Great few days enjoying Lake Michigan and Beachwalk. Loved the community, pool and lake Kai. My daughter and I went kayaking and participated in the talent show. Great way to end the summer!

Very impressed with the host. She was able to accommodate all our requests in a timely manner. Home was clean/spotless and perfect for our family needs. Only wish there was a golf cart for our use as a distance to the lake.

Great beach get away for families with young kids. Beachwalk has great amenities and the beach is pretty close, especially if you rent a golf cart. Definitely will be back!

The name says it all! Cozy Cottage. It was perfect for the 4 of us. Cute decorations and everything we needed plus a couple extras we never expected (beach towels and beach chairs but very much appreciated). The owner was delightful to work with and was very accommodating. We will certainly inquire about this property for future trips. 5 stars from us!!!!

Everything was described as listed. Beautiful little home in a great neighborhood. Loved the kitchen space for such a small house. Host was very easy to communicate with and accommodating to our travel plans.

We came in for a wedding at Friendship Gardens. The little neighborhood was fun to walk around in. Our house was super cute and just perfect for the 4 adults for a couple of days.

This is perfectly placed, the walk to the beach is not far at all the place comes with a heavy duty wagon. The community place was so fun. Our boys loved the ping pong tables and ice cream.
The house had everything we needed, Jodi is amazing and communicated and responded quickly. I have already recommend this place to friends.

Everything was great, the property has everything we needed, was set up well and conveniently located.
The only suggestion I would make is to get rid of the floor runner in the upstairs hallway or get a pad for underneath it. It was very slippery and just slid off the floor and we almost tripped and fell on it.

Great communication and ease of using the property. There were guests right behind us with a lot of cars, so we didn't feel like we could use the back yard space, but there were plenty of other places. Would definitely stay here again.

My girls and I stayed in the Cozy Cottage in Aug 2022 and loved it. The decor is perfectly cozy and Jodi has thought of all the creature comforts we would normally have at home. I researched a ton of properties within Beachwalk and so happy we found this one. Be sure to think about a golf card rental ahead of time if you need one. We can’t wait to come back this year!

The Cozy Cottage was perfect for our family get away! It was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the area! It was family friendly and only a quick walk to the pool and club house. Definitely would recommend!

End of Summer quick trip
The property was very well maintained. The area is family oriented so perfect for those with smaller children. A golf cart for this property would be a nice addition, since the beach is a bit of a walk.

Great Stay!
The cozy cottage was perfect for our trip. The location is great! There are so many nice amenities where this is located. Would definitely stay again. The only small thing that I would say that is not a huge deal is the shower is small and would be good to have a welcome book with information regarding the amenities on site, but was not a big deal. We had a great time.

Great family vacation
We stayed at the Cozy Cottage for our first ever trip to Lake Michigan and it was a great experience. The little community was adorable and friendly, clean, well maintained. We found the house to be just perfect for us and was very well decorated and well supplied with needed items.
My only complaint was the dishwasher had previous dirty dishes in it and the oven mits had previous pizza stains on them. Typically I would likely not be bothered by that but since we are in a “pandemic”, I expected a little more tip top shape in cleaning and those items lead me to wonder what else might not be as sanitized as one would like.
Overall great stay and we can’t wait to come back!

Was a cozy cottage
The stay was very good. House was very clean minus some sand on the couch......the owner was very nice and easy to contact. The house was small but we knew that going in and it was exactly like it was described. This was the second time we stayed in this community......the only thing the house lacked was a welcome book like the other house had.....in it was the phone number for the ice cream parlor, phone number for the shuttle to the beach, pool hours and check out procedures......it was very helpful to have and that was the only thing the house lacked........plus in the upstairs bedroom the remote does not work all the way with the tv.....you cannot adjust the volume and my husband had to reprogram it so you could at least change the channel.....other than that everything was great.....

Beachwalk fun
We had the best time at Beachwalk last weekend. The cozy cottage was the prefect size for our family of four. The cottage was fully equipped with every kitchen need as well as board games and even a first aid kit. The house was neat and clean. We loved the front porch and the nice grill and picnic area out back. Comfortable beds, too. Would have liked a fresh (not used) sponge in the kitchen and additional dish and bathroom hand towels, but that would be my only complaint.

The Cozy Cottage in the Beachwalk community was a perfect get away. The house was neat and spacious and accommodating. Perfect for a family of 4. Easy walk to the pool and beach.

Excellent stay!
We really loved the cozy cottage, just enough room for the two of us. What an amazing little area in Michigan City! The Beachwalk community was everything you needed! Short walk to the beach, rented kayaks and used the pool. One thing I will mention is that this is the guest house to the Cottage so you do share your back porch space with the Cottage residents. We loved everything about our stay and would stay again!

Great stay
We booked a last minute getaway two days before arrival. Jodi was very helpful and responsive. The cottage is in an adorable Beachwalk resort with a nice pool, fishing pier and kayaking. Cottage was cozy and clean. Enjoyed our stay!

Cozy Cottage was very cute and had most everything we needed.
This is the cutest neighborhood. We easily rented this home and found the owner to give very quick responses to message via VRBO. Usually within minutes. The house has everything you will need: all kitchen items, cleaning items, bathroom spray, beach wagon, towels and beach towels. The boardwalk path to the top of the dune is great because the dunes are pretty but hard to walk up. We walked on the boardwalk to the top of the dune to watch the amazing sunsets. The only drawback was parking. We only rented this small cottage that came with one parking spot in front of the house. There are two lots nearby(a few minutes walk) though. We brought our bikes to ride around or you can reserve a golf cart for your stay. The pool was warm, the lake was clear, and we had a great time.
