were fantastic. I was uncertain how I would feel about the jetty being so close, let me say it only added to the experience. Most of my time was spent on the top deck. The sunsets left me speechless. The home surpassed our expectations with the spaciousness of the bedrooms and common areas. Our large family never felt squished. The town was within walking distance and was so lively. We were able to catch an evening concert in the park, nearly the whole town attended. I would highly recommend. We had the most joyous vacation.

Home away from home.
This was the first time I have rented through VRBO. The process was very easy. We absolutely loved the location and the house was very cozy and comfortable. The host was easy to reach and very helpful when we contacted her. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay
My family and I had a really nice stay, owner was very accommodating and responsive.. This is a quiet property just across the street from the sandy beach. Lots of supplies in the house for the beach provided by the owner and plenty of ways to rinse off before coming back to the house. Kitchen is well stocked for food preparation and all of the rooms were large in size, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the center of the neighborhood with restaurants and bars. Recommended.

Lovely place near the ocean
This place is huge and very comfortable. There are 3 top deck patios and views of the marina and ocean from there. Nearby Main St for shops and places to eat. Quiet neighborhood and can’t wait to stay again. Susan was very helpful and easy to message while staying.

Great place to create memories!
This house is in a great location and has everything a group needs to be together and get away. The rooftop decks are awesome! We spent every evening enjoying sunset there. We had some really great meals in the well-stocked kitchen, and also at restaurants just a short walk away. Thank you Susan for giving us a truly wonderful weekend! And keep an eye on that hummingbird nest! Too stinkin’ cool! I’d go back in a heartbeat!

Great location
Easy walk to beach and several playgrounds. Walk to main Seal Beach downtown and several restaurants in Long Beach Marina area. We used car very little as so much close by. House clean and had everything we needed. Great views from decks. Enjoyed being by the beach.

This house is larger than I had expected by looking at the photos. The house is in a great location close to the beach and has plenty of walking areas if you bring a dog. The host was quick to respond to all our questions.

Premium Seal Beach location, excellent host!!
Susan was an excellent host who was very easy to communicate with. She accommodated us on a last minute booking request which we were extremely appreciative of. The location of the house is absolutely ideal, proximity to the beach, main street and parks is awesome. Having a two car attached garage was great for our stay. Highly recommend, 10/10 would stay again.

Truly California Dreaming!
When Location is Important, this is the place! Enjoy magical sunsets, walk to shopping /restaurants and a nearby pier. The home is spacious. There is a roomy living room, it has a master suite with an abundance of closet space and it's own bathroom and balcony/deck. The home offers an abundance of space for many people. The owner/property manager is Always responsive and a great source of area information. A true pleasure to work with. We'll be back!

Amazing home in Seal Beach
Our family of 6 and our dog loved this house! The town of Seal Beach is so cute! The house is perfectly located. The huge, clean beach is basically right across the street. There is also a new park right down the street that is perfect for dog walking. The house itself is huge! There are three balconies, two of which are rooftop balconies. We enjoyed sitting on the one that has a view of the ocean and watching the sunset. There are two large living areas in the house. The kitchen is well stocked! We were there for Thanksgiving and had everything we needed to prepare a feast. Susan's communication is awesome. We had texted before our arrival and I had asked her about various kitchen supplies that I would need to prepare our meal. Whatever was not already in the house, Susan bought and had it waiting when we arrived! She was always quick to respond to my texts. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this vacation rental!

Thoughtfully set up
Lovely home in an amazing location. Plenty of kitchen supplies and linens and additional elements that made for a great staycation with our friends from out of town. Everything was thoughtfully arranged. The home did have a few minor issues needing repair (leaking under the sink, out-of-tune piano), but it did not detract from a wonderful time.

Great location in a relaxed laid-back beach town
I enjoyed my walk to the pier every morning to watch sunrise, and we all enjoyed our view of sunset from the rooftop deck. The second floor office area was useful for my son who was trying to keep up with his engineering classes while traveling to his sister's wedding. We used the nicely decorated living room/dining room as a backdrop for photographs of my daughter and her bridesmaids before traveling to the church.

Great Visit!
We originally lived in California nd currently live in Arizona. We always try to make a trip out over 4th of July. The weather was perfect. It's always nice to get away when the weather gets really hot........The house is huge, much bigger than we expected, plenty of room for the 6 of us. Kitchen is very well stocked. Lots of towels. We had a great time.

Our family has stayed here at California Dreamin several times. The home is so comfortable and it feels like home away from home. Susan is wonderful and responds quickly to any questions you may have. The home is fully stocked from kitchen items to beach accessories. Seal Beach is our hometown which makes everything familiar and easy. Once again we thank you Susan until next time.
