Wonderful home, space, pool and location!
Exceeded our expectations by far!! Within an hour of being there, we all decided we would definitely stay here again!

We wanted to stay somewhere with a pool, close to stores and shopping and near family in the area. It checked all the boxes. We enjoyed the pool and we never lacked for anything else during our stay! Excellent communication with the Host, which was so nice! Just wonderful!

For the property I would recommend going there first before the grocery store. It is fully stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, cooking essentials (olive oil, cooking spray), aluminum foil, plastic wrap, bath and body works hand soap for each bathroom etc. Plenty of bath and pool towels as well. The house itself is very comfortable with a split floor plan, master suite on one side and 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the other (1/2 bath inbetween both living rooms) and two HVAC’s. There were 5 of us but it would definitely fit more with no problem. Furniture, appliances and finishes all high end. Backyard is beautiful with desert landscaping and trees and of course the pool.
Location is spot on. Very close to Desert Ridge shopping center, which has Target and many restaurants. I would highly recommend the Breakfast Kitchen Bar for breakfast, brunch, lunch at Desert Ridge. Since the property is located on the north side of Phoenix, Scottsdale and Sedona are easier to get to. Neighborhood is safe, quiet, clean with high end homes and walking trails. A few more restaurants I’d recommend: The Mexicano, The Arrogant Butcher, The Sicilian Butcher, Maria’s (for fry bread).
The hosts, Kim and Stan are amazing. Quick responses via text message or by phone. We didn’t really need much but I’m sure if we did they would be on top of it. Thanks to both of you!!

The house and amenities are great. Perfect house for multi-generational families with how it is laid out. Overall everything was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and had all updated appliances. The beds were very comfortable. The pool area was beautiful and the heated pool was great for this time of year. Kim the owner is very responsive and made sure everything was good for our stay. The Desert Ridge area where the house was located is close to everything. Would highly recommend this house for your stay in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area!

We were a group of 7 women who travel together. This house was beautiful. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have slept in. The owners were very kind and responsive. The pool is lovely. Only negative wound be not having a hand rail to get into pool. Would stay here again in a minute if traveling to phoenix.

Plenty of space for the whole family to spread out and have their own privacy. Loved the pool and patio area to play board games and cards in the shade. Enjoyed cooking with the nice appliances and having all the extra amenities to cook at home. The property owner even had a dog bed available for our dog. So thoughtful! Loved this home.

Clean, open and very welcoming house for group we hosted to view WM Open. Very close by Uber to course and surrounding areas for food and sun dried. Open floor plan made it easy to hang out in group setting. Would highly recommend to any/all who are looking for a comfortable house setting. Pool would be great in warmer months!!

This home is truly a “home away from home”. We had several family members join us and there was plenty of room for everyone. A lot of pride has gone into updates and the owners have thought of everything, beautifully appointed.
Check in was super easy and Kim checked in a few times during the stay to see that everything was going well.
The northeast PHX location is convenient and the neighborhood is quiet with walking trails and parks throughout.

This home was nothing short of that - AMAZING. Beautiful and extremely clean. The kitchen was well equipped - we cooked every day and never once needed something that wasn't there. We had a mixed group - 85 to 15 years and everyone enjoyed the pool multiple times a day. The pool was clean and warm and such a nice change from the day to day grind. The homeowners were responsive to our questions and very easy to communicate with. One of the BEST rentals we have stayed at on VRBO.

This home is lovely with every amenity. It is spacious and open but also has multiple seating areas for a group or a little quiet time. The backyard has lots of foliage and seating areas and the pool is well lit with water falls. The home has every amenity including comfortable bedding and high end appliances. The owner was very nice, responsive and accomodating. We will definitely look to stay here again. Thank you, Kim!

We arrived and the house was immaculate. The pictures do not do the home justice. We had three couples and there was plenty of room and the amenities were all first class. The location to grocery store, restaurants, and the Cardinals Football Stadium were the icing on the cake. The pool deck was large and the pool, waterfalls, lights added to a festive ambiance. We will absolutely be back!

An absolute family favorite!!
This is our second year enjoying all that Village at Aviano has to offer...truly a perfect vacation home in the valley. Instantly feels like home, the beautiful landscaping in the backyard is a wonderful backdrop for all your family pool pics. Kitchen is well stocked and perfectly equipped, our dogs loved all the extra thoughtful items for a pups perfect vacation. Host is wonderful and easy to work with. Plenty of spaces to relax and unwind with the family...truly one of our favorite vacation homes to visit. If I could give it 10 stars I would!!!

Nothing short of AHHHmazing!
The Village at Aviano is located in Desert Ridge area of Phoenix - close to anything you'd need for a week of fun, relaxation and/or activities. Kim's house was perfect for my family of 4 adult children, my husband and I. The backyard is truly an oasis with the gorgeous landscaping, inviting pool, waterfalls, patio, firepits and plenty of outdoor seating. The house itself is spacious with several seating areas, nice large bedrooms (with comfortable beds!) and plenty of bathroom space. You really could not ask for more in a property. We will definitely return.

First off let me start by saying my family and I meet in Phoenix yearly to all be together so we have stayed in various homes and this one exceeded our expectations. The home is large but still very homey and comfortable. The owner, Kim, was very responsive and helpful. There was nothing overlooked; from the hand soap to the quality pots and pans in the kitchen, we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. All we had to do was a little grocery shopping and we were set.
My family couldn’t stop raving about the house and how this is the best so far! We will definitely be back!

Amazing property!
We had such an amazing time in Arizona and especially at this house. We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and other homes and this one truly exceeded our expectations! The layout is absolutely perfect for two families and had enough room for 7 of us. The heated pool is the highlight and the kids had a blast. Cute little play area right next door. Close to stores and dining...but you seriously won’t want to leave the house. Lots of generous amenities (pantry, soaps, shampoos, pans/pots, etc) we really didn’t want for anything! Perfect if you have a dog (we did not) with lots of doggie perks!

perfect getaway
We came down to Phoenix to see family and this house could not have been more perfect! Checking in was so simple, the house was clean, had everything we needed, and the beds were SO comfortable! The heated pool was used constantly by my husband, myself, and our kids. We stayed up almost every night next to the propane fire pit. We were so close to many hiking trails, horseback riding, shopping, and great food! Working with Kim was easy and being able to bring our dogs with us on vacation was a huge bonus. We will be back as soon as we can!

Close to everything
This house was in a neighborhood that was clean and felt safe, even though we were close to all the city activities. We hit the zoo, aquarium, (fantastic) butterfly pavillion (kind of lame) and many local restaurants. The house had everything we needed for a nice week away from the snow.

Years ago our family decided we no longer wanted to stay in cramped hotel rooms and started using VBRO! We have stayed in dozens of rentals all over the U.S. This home rates #1 for us. It was the most well equipped, from salt and pepper, spices, paper products, light bulbs, linens, pool towels, even batteries when the smoke alarm failed! Cookware, dishes, glasses were abundant. Great Space and location!
We enjoyed the house very much! Guys played golf, ladies played tennis and the house was our wonderful gathering space to enjoy the patio and being together with family. From the check-in to the check-out, everything was wonderful! Great communication and expectations lined out in their property notebook.

Truly Amazing Home
This beautiful home was a fantastic place for my family to stay for a week of relaxation and fun. The home is gorgeous and well appointed in every way. It had everything you could want and dream of...the owners have thought of everything. The decor is elegant but warm and there is so much space!! The amenities were superb and everything looked brand new and well-cared for. Beds were very comfortable! The house was well-stocked with all types of supplies so we did not have to run out to the store for anything other than food. We would definitely stay here again!

Could need and more. Each bathroom had plenty of soap, shower gel and shampoo. We brought our own, but the house really had everything we needed. The kitchen it well stocked. As someone who likes to cook, I rarely find a kitchen that has everything I’m hoping to use. This house was the exception. It had everything and more. From wine bottle openers to cheese graters, spices to pans and serving dishes; this kitchen has it all. Then, the main reason for our stay... the pool! It beautiful. The water features are beautiful and the backyard is quiet and tranquil. There was plenty of floaties and noodles and even a floating basketball hoop. It felt like a resort experience!
Kim was a delight to work with and was very responsive and informative. She was determined to make our stay lovely and that she did!
We would not hesitate to come back and stay here again. In fact, it would be a delight.
