The house was great and had plenty of room for all of us. It is exactly what you see in the pictures, which is not always the case with some homes on here. It was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return with the family again next year.

The house was perfect for our short stay in crystal river. Our scallop and fishing guides were able to pick us up right at the house dock each day. if your planning a fishing/scalloping trip to Crystal river this house is great.

Amazing home with an amazing view. Plenty of room for our large group. Super convenient to boat ramp and grocery shopping. Owner and property manager very attentive and accommodating during our recent stay when Hurricane Debby made a brief visit. Love this home!

We had a wonderful time at this house. Plenty of room for all 9 of us. The pool was great after a hot day on the water. The cleaning company could have done a better job. There was butter or something greasy on the handles in the kitchen. So, I then had to wipe them all down because clearly that was not done. The dishwasher was not emptied and some of the dishes and pots and pans were dirty. There also isn't any type of mixing/food prep bowls, only fancy glass bowls. Overall the house was great besides having to clean stuff before using it especially since we have to pay cleaning fee.

We had a fantastic time during our stay. The house is very spacious yet it feels homey. The view from the living room pool area and patio is beautiful. You just sit and enjoy the tranquility of the river. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. Great place to take the bikes out and ride around the neighborhood. Very friendly neighborhood everyone says hello. We will definitely book again for our family reunion.

Very nice home. Owner was willing to send assistance when an issue arose but was considerate of not disrupting our vacation.
We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and the kitchen off of the master bedroom was very convenient. The location was quiet and peaceful.
We probably wouldn't rent the home again due to
the patio space. The pebble flooring was coming apart. It was painful to walk on it barefoot. We
removed the pool cleaner to swim because the
kids didn't want to swim with the "monster" in the
pool. The owner asked us not to keep it
disconnected for long so the pool water would
stay clear so we reconnected it at the end of each day but didn't care for the responsibility; the plastic was brittle and coming apart. The patio tables were not cleaned prior to our arrival. We found cigarette butts, food crumbs and fish scales on the tables. The inside of the home was clean.

Amazing property. This is our second time staying here. The layout of the house is perfect for extended families or several families. Rented a pontoon boat from the nearby marina and kept it at the property’s dock. The kayaks and SUPs provided were awesome for cruising with manatees. Great house and a great location

My friends and I drove down to do some fishing and we really enjoyed the house. Everting worked correctly and was clean. We caught a 30lb gar and lots of catfish from the dock while dolphins and manatees swam around us. I would def book this location again.

We stayed in April with 6 adults ranging in age from 50 to 80. This is a great home for multiple couples and would also have lots of room for kids & teens. The pool area and lanai are fantastic and we spent a lot of our time out there. The bedrooms are arranged so there is lots of space and privacy between parties. One bedroom is really an in-law suite with kitchen and dining room. There are 2 living room areas. air hockey in the garage. So whether your family wants to spend every minute together or spread out and have some quiet time, this is the perfect house for you. The neighborhood is quiet and I enjoyed morning walks in it. It is also a great location. We even rented a boat and kept it at the dock.

Our family group is us, grandparents, our 2 Daughters, 2 SIL’s, 3 eating machine grandsons, and dainty granddaughter. There were perfect accommodations for all! Space galore, 3 refrigerators we packed full. Outdoor space amazing, pool temp, boating on the river. Would do again in a heartbeat.

Great for accommodating large families. Loved the new dock ramp and ice machine for fishing. Nice new big TV and new appliances. Loved the electric stove in place of gas. He has a SUPER new deck area with fire pit and walkway down to boat ramp. Had a blast!!

Wonderful home right on the river. Close to groceries and restaurants. Pool was fabulous. Neighborhood was quiet and wonderful to walk in. Great location for pets. Kayaking the many canals and inlets was the highlight of our trip. Always able to find manatees and many birds. Even saw 2 alligators.
Home was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, bathroom essentials, even shampoo and body wash.
Owner answered all messages promptly and handled our concerns in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this property for short or long stay. We stayed one month.

Our family of 14 had a wonderful stay and time. The home was very clean and fit all of our needs. We experienced some rain but that was ok for the house had games to play for kids and adults. As well as bumper pool and air hockey kept them entertained. Definitely would go back again. Thank you Chris, for always responding quickly to our questions.

We had a group of 12 - 6 adults and 6 kids. This house was absolutely perfect for our crew! The bunk room was great for our boys and the mother-in-law suite was perfect for our teen girls to have some privacy. The pool and screened in patio were wonderful, and we used that space often. We used the paddle boards and kayaks and explored the area. The house was clean and the owner responded to issues promptly! Overall, very pleased with our stay. We swam with the manatees, but felt that Crystal River didn’t have a ton of other activities.

Over the years, I have rented several homes in Crystal River, I have never been so pleased as I was this past visit.
Chris, the owner is readily available to answer questions prior to our stay as well as during our stay. He goes the extra mile to make sure our needs were met.
The house is fantastic for a group of friends or family. Each bedroom is well designed and the shared living space is simply perfect. The kitchen is outfitted with everything we needed, new appliances and granite counter tops.
Outdoors you will find a fleet of kayaks, a great barbecue station, a fire pit and plenty of outdoor waterfront seating. The screened in heated pool is fabulous!
This is truly a 5 start stay on Crystal River!

This house is amazing! We had 12 adults and1 child. There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was warm, the view cannot be beat. We used the provided kayaks and paddle boards to swim with the manatees. The fishing was great from the dock. Huge TVs, two refrigerators, great heating and AC,{yes we used both}. The dining room table was large enough to seat all of us. I just can;t say enough good things about this house. This was our second stay, we will be back again. For large groups this house cannot be beat. Thanks Chris for being a great host and easy to work with. Marie and The Sea Gals

Our extended family enjoyed vacationing in this spacious home on the water with a dock. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The kids used the pool every day. The location is central to Nature Coast area activities including viewing/snorkeling with manatees, air boat rides, Weekee Wachi mermaids, kayaking from the house, beach and birdwatching.
Recently renovated with all new appliances. The fire pit was also a nice touch.

We booked this VRBO early this year to share a an early Christmas gift with family. It is in a great location on the water which our fishermen loved but we did have major problems with noseeum bugs. We notified Chris of the bugs along with an issue with slow drainage in the kitchen sink, a completely stopped up bathroom sink, holes in the walls, the pool light and one of the lights on the patio didn’t work, and a rear door handle with no catch mechanism so we had to lock it to keep it closed. The very next day, Chris had citronella candles, bracelets and bug spray delivered to the property.
It was then we learned the home was damaged in a hurricane in August and we were the first occupants after the home had been redone. Had we been made aware of that fact when it happened we may have considered other options.
We did enjoy some family time at the house but it was difficult for the kids to swim in the pool at night without any lights, the interior of the pool is very dark. Everyone was disappointed that the air hockey table described in the listing wasn’t there and all 9 of us were eaten up with bug bites and the screened in patio doors had gaps in them.
It was also difficult to have a 14 month old crawling around when there were numerous holes in the walls, most with electrical wiring in them.
Chris was nice but the house really needed to be finished before rented. The last day there was a leak in the master bath sink that soaked the towels under the vanity.

The house is perfect for our large group. Very spacious and plenty of bathrooms. We didn’t have the best weather to go scalloping so we were at the house much more than intended and it was very fun, between swimming in the pool, fishing off the dock, and playing cards inside during the storm. Upon checking in we thought we didn’t have hot water so we reached out to the property manager who was nice, respinsive and got someone out to help in minutes and addressed the concern. Also the A/C worked very well and house was equipped with all the kitchen items you need to cook for a large group. We will be rebooking this house in the future.

We love this property. If you ever want to sell it call me. We enjoy the house but the location on the river is perfect. We love to sit outside and watch the Sunrise with Coffee and watch the boats go by. This is Perfect.

Love this place right on the river. The new outside deck with firepit and walkway to the dock was awesome!! All the beds are comfortable in spacious rooms. We will definitely come back to fish and stay at this house!

The house is perfectly laid out for large groups. Our family of 11, plus 2 dogs, was kept entertained and comfortable the entire time. We were able to see manatees, dolphins and turtles all from the dock. Our family didn't want to leave! It was the perfect place to celebrate our son and our niece graduating. From the large pool, card games, jenga, watching the local wildlife, pool table and air hockey table, kayaks and paddle boards, the entire family was able to find something to do. The private docks, made it easy for docking our boat and heading out on the water for amazing views and fishing. Thank you Chris for helping us make this trip so memorable!!
