Waterfront Getaway With Beautiful Views Of Sengekontacket Pond
Esta cabaña de 3 dormitorios con aire acondicionado se encuentra directamente en Sengekontacket Pond en la ciudad de Edgartown. This house has a great view over the pond. Wonderful sunrises. The layout of the house works well. House was generally clean but not perfect. The house is next to a public beach access which is slightly noisey. AC worked well and was quiet.

This is our second time renting this property and we are already looking for when we can return. Beautiful setting on the water, close bike ride to everything on MV, kayaks and paddleboards and beach gear provided, very comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, great communication with owner. We had a wonderful time at this cottage. The views over the pond were amazing. It is well located just outside Edgartown, with easy access to hiking - right down the road - and bike paths. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, which we really appreciated. Didn't need to run out and buy anything for that. The kayaking was awesome - you can launch the kayaks right from your backyard. I don't have one negative thing to say about this rental. Owner super responsive to all my questions. Would love to return at some point!

I love this home so much! The setting is gorgeous and the house is impeccably clean, comfortable and well-stocked. The hosts are extremely responsive. My sister-in-law and I have rented this property several times and are already looking forward to our next visit. Close enough to downtown but located in a quiet part of town that allows you to really feel like you are getting away from it all.

This place is truly magical! Breathtaking views of the sunrise and an explosion of colors at sunset. The home is well-appointed, fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable bedrooms and living spaces. Dave was the consummate host — supremely responsive and helpful.
If you enjoy, biking or walking — trails are close… of course, the kayaks were a treat….

Perfection
We’ve been renting on MV for more than a decade & unanimously all agreed, this is the best house we’ve stayed in. David has done an outstanding job on this beautiful home: kitchen gear, crisp clean white sheets & towels, AC, new living room furniture- & more water toys than beds! We were on the kayaks & paddleboards *every day* we stayed, including 6am the day we left. It’s no wonder this property books up way in advance. Loved it, all of it! David was great!

Wonderful in every way...
As others have mentioned, this updated and modern home is beautiful - right on the water at Senge Pond - and the proximity to both Edgartown and Oak Bluffs can't be beat. There's a Stop & Shop within minutes and the house is very close to the bike trail. However, I'd also like to add a few other details that impressed us which might be important to other renters, too, such as... the home was super clean and the least buggy of any home we've rented, the water pressure was fantastic (even when doing laundry), the A/C units in every room worked really well and it was nice and cool during some fairly hot days, the beds and pillows were very comfy as well as the ample living room furniture for our family of five (which our teens loved), even the deck lounge chairs were amazing! And if you don't want to eat out all the time, there is every cooking apparatus you would need - including a crock pot! We loved this home, and wouldn't hesitate to return. Lastly, as a property manager, Dave was amazing and replied to all of our numerous questions in an extremely timely fashion. The best manager we've dealt with, hands down. This place is a gem!

Great house in a great location
When we come back to Martha’s Vineyard we won’t stay anywhere else. The house is the nice size for a family and the location is perfect. House is fully stocked with amenities, sits on a quiet street with direct access to a pond, and downtown Edgartown is only a bike ride away. Kayaks and paddle boards were an added bonus and got used almost everyday. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. Thanks Dave!

What a gem we (my son, granddaughter, and I) found at Martha's Vineyard when we arrived at Dave's home. At water's edge, this home is spectacular in every way... location absolutely perfect, exquisite decor, and everything imaginably needed is furnished. This, our first trip to The Vineyard, will surely bring us back - hopefully to this most wonderful, very well maintained, and perfectly appointed, charming home reflecting the character of this island. Breathtaking views
This wonderful house sits right on the water of Sengekontacket Pond. You wake to beautiful views visible from the main bedroom and enjoy them all through the day, rain or shine. Breathtaking. The house is beautifully appointed and has everything you need, and the owner was super responsive, dialoguing with me immediately when the power company messed some things up and staying on the issue until it was resolved. Super friendly and supportive. A quick drive into Edgartown center also gives you easy access to groceries and restaurants. Perfect!

In this charming white-washed cottage, our family of three were able to enjoy quiet moments observing natural bird life and sunrises. The view embraces the visitor rather than the other way around.
