Extremely clean! Great location - within walking distance of Brunchhaus, and if you sit just right on the porch you get an ocean view 😁. Plenty of towels, comfy beds. Will definitely book this again! Thank you!

Loved the location. Short walk up the street to the beach. The apartment was equipped with all we needed and loved having a porch in the front and back. Rocky (our little dog ) really liked that dogs are allowed on the beach😊

We were in town for surgery at Mayo Clinic, quick drive of approximately 10 minutes. House was just right for what we needed and property manager was very prompt with communications. Would stay again

We loved being able to walk a short block to the beach! It was quiet and yet we were only a couple of minutes by car to several wonderful restaurants and the main Jax Beach area. We loved it! The patio out back over the garden area and the huge porch in front both had chairs and tables for us to sit outside. Lovely!

Fantastic stay. Very comfortable and convenient to the beach and restaurants.

The condo was adequate for a couple of people or a couple with a child. Bathroom was between the two bedrooms no access to living room with out going thru the bedrooms. The decks were perfect. Quiet and comfy.

Erin, the host was very accommodating! Nice little place near the ocean, which you can sit on deck and feel ocean breezes! Very clean with lots of extra!

This cozy upstairs apartment was just what we needed for our 2 week stay at the Mayo Clinic. Very short walk to the beach! Perfect for a small family!

Such a pleasure staying here! All the sun and shade you could want. 2 blocks to the beach. Close to everything at Jax Beach. Lovely wrap around porch plus a back porch. Fenced back yard area with grill and a lanai. Pet friendly. Property manager very responsive. We would gladly stay here again!

Great spot in Jax Beach.

The unit is older, but clean. Nice big front and rear decks. The only thing that was an issue at all is there is one bathroom and it is small. Everything else was great. You can see a little bit of the ocean from the front deck. Located in the middle of everything. Only a short walk to the beach.

We stayed in this property, booking at the last minute, due to renovations in our Jacksonville home. The kids loved being steps from the beach and I loved hearing the sounds of the waves crashing from the front porch. The home was clean and all amenities were provided. We have stayed in many rental homes and have never had so many items provided for our use. When we had questions or concerns, the owner responded immediately. She even made sure we were aware of the red flag warning system on a rough beach day. This place is one to keep in the favorites if we need a "staycation" here in Jacksonville again.

Great location. Two blocks from the beach. Quite area at night. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Clean and spacious with a cute, shabby chic, beachy vibe, this place was perfect for me.

We were here only a short time, but would like to come back when we can stay longer.

Great location to beach and town center. Was able to walk to amphitheater for “Deck the Chairs” light show. Publix 2 min drive away. Rocky start when owner wanted balance of payment before allowing access to property, but all worked out. Bathroom is TINY. I’m average size and I had to sit sideways on toilet to fit. Very clean. Bed quality was average.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Our unit had an awesome wraparound porch with comfy wicker furniture to enjoy our morning coffee and newspaper. The interior was exactly as the pictures indicated, spacious, clean, and well equipped. We also enjoyed the seating area in the backyard. Being only a few steps to the beach really made our stay enjoyable. I look forward to staying there again! Tricia

My wife, our daughter, our dog and I stayed at this location for a week while I was working in the Jacksonville area. For the most part our stay was just okay. There is a very small (6’ x 15’) area for a dog to go potty. When we got there I noticed that there was multiple dog poops (from a large dog) in this small area before our medium sized dog ever had a chance to go potty there. After we left, Erin sent me a message that she was holding back $25 of the pet deposit because she was going to have to pay someone to clean up the dog poops??? The $25 isn’t a big deal but seems like scammer type stuff (since there were already dog poops when we got there) and that she probably charged the renter before us and didn’t actually pay to have anything cleaned up?? Also my wife noticed while we were there that there was another dog from one of the properties behind and adjacent to this one that got through the fence and was in this small potty area. Another very negative thing is that my wife noticed that our dog had a flea on her during our stay. Our Dalmatian is a short haired dog and it’s very easy to spot a flea on her. She had NEVER had flea issues. Not we’ve been home for a few days and we have seen more fleas and flea eggs on her. Erin, please clean up after the animals that stay there if your going to charge people for this and PLEASE have the area professionally treated for fleas. This is a huge inconvenience and honestly something we should b charging you hundreds of dollars for. Flea treatments, having our home and property treated now...it really bothers me to know that our dog got fleas from your property and has now brought them into our home.
