Esta hermosa casa cuenta con una nueva piscina frente al agua.

Nuestra propiedad cuenta con dos pisos con un total de 5 dormitorios y 4 baños para alojar cómodamente hasta 12 huéspedes.
El primer piso consta de una gran sala de estar y comedor, cocina totalmente equipada, dos dormitorios y dos baños. Su cocina totalmente equipada, con barra de comedor, desemboca en la sala de estar soleada y luego en su comedor abierto. Esta gran área pública permite la socialización y la unión de todo el grupo. La mesa de comedor tiene capacidad para 8, con 4 asientos más en el área de desayuno y 2 más en la barra de desayuno, lo que hace que cenar juntos sea una realidad refrescante.

We LOVED the house. It was clean and very well equipped. Could not have ask for anything more. The dock was blocked off (looked like it was rotten and falling apart), so that was disappointing other than that could not have ask for anything more, except more time :)

Upon arrival we were met by the following: socks on dining room chair legs, cloth jewelry bags on a glass table immediately upon entry that kept the glass from sliding, an absolutely filthy living room chair, the dishes, glasses, and cups with food on them, "Welcome" mats cut to size placed on outdoor furniture in place of cushions, both exterior sliding doors were filthy in grease and grime in the track, the dock closed off with a do not enter sign. Although the description of the house mentions the contrary to all of the listed items. I was asked if I wanted the cleaning crew to come fix the issues. I was provided new outdoor furniture cushions. The cleaning crew did come and clean the sliding door tracks. I was also offered for someone to come wash dishes and clean the grimy living room chair. My question remained, how are all of these obvious issues not done prior to my arrival? The house was not rented from 10 AM on 3/29 until my arrival at 4:00 PM on 3/30. That is more than 24 hours that this house should have been prepared for the next guest. Then we got rain a couple of days into the stay. The drywall on the living room ceiling, that had been patched previously, became affected by the leak that was not fixed and the drywall fell off. Further, there was a puddle of water in the living room where water had come from under the exterior wall. I was offered for someone to come mop the water up. I refused and cleaned up the mess myself. Horrible house and vacay.

Wonderful property for 6 adults. 2 bedrooms on first floor to accommodate 2 siblings with walker or cane. Spacious living arrangements with a well supplied kitchen. Excellent location with unobstructed sunset views. Heated pool added to our enjoyment. Our only complaint was lack of cushions on all outside furniture, but that didn’t diminish our enjoyment.

My family and I had an amazing vacation at this property! The water was even closer than we expected to our patio, and the privacy was incredible. We saw dolphins multiple times each day, along with a variety of local birds. The property itself was fantastic and comfortably accommodated 9 adults. We made our Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen and had plenty of seating for dining, all with views of the football games on the living room television. It was a fantastic experience!

The property was nice and in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting out on the dock as we seen aquatic wildlife of dolphins, fish, pelicans, manatee and nurse shark during our 6 day stay! There was shopping centers nearby for our convience. Our party of 10 had a lot of room to spread out so we did not feel like we were on top of eachother. Overall, a graet place to stay!

The Luxury Beach Villa is situated in a quiet neighborhood right on the bay. The home was very clean and perfect space for our family of 12. If I had to critique anything it would be the pool maintenance, there was no set maintenance schedule, the pool went multiple (5+) days without anyone checking levels, balancing algae, vacuuming, etc. when they did come mid day we had to get out for 2+ hours- a scheduled maintenance time would have been nice to know ahead of time. Having a pool on property is a nice amenity and was a selling point for our family, but when we couldn’t use it because of random maintenance issues, it was frustrating.

Only complaints are that the lawn was overgrown and never mown, and the door going to the pool was broke and screwed on. This property pleased everyone in our group. The neighborhood was easy to access yet provided ample privacy. The pool was a hit with the grandkids. There was an impressive amount of seating in the living room and plenty of sleeping area. The fishermen appreciated the dock but the star of the show was the extended balcony with its expansive view of the Gulf and those nightly breathtaking sunsets. An incredibly relaxing experience for all!

My family enjoyed the pool and swam everyday. The screened porch is great for the adults in the evenings after the kids went to bed. The view of the gulf was wonderful from many rooms of the house. We saw dolphins on multiple occasions. Problems were addressed quickly and our property manager was very nice and helpful.

We had a wonderful time! Easy drive to any where in the Tampa area.The best feature to the house was the view and serenity of the area.The Sunsets were spectacular the sunrises were beautiful.My Wife and I sat on the dock and watched the fish jump and the boats heading to and from the sea.One morning a dolphin even came by and had breakfast under our dock.Bug spray at dusk will be needed for your ankles.We rented kayaks that were delivered to our house, my kids and wife enjoyed the day kayaking to the near by Islands while I watched.There was too much to see in the Tampa area for one week so we'll have to come back.Conrad

The home was absolutely beautiful. It met all of our needs. The cleaning crew took about a hour after our check in time so we were forced to wait to check in. There were a few mishaps as the cleaning crew was rushing through. However I would absolutely stay again. The dolphin sightings were amazing. It was far enough away from the tourists however close enough to go to the shops. The property manager was absolutely wonderful.

You just can’t say enough about the property. It was simply amazing. The property was has everything to offer. Taking an evening swim while watching the sunset is second to none. The daily dolphin sightings are unique to any house I have stayed at in Florida. Plenty to do within a half hour from this location. Will definitely be going back in the future.

Great place for extended family getaway
We had a wonderful time staying here over Thanksgiving. Seven adults, four kids (one infant) and we all fit comfortably and enjoyed the location and accommodations of the house. And the kitchen was stocked perfectly with cooking utensils and appliances to cook our turkey dinner as well as many other meals. Mona was quick to respond and resolve the few questions and small issues we encountered during our stay. It was a pleasure being in this vacation home and we hope to do it again!

Our family loved the home and would come back again and again. Pool was great. The view was beautiful. Plenty of room for our family to have privacy if needed and a huge family room for everyone to hang out. The pool was a great place to spend the afternoons. No issues and no concerns. property manager was very easy to work with. Highly recommend this home!!!

Property on Tampa Bay
The property looks great in the photos.upon arrival, it was clear that some things were a little dated but overall it was a very nice house. The major issue we had is that the central AC system, while operating, was set to not go below 72 degrees. There were two portable AC units in the house, one on each floor, which helped keep things almost comfortable but not quite the desired temp. Beach Time Rentals was very accommodating and a thank you to Mona for all of her assistance. I would certainly rent again but will do some additional checking on some detail Items in the future.
