Te invitamos a disfrutar de nuestra hermosa, limpia y espaciosa casa de vacaciones en Coral Ridge Townhomes en Washington, Utah. Esta casa es perfecta para la familia, amigos, golfistas, aventureros y para quienes quieran disfrutar de las numerosas actividades que se encuentran cerca o simplemente para relajarse. Estamos a 32 millas del Parque Nacional Zion. El parque y embalse Sand Hollow State está a 14,4 km, donde podrá disfrutar de actividades en el lago, vehículos todo terreno, senderismo y golf. Se trata de un corto trayecto de 9 millas hasta el centro de St. George, donde encontrará restaurantes, tiendas y entretenimiento. A dieciocho millas de distancia se encuentra el Anfiteatro al aire libre Tuacahn, uno de los lugares favoritos de muchos visitantes donde se pueden ver fabulosas obras de Broadway. Ambos dormitorios principales, así como el loft y la gran sala, tienen televisores de pantalla plana. El patio trasero es ideal para hacer barbacoas, relajarse y jugar. Hay una zona de césped, mesa al aire libre y sillas y una barbacoa de gas.
Razor Ridge Park está al lado con un estanque de pesca abastecido. Coral Ridge tiene una casa club con chimenea, sala de ejercicios y mesas de juego. Hay 2 piscinas climatizadas, una bañera de hidromasaje y un putting green. También puede disfrutar del campo de golf Coral Canyon, que está justo al lado de nuestro desarrollo.

This was a great property, in a great neighborhood, and huge. We had access to the garage, and three full baths (which tends to be more important to us than bedrooms. We only had 4 in our group, but could have easily stayed here with more; though I’d say 6-8 is a more realistic maximum. Kitchen was well stocked, it was very close to St George with tons of shops/restaurants. The only negatives: the bathrooms in both master bedrooms did not have doors, and we were there to visit Zion, and the drive there was a full hour.

We had an amazing experience, we felt like we were staying at our home. It had a lot more space than we thought, the pools were nice and clean, and there were a lot of supplies that were available for us to use. Thank you for everything! 💕

Our 70's volleyball team stayed here while we played volleyball in the Huntsman Senior Games. The house was clean. The pantry had adequate items and the kitchen was stocked with enough dinnerware and silverware. One minor thing was we could not get the garage code to work, but we figured out how to get it locked. A major thing was there was no cable, which it said in the notebook but not online.

The property was in a great location. Lots of room to move around. Only a couple small things that could of made it better the right coffee filters and maybe some coffee to start you off with until you can get to store.

Wonderful experience! House was better than advertised! I felt bad, the owner tried contacting me about stopping by to change out the batteries on the front door lock on their way back from Vegas. I did not see her message until they were no longer in the area. I replied as soon as I saw the message and the response was quick and timely. Unfortunately, they were no longer in the area but they were able to make arrangements with a neighbor to do it when we left. Thank you for allowing us to make wonderful family memories!

The kids loved fishing in the pond right there in the neighborhood. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Even though it was quite chilly outside, the pool was warm enough to enjoy swimming. We did some mountain biking at Quail Creek reservoir which was only about a 10 minute drive from the condo.
Overall we enjoyed staying here.

We stayed over Christmas Eve and Christmas day, though we spent much of the time with my parents who live nearby. It was so great to have our own space to put our seven kids to bed at night! The home was nice and clean, and check in/our was a breeze. We never had to communicate with the owners, it was all good. I highly recommend this place if you need a large home for a St George getaway.

This property was perfect for our family. Clean, quiet neighborhood and everything as listed. Baby accommodations (pack and play, toys) were a big plus. Older kids had their own space upstairs which was great for them. Location is ideal for any site-seeing and day trips to national parks. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for the weekend while we attended a baseball tournament. We really enjoyed the cleanliness and location of the property. The unit is well equipped and even includes some toys and a pack and play. This is a great place!

This property was perfect for our stay. If you are dividing time between St. George and Zion, the location is perfect, as it is a bit north of town. It is close to hiking and mountain biking and it doesn't take long to get to restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable. The pool area and clubhouse were great, too. We would definitely stay here again.

House was great! And very condusive for what we needed. Loved having the 2 master bedrooms. The owners were great to work with. It was nice to have 2 pools also. My only complaint which is so minimal is I wish they had a blender.

There were a few toys, a pack-n-play, and open space for kids to play around. Some grassy area in the back yard and the pool had a little kid zone (1.5 ft deep) that made for a really fun experience with little kids.

We had a great weekend at this location. The condo was clean and had all of the supplies we needed! It was close enough for us to enjoy swimming, Tuacahn, hiking, and sunshine. I’d be happy to stay again.

Perfect for what we needed
This was a very nice stay for our two families for a long weekend. Everything that we needed was there! There were only a few minor things that could be a little better - having a new clean sponge to do dishes (the one that was provided was old and not clean), there was no can opener, the ignite switch on the bbq was missing, and the pool noodles were in bad shape. Otherwise, it has an abundance of linens and comfy beds! Thank you for our stay!
