My family and I had a thoroughly wonderful time at this beautiful and very "Hawaiian" home. The bedrooms were all spacious with comfortable beds and my grand daughter loved her loft space. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances/utensils/etc. needed to prepare all our meals and the large dining table was perfect for our group. The living room was comfortable, but on the small size - which was OK for us, as most of us spent our time on the beautiful, large wrap-around porch when we were at the house. There are incredible views from the front porch of the Kauai mountains and across the golf course to the ocean off the back porch. The beach stuff provided was all we needed for our outings to the beach and snorkeling. My only small complaint is the master bath shower, which was small with the shower head too high, which made it difficult to take a shower with out getting your head wet - this wasn't a big deal for me as I ended up using the great outdoor shower all of the time, which I loved. We'll definitely consider coming here again on our next trip to Kauai.

Beautiful home. Great manager. Loved the covered porch during a rain shower. So helpful to have basic spices available. Use instacart to do a Costco order. Bulk goods were cheaper than the smaller versions at the local grocery.

Our family of 7 stayed for one week and everything was perfect. The owners have thought of every detail for your comfort. The house is beautiful, super clean, and very comfortable. Communication was fast and so friendly. Loved, loved, loved our stay!

Wr had an amazing stay at this perfectly appointed home. Not only was the space comfortable and inviting but it was stocked with every beach amenity we could have wanted. I highly recommend this lovely Princeville home.

Everything we could have wished for came true due to this amazing property in Princeville. The house was beautiful, the amenities were excellent, and the location was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better opportunity to have an extraordinary vacation in Kauai. I would highly recommend this property. We’re hoping to come back very soon!

Beautiful location!! The air conditioner was broken in 3 of the the rooms. We reported it to the manager and were brushed off. The manager does not have good communication skills. Other than that our family enjoyed this beautiful home!!

We absolutely adored the home - very comfortable, stylish, clean and well appointed. Great location to explore from on the second green of Princeville Makai golf course. We awoke to roosters crowing and enjoyed the balmy breeze off the ocean. Truly everything you need to adventure from on the north shore. Ideal for 4-6 guests.

Loved staying in this house. Wrap around lanai was such a nice bonus. It was well furnished to create a cozy vibe and the location and views were amazing! I would love to stay again.

This home was beautifully decorated and a perfect location for our family! The wrap around porch was where we spent most of our time when we weren’t out and about! One side, a view of the mountains and waterfalls, the other of the golf course and ocean! All the amenities you need, including boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkeling gear and bikes! I truly hope we can go back next year. Thames was very helpful, and informative of places and beaches to go to. I’ve been back in San Diego and all I can think about is what a great time we had with a smile!!!This is the place you want to stay!!

We spent 2 amazing weeks at this home, touring around the north side of Kauai. We really felt at home in this spacious, clean, beautifully decorated home. The lanai on all sides might be the highlight! Beautiful views everywhere you look. We hope to stay here again!

Great property with plenty of room and 2 options for main bedroom. Great for 2 or 3 couples and up to thee kids. Lots of room and an amazing wraparound patio.

This was a great place to enjoy the north shore… location was great, house was great, views were great! Really enjoyed chatting with the property manager and learning about the area. Wish we could have stayed longer and plan to come back.

This was the perfect place to stay for a family vacation! A beautiful home in a beautiful place. We were able to cook many wonderful dinners with the kitchen tools provided and loved using limes and lemons for adult cocktails in the evenings.
The beach chairs made for very enjoyable outings to the beach, and everyone loved trying the outdoor shower. Our family would recommend this property to anyone!

This home has it all. The house itself is immaculately clean and the layout is perfect for gathering space as well as private space. Beautiful views, lots of birds- a quiet, restful place. It was a journey to get here from the east coast during this pandemic and definitely worth the effort. A superb visit! Mahalo~

We had an amazing time at this property - exceeded all of our expectations. Few highlights:
1) Awesome location - several beaches and great walking trails/hikes nearby. When we arrived, we quickly walked to the beach to catch the sunset which was delightful. Quick 10 min drive into Hanalei as well, and close to the Kalalau trail.
2) Amazing home/property - we had 6 adults in our group, and we could have easily had another couple/family join us as we did not use one of the BRs upstairs or the loft. I didn't realize at the time of booking, but the downstairs room is fairly split from the upstairs main area, which made it nice for one of the couples to have their privacy. Their garage is also filled with everything you could ever need for a beach outing, which was a delightful surprise!
3) Great communication - really appreciated the host and property manager reaching out to check in and keep us updated on certain things. The traffic was crazy getting to the airport on our last day, but we were informed this could be an issue and planned accordingly.
Would definitely return!

This house was in the perfect spot on Kauai and had the best views of the mountains from the front porch to the ocean from the back porch. Our daughter and son-in-law loved having the entire downstairs to themselves. There was plenty of room for our other daughter and our friend that joined us on the trip. The house was extremely clean, well maintained and fit our needs perfectly. Being located on the Makai golf course was an added treat. We loved not having to rent bikes, boogie boards or snorkeling equipment because it was provided. It was a short drive to Hanalei Bay, even with the road closures going on. We will definitely be booking this house on our next trip to Kauai!!

Our group of 8 - 2 couples, 2 kids apiece (18 & 21, 15 & 16) - had an amazing 12 nights at this house and never grew tired of coming home to it or waking up at it.
Location: my wife and I stayed in Lihue (hotel) once before this and loved that location bc of it's central location relative to the south/north ends of the island. So, we were a bit concerned that maybe we had decided to stay too far north. That was not a problem, at all. Yes, it took a bit longer to get all the way south for our Napali Coast tour, but everything else was within easy striking distance for us. There is SO MUCH to do up north, too. Location was great.
House: all the beds were perfectly comfortable and well appointed. The house had everthing we needed, and we did most of our eating/prepping there. The wrap around deck was the highlight of every morning and evening. The views are superb. Can't say enough.
Extras: plenty of snorkel and beach gear in the garage. Grill was great. Thames, the property manager, had a lot of great info. Lime trees out back supplied amazing margaritas!
Book this property. You will not be disappointed.

Loved this place! It was well appointed and felt very clean which made us feel immediately comfortable and able to relax after a long day of traveling. The owners had a lot of beach equipment in the garage, a great coffee machine and supplied a bean grinder (we love fresh ground coffee). Each bedroom had it's own ac unit which was nice for keeping bedrooms comfortable. I appreciated the thoughtful details like little wrapped soap, just enough to get me through the week, and a first aid box when we needed a band aid. This place was in a great location and so convenient. There is a market place with a grocery store within five minutes of home. Everything about this place made me feel welcomed to sit and stay while. Perfect place in Princeville!

After a problematic check-in we found the home to be clean, spacious and well-equipped with comfortable beds in a beautiful neighborhood and we very much enjoyed our stay. We arrived at the appointed check-in time and found no key in the lock box and the garage door opener did not work. We couldn't get hold of the property manager, but eventually found one of the many glass doors to be unlocked so were able to enter. Would recommend guests contact the property manage prior to arrival to confirm the arrival time.

We had the most comfortable and enjoyable time, staying in this beautiful home. They’ve thought of every detail and made this truly a home away from home, with a lovely setting too. Our family (3 couples + 2 children) had a wonderful time in this house. It is perfectly set up to relax on the wrap-around verandah and ideally located for beaches, grocery shopping and other entertainments. Very nicely equipped and maintained, and located on a quiet street. 10 mins drive from Hanalei Bay, this is a perfect vacation spot.

Our family stayed here for Christmas week...only complaint was it went too fast! The house is wonderfully decorated and is very comfortable. Great location... walking distance to the beach at the St. Regis and a quick car ride into Hanalei. The north shore of Kauai is paradise and this home was perfect!

My wife, 3 young daughters, and my in-laws spent 9 nights in this house in the middle of October. Before arriving, I didn't realize what an awesome location it has. From the back deck, you have a lovely view of the golf course, Bali Hai, and the ocean. From the front of the house, there's an unobstructed view of Hanalei Falls, which is so impressive after a rainstorm. The Happy Talk Lounge is a block away. And you can walk to Puu Poa Beach (the beach below the St Regis Resort) in about 10 minutes. It's worth noting that Puu Poa Beach was swimmable, even for my 6-year-old, every day we were there. Other popular beaches (like Tunnels) had high surf during our stay. Anyway, the house is beautiful and well maintained, as others have noted. There is also a lot of high-quality vacation gear in the garage (bikes, snorkel gear in every size, coolers, etc). We also really enjoyed having fruit straight off of the trees on the property. The orange tree was in full production and we had fabulously delicious oranges almost every day we were there. We can't wait to go back.

Wonderful home, most highly recommended. The house is stocked full of every amenity, from stationery supplies to beach gear, even a comprehensive first aid supply, and there seems to be a revolving door of cooking aids from guests, resulting in a really well-stocked pantry! Not only is the house extremely clean and expertly maintained, it's very beautiful, and cozy. The beds are top quality, we all slept like babies, even the babies! The wrap around lanai and outdoor shower are highlights of this property; the option of AC was quite a luxury, although the ceiling fans sufficed for most of our stay. One surprise was that the "garden suite" downstairs is actually its own large separate unit from the rest of the house, with a separate entry, one thing to keep in mind for future renters. Although it has both AC and ceiling fans, we noticed a bit of mustiness in the downstairs suite. The loft space/play area is super cute, but really hot when we were there, in July. This house provided plenty of space for three couples and three young children. The owners' property descriptions are very accurate, and I think it looks even better in person than the pictures! Christine was always prompt and friendly in responding to any questions. Thames the manager was also extremely attentive and helpful with our check-in. All in all, the best vacation rental I've experienced yet, this home and its diligent owners have set the bar high!

The home has a beautiful view of the mountains and ocean with a sweeping lanai. Centrally located in Princeville; easy access to walking paths, beaches, golf, dining, groceries, and all other amenities. The home is well supplied with a full kitchen, outside seating, bikes, backpack beach chairs, coolers...everything you need for an adventure day.

Everything was so perfect except the Weather it rained the first 3 days but even that was fun. Being from California it never rains here so we enjoyed it. Great place and Great times.

What a wonderful week we experienced in this fabulous home! Everything was perfect from beach totes in every room to all the beach gear you will ever need in the garage. Not to mention this beautiful home has fabulous views from every vantage point!

We had such a wonderful trip to Kauai and staying at this beautiful home made our vacation perfect! There were nine of us yet it never felt crowded. The home has everything we needed for sitting by and playing in the ocean; for spending a morning or evening enjoying the incredible views from the lanai. We have been to this island before and found ourselves spending most of our time in the Hanalei area to hike, swim and dine. When our whole family decided to take this trip, this house was just the right place for our group to stay. Before leaving, our four-year-old grandddaughter asked if she could buy this house when she grows up! We hope to take a similar trip in a couple of years and will definitely stay here! I wish there were more that 5 stars to give this lovely home!!!

I just have to say that this trip to Kauai, our 5th and the 1st for many family members was simply Amazing!!! That was mainly due to this fabulous home! We couldn't have asked for better accommodations while we were on the island. Everything you could think of that you would need is provided and the home just felt like our home away from home! Plenty of room for our group of 4 couples as well as amazing views, sunsets and relaxation. Rent this home, you can't go wrong!!! Thank you Chris and Chip for everything and Thank you to the Property Manager for his hospitality!!

New owners & caretaker were wonderful. House was very comfortable, slightly dated furnishings but who cares?? Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space for sleeping & hanging out. Kitchen has everything you need. Will need a car for site seeing. Highly recommend this house. You can see the ocean and the mountains for spectacular views. Breezes through the house were fantastic.

This place was great! My wife and 2 little girls stayed for 4 nights. (2 and 4 year olds). My girls had a blast! They loved to play on the wrap around porch!! The house has kids movies, books, a few puzzles, and even beach toys.
It was so nice having all of the different things in the garage to entertain the kids! They loved playing with the sand toys at the beach and mom and dad loved having a chair and a cooler to bring along!!
We most of our days at anini beach or at the pier in hanalei. Our two favorite beaches; Both just a short drive away. Oh and that outdoor shower!!! I don't know if a shower will ever be the same for me! The outdoor shower was also a great place to rinse the sand off the kiddos before going inside.
Everyday we cooked breakfast and supper in the beautiful kitchen. Often times we even used fresh fruit from the fruit trees on the property! We ate every meal outside on the porch and tried to soak up those views. Beautiful mountain waterfalls out front and an ocean view out back!
The place was unbelievable and we could not have asked for a better north shore experience.
We did have a couple 6am golf course crews but we were already up. They were very very quiet and I'm not sure they would have bothered is if we were still in bed. Thanks again for the wonderful place.

After wrestling for weeks on where to stay on the island, we decided to stay on this property.
We have absolutely no regrets! The accommodations were first class. We vacationed with three couples, and all our expectations were exceeded.
The location was great just a short walk down the hill to the beach. Very relaxing evenings on the wrap around lanai. With the trade when breezes and the gorgeous views we were spoiled.

We had a family gathering with travelers from Europe and South America. Nine adults in the house and two more in a nearby apartment. We had great family dinners, breakfast and preparation time for hikes or beach days at the house with ample space for all. We relaxed at the house wrapping lanai and the kitchen equipment was perfect for our large group. The only complain we have was the early scheduled golf course maintenance crew and the confused roosters crowing at 2:00 AM - Bring some ear plugs!!

All though the house was somewhat more dated then we expected, we were easily
compensated by the wrap around lanai where we spent the majority of our time. Night after night we enjoyed some of the most beautiful sunsets we've ever seen. It's all about the location. We would go back in a heartbeat.
