The interior is ready for some upgrades- especially at the price point of the rental. Dryer is really old and should be replaced.
Kitchen cabinets and baths could benefit from a refresher. White Kitchen cabinets have been painted teal, but paint is wearing around the pulls and much of the white showing thru
As a renter appreciate the beach tags and would be so happy to see a few additional like beach chairs and use of the bikes.
Overall I think it is a beautiful property and we most enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Plenty of room for the 11 of us. Nice size bedrooms with plenty of bathrooms. Garage for storage of beach chairs, toys and bike. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, and cook ware. Loved spending time on the deck.

The location of this property is ideal for us and our two young grandsons. Its a few short steps to the beach and right on the boardwalk so the boys can bike or just chill out on the deck and say hi to the passerby's. There are only a few steps up to get to the bedrooms which are all comfortable and the two main bedrooms with their own bathrooms. It just feels like our beach home (that we could never afford) and we love spending a few days here off season. The owner is wonderful to deal with and the process is seamless. Highly recommend!

Absolutely had a blast and the location, at the very end (or beginning...) of the Ocean City Boardwalk was awesome. Lots of people watching and direct access to the beach. The house was plenty spacious and loaded with everything needed. The owner, Brad, was tremendous at staying in touch to make sure all was well. Would 100% stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and the kitchen was well-appointed with anything one would need. The access to the boardwalk for bike-riding was very convenient. The property owner and the property manager were both attentive and very responsive to all requests. They are also very nice people to deal with. The property is located at the end of the boardwalk making it about a 30 second walk onto the beach. Good for boardwalk people watching from the first floor deck but no crow noise as you are at the quiet end away from commercial activity. It is an easy mile walk along the boardwalk to all the shops and restaurants. Perfect if you like the boards but don't want to be right in the thick of the crowds and noise. This was our second year in a row staying at the propery. We plan to do it again next year!

We had a great time. The home was spacious and comfortable. Other rentals we have had in OCNJ had just 2.5 bathrooms— the 3.5 here made all the different. Kitchen well stocked and washer/dryer were nice to have to towel rotation. The deck was wonderful. The only challenge was parking, especially when arriving on a Saturday. I recommend relaxing on the small deck facing Wesley and scoping out the parking spots across the street — you can jump over and grab a spot when you see it open up. There is a handicapped spot right in front of the house. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home!

This rental is located at the far end of the Ocean City boardwalk (the quiet end). Our back porch overlooked the boardwalk and the ocean. Super clean property. In perfect working order. Perfect for families.
I had a wonderful experience from start to finish renting this property. Brad was readily available for questions from the start. The house was easy to locate and the key code door made it easily accessible when we arrived. The space was perfect. I loved the open kitchen and living room floor plan. The location on the boardwalk was quiet yet it was so nice to be able to just stroll into the shop area. The view of the beach was beautiful and the giant back porch was awesome. My family of five plus my parents were all very comfortable and we are all people who like our personal space. I highly recommend this property.

Great location
Five adults and 6 small children spent a fun week at 2241 Wesley. Everyone had their own bed in spacious rooms. The house has plenty of space for relaxation, conversation, eating, cooking and playing. The wide deck has the best view of the beginning of the boardwalk.

Great space
We had a great time at the house. The furniture was lovely and parking was easy with the garage spot. The open living room/kitchen seemed much larger than in the pictures. It's a perfect walk to the attractions on the boardwalk (about 1.25 miles). Also, a great three blocks to Uncle Bill's Pancake house and Nauti Donuts. We are novices with renting at the shore though and didn't realize this first floor would have more of a view of the dunes than the ocean (although still a thousand times better than a view of another house). It also means you are somewhat at the mercy of the upstairs folks -- so our first round was a pretty loud family and our second round was much better but we think smokers. Also, being at the end of the boardwalk meant that everyone takes their exercise breaks and turnarounds in front of the porch so good for people watching, bad for serenity/privacy. That section of the beach though was fabulous - it's also the off-road entrance for jeeps and trucks in the off-season, which made the sand on the way to the ocean nice and flat, very walkable. Brad was a great host and very responsive!

The set-up of two masters, a bunk room of two sets of bunks, and another room with twin beds, plus four bathrooms make it a good option for two families or a large single family event. Very airy and open with great light.

Great location at the end of the boardwalk!
This home is well situated at the end of the Ocean City boardwalk. The layout of the lower unit is nice, but the home could use some TLC. A fresh coat of paint, clean the closets of old musty bedding, lamps, and other clutter, carpet cleaning, get rid of unusable scratched Teflon pans, etc.... Dated and a little funky but can easily be improved. Our concerns were met immediately by the management and the deck was power washed and windows cleaned. Some funds were reimbursed as well. Not horrible but could be so much better with very little effort.

Thanksgiving week
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house. You can't beat the location! The beach and boardwalk are right off the front of this house! Plenty of seating for a crowd. So nice to look out and see the sunrise, beautiful! The kitchen is well stocked. My only suggestion is it could use some new teflon pans, as the ones that are there are very worn, possibly because there are no telfon "friendly" utensils to use in the pans. We had a great time spending our Thanksgiving holiday here and would highly recommend this place!

Such a lovely and spacious home right on the beach and boardwalk with plenty of parking that is hard to come by.
Beautiful views from a wide open house with the beach right out your front door.
Comfortable for 10 Guests to spread out and enjoy themselves with all up to date and airy furnishings.
The kitchen and dining room is very spacious and comfortable with a view right out onto the boardwalk.
Just as important is the huge wrap around deck facing the beach with plenty of seating to enjoy the cool ocean breezes.

I love this house!
So much room for everyone to spread out or hang together. The furnishings are nice and sturdy and made for lots of wear and tear and yet are still lovely and beachy! (not fussy)
Location- could it get any better? right on the beach and boardwalk, but far enough south to still be quiet at night. The only complaint (small one) was I was unable to find a DVD player for the kids movies. Turned out not to be a problem since there was plenty to choose from on the cable stations. I just love love love this place!

This is a little very, roomy house in a great location. It was perfect for a three generation family vacation. It is close to the beach and wonderfully convenient for boardwalk access for walking, running and bicycling, but close enough for s nice to walk to the commercial section.
Nice little enclosed front yard for safe play for the children. Plenty of comfortable seating in the living area with a good kitchen and dining area suitable for family dinners. We hope to return next year!

Perfect Location
Our group of 6 adults and 6 kids celebrated New Year's Eve here. The space was exactly what we needed. The open design of the kitchen, dining room and living room allowed us more than enough seating and the entire group was able to hang out together even when dinner was being prepared. Bedrooms were all good sized and located in the back of the home. We were about a mile down the boardwalk from the arcade. Really good location - on the boardwalk, but away from the heaviest traffic. The owner was fantastic to work with - responsive and accommodating. We're very glad we booked here.

Oceanfront, Sunshine Rich!
I use VRBO often -- I routinely book my family’s vacations that way. Unarguably, this unit is the BEST beach property I’ve ever rented through VRBO. The location simply cannot be beat -- it’s oceanfront at the very end, the quiet end, of the boardwalk in Ocean City. There are giant windows and sliding glass doors everywhere so we were drenched in natural light with front row seats to the beach. Glorious! I traveled for a girls weekend with a group of old friends so we appreciated the large dining table to eat and gather round to play games. The sectional couch also provides another ideal gathering spot for laughing and catching up. There’s so much space! We were down in the winter and LOVED the gas fireplace. The unit has four bedrooms and ALL were generously spacious. I can see this house working great for a family but also for two families traveling together as there are two masters (rooms with king beds and their own private bathrooms). Brad, the owner, simply could not have been more helpful, more polite, or more accommodating. I cannot wait to rebook this place! So, so good.

Lovely home, great location
This home was exactly what we had hoped it would be. Always hard to tell from pictures and descriptions. But this one was true to its representation. For a party of six, 4 bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths made for a roomy stay. Located right on the boardwalk and the beach made it very convenient for all of our activities. Being from the west coast we were not used to bedding and bath rentals so had to scramble at local stores on arrival. No rentals were available. The lease did mention it but we did not clarify. The property was very clean and well equipped. Normal wear and tear was noticed but did not affect our enjoyment. Only complaint was the garbage. Pick up is on Tuesday and Friday. When we arrived on Saturday all cans were full and smelly. One with maggots in it. Previous occupants most likely had not taken the garbage out as requested by the owner. All in all we had a wonderful week and totally enjoyed the house. We would highly recommend this rental.
