Our vacation on Tybee Island was wonderful. Beach Haven's location was perfect! We were only a few minutes walk to the beach, the pier, shopping or restaurants. The view from the deck and the master bedroom was spectacular. Beach Haven was very comfortable, clean, and stocked with extra supplies that were very much appreciated. Our host checked in on us at the beginning, middle, and end of our vacation to ensure we were happy with our accommodations. We will definitely be back!

Lovely accommodation. Only real issue was the two small bedrooms upstairs. The smallest of these 2 bedrooms had a double bed and was so cramped as to be totally difficult to impossible to use the closet or the dresser with luggage.The overhead lights above the bed in that room fell down constantly from the fix point you adjusted them to. The lamp on the dresser was too dim to be helpful lighting the room.
My sister had to use that room as the larger of the two small bedrooms only had twin beds. My sister did suggest that the lighting be improved in the smallest of the two small bedrooms, and that the double bed in that bedroom be moved to the other bedroom and bunk or trundle beds be put in the tiniest of the two bedrooms.

Everything was as the listing said it would be. Susan was so easy to communicate with before, during and after our stay.
My only recommendation would be a vacuum for easier pick up during longer stays but otherwise we enjoyed our time!

This place had an amazing view from all ocean facing windows! It also had great amenities and plenty of room for 7 people. Owner was quick to respond and so helpful with recommendations for local restaurants, etc. we had a very enjoyable holiday stay!

Where do I begin. This place is definitely in a great location and what I would call a sweet spot hence the given name haven. It’s equipped with all the necessary home items such as cookware, dishes, silverware, variety of cups and cleaning supplies. This home is three levels, with two flights of stairs, incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean and plenty of space for our family of five. The local restaurants are plentiful and have good quality foods as well as fair prices. We had an emergency and had to leave early but, the hostess (Susan), was very helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this place and plan to return in the future!

This townhouse is AMAZING! It was well maintained and cared for! You can tell the owner visits this home and takes pride in it! The location is perfect walking distance to the downtown area, with easy beach access! I would definitely love to stay here again when in Tybee!

We had an incredible time. The house is beautiful, well appointed and everything you need is provided. Susan’s communication was on point (we were arriving after a hurricane) she kept us abreast on conditions and what to expect. The beds are comfortable, the linens and towels are abundant and 1st quality. The kitchen is stocked with all the accoutrements. There are games, puzzles, beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, wave boards, and even a cooler! She has put together a binder with EVERYTHING you would want to know including recommendations for restaurants, emergency care, and expeditions.
The view is amazing and the path to and from the beach was like walking on powdered sugar.
We are so grateful to have found this place. It is truly a Beach Haven and we can’t wait to return!

Great place right on the beach! The beds were comfortable and kitchen had anything you could possibly need. My only advice would be to bring bug spray - the walk through the dunes in the evening was pretty buggy.

This property was absolutely wonderful. Susan was responsive almost immediately to any communications and extremely helpful! There information book at the house had so much useful information.
The house gave us plenty of room for all 8 of us and had everything we needed for the beach - towels, chairs, umbrellas, bogie boards, toys.
A very short walk to the beach (thank goodness because it was HOT) and convenient to stores, restaurants and bars. We were going to rent a golf cart but there was really no need for it.
Inside there were games and a fully equipped kitchen. And the view!!!!!!
We were all so sad to leave but hope to return. Maybe not in July, though. LOL

House is well kept. Close to the beach ,the pier, the shops and restaurants all waking distance. Fun relaxing week. Second time we stayed here and will definitely stay here again soon.

This home was perfect in every way! The view was nice, the breezes on the deck were wonderful, and the sound of the ocean waves lulled you into pure relaxation mode. The interior was clean and well-furnished. Beds were comfortable and all linens were included…….even beach towels! It was a wonderful week and we are grateful we decided to stay at Susan's wonderful beach home.

Waking up and having the ocean being the first thing you see is a FANTASTIC way to start your day. Our family truly enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the full outside shower was an added plus! We will most definitely return for another stay. The communication from the owner was a great personal touch and made us feel so welcome.

This was the perfect home for our girls trip. Clean, wonderful setup with an ideal location. We loved it was a quiet beachfront but walkable to groceries and restaurants.. Spent a few days in Savannah and we were happy to come back to this lovely home. I would highly recommend. I will be back!

The property was just as advertised. I really appreciated the unique, beautiful artwork in the home. The beach was quite packed in this location, but the home felt very quiet and removed from the crowds. Loved the deck!! We rented bikes from Tim's and rode all over Tybee and on the beach. We lucked out with great weather. A wonderful vacation, thanks so much for sharing your amazing home with us!

Visited Tybee Island for a wedding. I definitely had one of the better rentals out of all of us who attended. Only negative was slow shower drains, which seems endemic to Tybee Island. Everything else was wonderful. The owners communicated well before we arrived and we had a great stay. Recommended.

This place Is in a great location. Right over the dunes to the beach and walking distance from shops restaurants etc. Susan was an excellent host. The house and kitchen were full of things that you really need. Like kitchen utensils, toilet paper, soap etc. We would definitely stay here again if ever on Tybee Island.

Wonderful stay on fabled Tybee Island. Perfect house for our party of six adults with room to spare. Well appointed kitchen, too. Lots of stairs, but given the location, understandable. Would definitely recommend.

Our first time to Tybee Island and we got the jackpot on this one. We travelled to Tybee to celebrate my Mom’s 75th Birthday with my sisters and a few friends. The house was beautiful, clean and just like the pictures!!! Centrally located, walking distance to a group of different restaurants and shops. Steps away from the beautiful beach. We enjoyed morning walks on the beach, drinking our coffee on the deck or afternoons exploring this island. And a kitchen equipped with all the essentials you need to cook meals and a table big enough for 8 or more people to sit around eating, laughing and enjoying each other’s company. The beds were so comfy and all the linens and pillows you could only dream about. We all felt right at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone!! Thank You Susan for everything!!!

This is house is everything it says it is! Clean, great location and has everything you need. We really appreciated having beach chairs and towels available to use. Susan was great to communicate with and responded quickly with any concerns we had. Will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Tybee Island.

This was the first time any of our group had been to Tybee Island. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect house or location to spend 5 nights with our friends. All of us are in our 60's and found the location to be perfect to visit the bars and restaurants. Easily walkable. The beach is just out the back door and beach chairs are available which was perfect. Thank you again for making our trip to Tybee perfect. We can't wait to visit again with our family.

This townhome was exactly as advertised! Perfect quiet location within walking distance to beach, bars and shops. Amazing views of the water. Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything you needed and owners response when we had issues with TV and Wi-Fi in one of the bedrooms was prompt and friendly. Would 💯 recommend.

We had a fun vacation on Tybee Beach this year. The property is very nice and in a great location. We loved the views and the beach access. The house is well stocked with amenities! The owners were wonderful to work with and very responsive to questions and minor issues that arose during the stay We look forward to staying here again!

We loved Susan's beach house! It felt like we were staying in someone's personal beach front home, and not just a rental. The house location and views of the beach and ocean were wonderful. The porch was spacious, private and comfortable.
