Excellent location, convenient to roll down hill to see town or wander down to end of street to do hiking trails. The home has a well equipped kitchen and plenty of seating. Beds and bedding were perfect. Garage and parking were easy to access. Host/manager was very timely with his responses and getting back to me with details. Visit was to relax, hike, and enjoy Park Coty Song Summit.

We stayed for our family summer vacation and this property has absolutely everything you could need and more. A beautiful house, great beds/sleeping accommodations, and a close walk to everything in town. We would definitely stay here again!

The Property was better than advertised… Bo was an incredible host and great in communication… We read a lot of reviews about the stairs, but we had no issues and adds to the great space. Walking distance to the Lifts, and restaurants. The Property was perfect for all of our needs and in immaculate condition. Whether it was sitting by the fireplace enjoying views or relaxing in the private hot tub. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Privacy with every bedroom and everyone had their own bathroom! Tastefully decorated. Cant wait to come back!

Our family of five loved staying here during our recent week in PC. The house comfortably fit my husband and me along we our three teenagers. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants along Main Street. I also was thrilled to discover the trailhead just down the street for hiking sand biking.
The management team was super responsive and check-in/check-out was a breeze. We definitely hope to stay here on future visits!

We had a great stay on Lowell Ave. over Labor Day weekend with our adult children. Bo was incredibly responsive as we had to evacuate FL a day early due to a hurricane, he had the house ready and waiting for us. The house is in the perfect location for walking to town, hiking or anything else you might want to do in Park City. We will be back!

The home is in a great location. Very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. If you do not want to cook, they are located well for use of Door Dash. Beds were comfortable. The house is decorated very nicely. The only downside are the number of floors you must go up and down, so know this when booking. If you have difficulty with stairs, not the house for you.

This home is walking distance to the slopes, and an easy stair walk to town. The house was exceptionally clean, well laid out for our family of 5 (kids 15, 18 and 21), and well apportioned. Kitchen is small but had all conveniences of home, and wasn't cluttered with junk -- all easy to find. Boot and glove dryers/heaters were a big hit, so was the hot tub, heated floors and push button fireplace. Bo was great too. We'd rent here again for sure.

Six of us stayed in the home for a four day ski trip. It was spacious enough for all six people. We especially liked the 3 1/2 bathrooms, hot tub, and close vicinity of the mountain.

The house is exactly as advertised, very comfortable, professionally maintained, and in a great location. It is a beautiful 10 minute walk to Main St, but far enough away to make driving in and out easy even when there is a festival in town. It is also a short walk to lots of trails and an easy drive to the Olympic Park, reservoirs, and Salt Lake City. The hosts have everything prepared to make your stay stress free.

Fantastic location
We had a wonderful stay at 1038 Lowell Ave. This was a perfect accommodation for our families (a total of 4 adults and 3 teenagers). It was approx. a 6min walk to the base of Park City Mountain Resort & Main Street (maybe a little tough for some small children or elderly people due to some hills). We really enjoyed the fireplace, hotel and views after a long day of skiing/snowboarding. The property manager Bo was great to deal with and very attentive. We would definitely rent again! Mahalo for the great accommodations!!

Wonderful property, great location
We stayed the week of President’s day with two kids (10 and 11), the grandparents, and two sets of parents. The beds were all comfortable. Our daughter loved the alcove as her own room.
Hot tub was great after skiing all day. House was very comfortable to lounge in as well. Found everything we needed in the kitchen. Instructions for tvs and checkout were all simple and easy to follow.
Plenty of humidifiers and fans (we sleep with fans instead of white noise makers).
We were able to park a small SUV in the garage and a large SUV in the driveway.
Any questions prior to visit were answered quickly and thoroughly.
House is walkable to the trail that leads to the town ski lift. A little longer and steeper walk to the mountain lifts but doable if not icy out.
We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. .

No better place to stay that’s walkable to Mainstreet and pretty much ski off access to Lowell Ave, and in pristine condition!

Great House and Great Location
Our group was here in late January 2022. The house exceeded expectations and was exactly what we needed. There were 4 of us and there was plenty of room. The living room was cozy and the kitchen was nice. Everything was comfortable and clean. I would definitely try to stay here again if visitng Park City.

So convenient!
Incredibly convenient location for skiing and dining/shopping. I stayed with a group of five guys for a ski vacation and we had a blast. Kitchen is very well appointed and we enjoyed cooking breakfasts and a dinner there. We also enjoyed walking into town for dinners and drinks. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing. I highly recommend this house.

Wonderful Home and location
Great home and a great location. Management company does an amazing job. The home was spotless and they provide everything you need for your entire stay and more. Very close to the ski lifts we saw many people walking there however, we chose to drive.
