Cada unidad tiene 2 dormitorios, 1 baño, sala de estar y cocina. Acomodará hasta 6 invitados. Fantastic place to stay for people with less mobility. The beach was just across the street and everything in the home is on one level. The second bedroom is a bit small but otherwise great place to stay. Not enough room for a table but has counter and barstools. It worked ok. Being so close to the beach was best part!!

Right across from beach access. Just right for our needs to have quiet comfortable place to sleep after relaxing all day on the beach. Comfortable beds! Close to Pier Park for restaurants etc but away from hustle and bustle. We have stayed here before and will again.

Perfect for a small family
We are a family of four and the rental was perfect for us! The parking is right in front of the home. Beach access is LITERALLY across the street. I timed it at one time and it takes 2 minutes from the door to the sand. The outdoor shower is great! We were very happy with the rental and plan to stay again

Very nice vacation location.
Great location, clean, convenient grocery stores, traffic was not bad at all. Just do not go to the grocery store on Saturday !!! Bring your own beach chairs or you can call a beach service.

Short Getaway, Great Stay
John was very pleasant to work with and the communication was excellent. The house is exactly as described and the bed was comfortable. It is a very easy and quick walk to the beach. Even though the house is right on Front Beach Road it was very quiet. We would stay here again.

Quintessential Beach House
This was the quintessential beach house. Not too fancy, but perfectly adequate for a weeks stay at the beach. The wash facility was great to have, and had supplies provided. The walk to the beach was so convenient. We had easy access to the activities we participated in. For a small group this was a great place to stay. It does only have one bathroom, so make sure your group is okay with sharing a bathroom.
I would definitely stay here again.

Great location!
More than adequate for our needs. Location was amazing - away from the craziness of the condos and pier areas. We pretty much had the beach to ourselves and it was so close, we went twice a day.

Mostly clean inside but disappointed in how dated the place was. No dishwasher and back yard not well groomed.

Best Gulf Coast Location
This is a great property in the Laguna Beach/Sunnyside area. I personally love this area as it is much more secluded while still close to PCB and 30A. The property was exactly as listed, very clean, and the perfect size for a family of 2-4. What is even better is you are right across from the public beach access, less than 60 yards from the beach. John was a great host and communicated well throughout the entire process, including during the stay when we had an issue. 5 stars and highly recommend for this area.

Highly recommend it! Perfect location!
My family was looking for a place close to the beach that's not very crowded and we found this gem. House is nice, not outdated, there is a bbq, pots, pans if you want to cook, we even found a crackpot and some games if you want to play. I only wish there was more larger mugs for coffee, other than that it was perfect. Entrance to the beach is right in front of the house. Every morning I would make a cup of coffee, go to the beach in my pajamas lol and enjoy the view and breeze. Restaurants, shopping and entertainment is in close proximity but not close enough where you have crowds walking in frond of your windows. The rental was also priced very well. Originally we thought of staying in a condo or a hotel but after the first day of our stay at this house we were so glad we chose it.

The house was Great
The property was great right across from a beach entrance! Outside shower worked well. Thankfully there was internet and Dish because the weather was terrible (waterspout/ tornado) rained most of our stay. So the house was great we did not lose power at all. It was cute, light and clean. We hope to stay again!

Perfect little house
This is our second time staying and we think it’s perfect for us. You can’t beat the location if you like less people and less traffic. We love the beach access and private parking. Definitely beats a high rise condo!

My FAVORITE place to stay!
My family and I always look forward to staying here. The location just cant be beat, and the kindness of the owners just make it all the better. Just a few seconds away from the beach, we walk multiple times per day (no sand in the vehicles), outside shower to rinse off before going back inside, and just minutes away from Walmart etc. If you are looking for a family friendly place to stay, this is the one for you! I plan to come back every year.

Perfect location
Great location, 30 second walk to the beach! Loved that it was a little bit outside of the busy business district, made traffic more bearable. The cleaning crew could have done a better job but overall it was a great stay.

Right across the street from the beach
This was a great house for our small family. It's just across the street from a public beach entrance, and the houses across the street, on the beach side, are houses, not huge condos, so the beach is relatively uncrowded and quiet. Great place--I love this quiet end of Panama City Beach.

Two minute walk to the beach!
We had a wonderful time at the cottage! It is a “real” Florida cottage and that is the only type places we choose to stay in. It was so nice to have a beach entrance right across the road. It’s not a busy road either. Very quiet and family oriented area. The owners were awesome. It was very nice to have a code entry also. I do have to say one thing...I can imagine that living area being decorated SO cute and cottage like. New furniture, some shiplap and a few small decor items would make it perfect. It’s close to that now! Thank you so much!

Hubby and I stayed here for our anniversary trip. It was just what we needed. We love Laguna Beach and this location , just across street from beach access! Plan to stay here next yr too. I was looking for a small, simple place and this was it. We don't care for a lot of bells and whistles in a room. I'm not here for the room (as long as it's clean) just to go to beach and restaurants in evening. Thanks for the great stay! Tim & Joy Beck, Ga.

Perfect location!!
My family and I stayed for a week in July. The location Was perfect for what we needed, close enough to town to drive down and eat in the evenings and let our little one play putt putt, the arcade, etc. but still far enough away from the chaos to enjoy the family and calm beaches. Owners were very kind and friendly, very quick to answer any questions that we had. The house had easy parking, and access to the beach directly across the road. The outside shower was great for rinsing off after a day at the beach and the washer/dryer made it easy for me to keep up with the laundry/ towels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again next year.
