Bienvenido a Tradewinds, esta hermosa casa de nueva construcción se encuentra directamente en las playas de arena blanca de Indian Shores. La casa consta de 6 habitaciones con 4. 5 baños distribuidos en 3 plantas.
El primer piso consta de un amplio garaje que puede acomodar fácilmente de 2 a 3 autos. Pase por la puerta y tome el ascensor o las escaleras hasta el segundo piso.
En el segundo piso, entrará en una gran sala de estar abierta con enormes ventanas con vistas a la playa. El salón también tiene un gran sofá con TV de pantalla plana. Hay una fantástica cocina con placa de gas y estufa, horno eléctrico combinado / microondas, refrigerador y lavaplatos con capacidad para 6 personas en la isla. Our stay included 6 adults and 4 children ranging from 8-2. The place was beautiful! Nothing like waking up and the ocean being right there! The rooms are clean and LARGE! the living space was very large! Everything worked well and the one minor issue we had Alex fixed it ASAP! We will be booking again!

We enjoyed staying at this property so much. We had 13 people ranging from the ages of 6 to 64. The elevator was amazing for getting luggage up to the third floor from the garage. The garage was also stocked with a ton of beach toys, and noodles and floats. We also left some toys behind for the next people. :)
Right after check-in, we noticed quite a few things that were broken.
For instance, a towel rack was ripped out of the wall. The shower had a missing handle (could not use for a day). A broken light in the dining room. The downstairs king bed was slanted. Multiple remotes missing from bedrooms. Bar fridge didn’t keep anything cold. And the ice machine did not work at all. The owners did tell us about the ice machine before we arrived so we did buy bags of ice, but we felt that at this price point we should not have to buy ice. Owners were very responsive on all our issues and resolved them almost immediately.
My only suggestion or feedback would be to invest in a countertop nugget ice machine, or a permanent ice machine in the wet bar. And also maybe a few more bath towels in each bathroom.

My family has been coming to the Indian rocks beaches for the last 26 years. As you can imagine, our family has grown and we needed a place that could accommodate all 13 of us. This is an annual vacation we have been taking and it’s been more and more difficult to find accommodations, especially when it comes to condos. This rental was perfect, the size, the location, the beach, we could not ask for more. Having a kitchen and family room gathering place, which was big enough to accommodate all of us comfortably was wonderful. The private pool made it Perfect. We will definitely be renting this home again.

The house is beautiful and is in a great location. They supplied everything you could possibly need, including beach toys and baby equipment (cribs, baby gates, high chair). The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. We loved being right on the beach - heaven! It is the perfect house!!! The managers were easy to reach and responsive (we had only one problem which was taken care of quickly). We can’t say enough good things about the house.

The place was beautiful and had everything they said in the review. The only things that didnt work were the elevator andn the freezer on the refrigerator. That made for alot of steps everyday, but that was good for us. We had a wonderful family vacationandwould stay here again.

AMAZING space & location! Steps from the beach, but our grandchildren (ages 2-8) loved the pool best! There were 12 of us & plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked much better than most VRBO’s we’ve stayed in. We were walking distance from a cute ice cream shop, and restaurants, too. Parking was EXCELLENT—we had an SUV & 2 minivans that all fit in the garage. We would definitely stay again!!

This is our 2nd time staying at Trade winds with our family , ages 18 months to 92 years old. Perfect set up and location. The beach house is fully supplied with everything we needed and very comfortable and clean. The few small issues we had were quickly addressed by Alex. Hope to get a chance to return soon! Our family had the best time in Indian Rocks Beach. The house is large and beautiful with the most amazing views of amazing sunsets which we enjoyed every evening from the balcony. We spent our days going from beach to pool to beach to pool. There is no substitute for being oceanfront!!

This house is a perfect setup for families traveling with young children. Amenities included cribs, baby gates, and high chair. Just steps to the beautiful white sand beach. Clean and well stocked. A perfect home away from home! We will definitely return as long as we all fit!

Alex was a great host. Checkin is so easy. They responded quickly to any request. The house is very nice. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, views are fabulous. It was the perfect place for us.

The property management firm was extremely responsive to questions before, and during our stay.
There is ample parking for 4 vehicles in the garage and two in the driveway if needed. We told our family don’t rent cars as everything was close by.
We cooked most evenings. The kitchen is delightful to cook in. Plenty of room for all to find their zen moment at this property. The covered areas for those that are not Sun worshipers was fabulous. Pool area wonderful, The view is to die for.

This is a well stocked home with everything that you need to enjoy your time relaxing in the sun on the beach or in the pool. Plenty of beach pool/toys for kids and adults, everyone loved it! Go to the store or Instacart your groceries, the kitchen has everything you need to cook a spread for the family. Use the elevator to deliver your luggage to your floor and swing by the awesome pay it forward bar! Super convenient being so close to the beach and don't forget to walk to the Kooky Coconut for nightly mini scoops during the sunsets! We'll definitely be back!

This property is perfect for families with kids and older adults (it has an elevator)! Direct access to private pool and jacuzzi. And, direct access to the beautiful Indian Rocks beach. Watching the sunsets from the two large balconies is wonderful. The house is well appointed, clean, and has all the amenities that you could want. Overall a great place and we have been coming here for three years now.

Everything we needed was there: a kitchen with all you'll need, a grill, water toys and games, and so much more. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and beautifully appointed. The bathrooms were stocked with essentials. Overall, we barely left because we just enjoyed the ambiance too much. We'd go back.

The house was perfect for our family. It had many bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our family as well. The living room and kitchen were excellent to gather. In the living room, I’ve got so sunny. It needs to have a shade or drapes to close when it’s real sunny in the late afternoon. The house to us had many people and loud music throught the day and evening, which was somewhat difficult to talk outside on the deck. The pool and the toys for the children were excellent. All in all, we had an excellent experience at the we called the yellow house.

The house and property are amazing! Our family was there in March 2023 - 9 of us: 7 adults and 2 infants under 1. The house is clean and spacious. Everything was well equipped - from the kitchen to the pool and beach accessories. The beach is great and the area is ideal - close to grocery stores and several restaurants within 2 miles. And of course we walked to the Kooky Coconut for ice cream every night! We can't wait to go back!

This house is absolutely perfect!! It has the pool and you can walk right out to the beach. Sunsets every night! The house comes equipped with everything. Every small appliance you could need. Two coffee makers, one is a keurig and the other has a carafe to make a pot of coffee. The bedrooms and baths are spacious and beautiful. The house is CLEAN!!! We ordered some groceries to be delivered the day we got there. We walked to dinner quite a bit and of course went for ice cream many nights at the Kooky Coconut. There are floats for the pool, plenty of chairs to take down to the beach and lots of kids toys for the pool and beach. We had a couple questions for the Host and they answered immediately. It was a very relaxing and comfortable vacation. We definitely will be going back!

The property was everything and more than I had hoped for. The common areas were large and convenient with a larger group for kitchen prep and eating. Every level has gorgeous views of the sunsets and the gulf . Having a private pool and whirlpool was such a bonus. And, we loved walking for coffee and ice cream .
