The cottage was lovely, and the location was quiet yet close to everything. It reminded of us of our family home - so welcoming!

I can't say enough about this place, but don't want the secret to get out! ;-) Sandra is an incredible host; extremely welcoming and helpful. The location is absolutley perfect, nestled in a beautiful historic district near a lovely park, and very close to campus as well. I stayed for a month to get my girls settled into their Senior and Freshman years at UARK and it was very hard to leave. I've already booked again for Mom's weekend! The home was clean, spacious, well stocked and had so much character! Obviously a well loved home. The beds were very comfortable as well! Two thumbs up from this avid traveller/nomad!

Sandra’s bungalow was perfect for our month long stay as we welcomed our first grandchild. Sandra was very gracious and communicated quickly. Everything in the information packet she provided was thorough and easy to understand. The house is nostalgic yet bright and modern. The wifi was top notch and I was able to do everything I needed for work during our stay with no interruptions. The location was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. This property had the best stocked kitchen of all the rentals we have stayed in over the years.

Sandra was a great host and we loved the house. It was clean and has everything a visitor might need. We will definitely keep this place in mind when we return to Fayetteville.

Was here for the weekend to visit my daughter. It was a great location. The property was clean and exactly as listed. It is right by Wilson Park in a cute neighborhood near the university. Sandra was excellent at communicating. It was perfect for the weekend.

This was the perfect house and location for our weekend in Fayetteville! Beautiful and comfortable home just blocks from everything near campus.

Communication with the owner and check in went smoothly. We found a very clean, charming, relaxing, well equipped weekend stay. It was comfortable and welcoming with many nice touches included in the property. The screened in porch and back deck were perfect for enjoying the spring weather. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was updated and luxurious. Centrally located and easy to get around. Was very pleased with this rental.

For our first time renting on vrbo, Sandra set a high bar. Check-in was very simple, and the house is beautiful on the outside. This is typical for areas like this, but the streets are very narrow and, depending on how you travel, parking is very difficult. -Kitchen is modernized and has all the things you would need. -nice bathroom. Nothing crazy, except the water pressure. You'll enjoy showering here. -bed was okay. We only used the one by the entrance, and we slept well enough. - the backyard was very comforting. Sometimes, we just sat back there and, one night, even had a raccoon run across the porch. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here a lot. There is a sort of spirit to this place. After a short walk throughout the house, we were charmed by it. You feel the history and the intention of the house. Fun to just look around and to hang out. Thanks for giving us a place to stay for such a special time.

We loved this bungalow so much we are sorry we didn't have it every time for our visits to Fayetteville. It doesn't get more ideal than this...charm, comfort, location, setting and all the amenities you would need. Thank you so much to our host for a picture perfect weekend! We hope to stay again!

My girlfriends and I loved our stay at Sandra's beautiful home. It was very clean with a well-stocked kitchen. Easy to cook if you choose to. We enjoyed all the eclectic wall decor, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was perfect for our visit. Sandra was a delightful host and great at communicating with me. We would definitely stay there again, should our travels take us back to Fayetteville. Thank you, Sandra!

Highly recommend! Bungalow was charming, with everything you could possibly need. Description was very accurate. I thought the unit was actually more spacious than the pictures. Location was perfect, just a few blocks from Dickson street and campus. Farmer's market on Saturday morning had amazing flowers, produce and other items Sandra was the perfect hostess. Enjoyed our time at this home in a historic Fayetteville neighborhood. Close to the Fayetteville square, the University of Arkansas, and Dickson Street. Full kitchen and big dining room table for family meal.

This home was ideal for location to restaurants, shopping, walking, and University events. Kitchen was well stocked and beds comfy. Couldn’t ask for more!

Sandra was very easy to communicate with and even checked to make sure we got in okay. Her home was just right for our little crowd of 3 and loved the neighborhood. Walking distance to so many things.

You'll notice in the guest book that people refer again and again to its being a home more than a house, and that's certainly the case, Sandra having lived there for many years. Very comfortable: heating and a/c work perfectly; the bed I stayed in was very conducive to a good sleep; the kitchen is roomy and accommodates two or three working on a meal together. The garden is beautifully kept. For those who love walking, it's a great location: Wilson Park is just a few blocks away, and at the bottom of the hill that intersects with College Avenue there's a fine collection of food trucks. Ozark Natural Foods is within easy walking distance. No issues with noise. I'd definitely return.

Love! Love! Love! This house was in a good, quiet neighborhood, and was wonderful! One of my favorites that we have stayed in through VRBO. It has many things that make it feel like home the minute you step through the door. Make sure to look at the little things! You feel like you know the family while you're there and expect them to come visit! I left feeling like I was leaving a good friends house and can't wait to go back for another visit. Beautiful and clean home close to Dickson St. (without the noise) with wonderful owners who actually welcome you into their home with a gift basket waiting! Truly a well maintained, with all of the amenities, home away from home.

The home is lovely!! We enjoyed the quiet street, peaceful surroundings and the comfortable home. The kitchen has everything you need to cook which we did plus a nice breakfast area with banquet and chairs. The backyard deck has a Weber grill which came in handy for dinner. Our family was near by and we could walk over. We also enjoyed walking to Wilson Park which is just two blocks from the home.

Great house in a very nice quiet neighborhood within a short distance of the Greenway, UofA, downtown and a nice park. We are a frequent VRBO traveler. This home is well furnished and very comfortable inside. We enjoyed the outside back deck for morning coffee and evening wine. If only we had a little more freetime, we could have made use of the hammock under the shade trees.

We really enjoyed our stay. This home is located so conveniently to anything and everything in Fayetteville. It was so comfortable and the fully equipped kitchen was much appreciated to be able to prepare meals for our college kids!
