This was our third stay at this property. It is a great rental that is equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. Very clean and comfortable. Communication from the owner is excellent. The location can’t be beat.

We stayed at Sea Oats for our Beach vacation this year and we absolutely loved it. From the moment we walked in the door it was our home away from home, The View was outstanding the bedrooms were super nice the kitchen had everything you need to cook everything worked great Janet was awesome and was very quick with any questions you had the pool was great and the beach of was wonderful we had a great stay and we will definitely be back thanks so much for sharing your piece of paradise with us . The condo was awesome! Clean and stocked with everything we needed. I packed extra necessities but didnt need. The washer and dryer came in handy so we could pack less and come home with clean clothes. View was amazing. Beds were comfortable. Would totally come back and stay and will recommend to family and friends! Hostess was promot in responding and gave easy instructions.
Only downfall was double and single red flags while there and 2 activities got canceled due to high tides which were out of anyones control.

We were so happy and comfortable here. Extremely sad vacation had to come to an inevitable end. It was the small things that made me the happiest as a mom of small children. For example, the bathrooms, bedrooms, and hall all has a night light. There was even a CD player in the kids bedroom and some beach toys! We would stay in this same unit time and time again. Thank you so much for sharing your Alice of paradise with us!

The condo was amazing and perfect for two young children. The beach was great and the pool with the complex was perfect. The host was very helpful and communication with the host was easy. The host made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

We had a wonderful stay with our three young children. They loved being so close to the beach and splashing in the pool. We were also within walking distance of some good restaurants and ice cream. Janet gave us all the information we needed to make our stay comfortable and wonderful. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo! Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed Okaloosa Island as always! We love to spend time here. The condo was very nice, clean. Master bed was not as comfortable for myself but my husband had no problem with it. We would definitely book this condo again. We love this area and find it to be our favorite vacation spot.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this condo & it’s easily our favorite vacation rental! We find the FWB beaches much more enjoyable than the Destin beaches because there are significantly less people! We highly recommend everything about this rental & can’t wait to go back next year! Our family of five enjoyed our stay here for spring break! The condo has everything you need for a great stay! Right on the beach - the balcony has a great view! We spend a lot of time at the pool/hot tub and the beach! There are some stores/restaurants in walking distance. My oldest has already been plotting our next trip.

Good use of space for 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Great view of the beach and ocean from 5th floor balcony. Beach chairs and beach toys available; however, no beach towels. Nice stackable washer/dryer in unit. Easily walkable to several really good restaurants and ice cream shoppe.

We were on the road when we got the email with parking pass and couldn’t get it printed in time for our arrival. Wish we could’ve received it earlier. Construction at facility entrance made for a little inconvenience, but otherwise we REALLY LIKED our stay! We plan to make a (or several) return visits! Thanks for being a gracious hostess!

The condo was well kept and better than described on the VRBO website. The kitchen was one of the best equipped that I have had in vacation rentals. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels and other linens. Housekeeping even left enough dishwasher and laundry detergent to do 5 loads of each. However the most surprising thing about this condo was the owner Janet. She is very easy to work with and responded to any questions and/or request that I had in a matter or minutes usually. We will definitely put her condo on our list to book again. Thank You Janet we will be back.

This condo at Sea Oats was perfect for us. We had a fabulous view, large pool and beautiful beach. There were restaurants across the street and we walked to the aquarium as well with more restaurants near it. Janet was a wonderful hostess and answered our questions in an timely manner. We'd love to return!

The beach front view was awesome every morning and all day long. The condo was very nice and clean. All you need to bring with you is your groceries. We will be booking again!

We loved this condo. When we arrived it wasn't very clean no big deal didn't want to complain . We left the condo cleaner than it eas when we arrived even washed all the towels swept amd wiped everything down . We got charged 140 dollars for the cleaners having to work longer amd a supposedly soil spot on the carpet and couch . All that needed to be done was the bedding being washed. We done alot of cleaning before we left even made the coment that we made it easy for the cleaners

Beautiful condo, very convenient to everything we needed. Once we made a trip to the grocery store just over the bridge, we didn’t even need to move the car. Stewby’s across the street has great food, highly recommend! Great views from the balcony and bedroom, the perfect height as you get bird’s eye look at the water and still be able to hear the surf. A real gem of a condo and Janet is a great hostess! Thank you again for allowing us to visit, and we’re certainly planning to come back again!

This was our second time here. Last year a week just wasn't enough, so we stayed 10 days this year to enjoy more sights. The host is wonderful and prompt in getting back with you.
