The cottage was very clean and nice sized. Some of the cottages are so close that it doesn't appear to have any real private space but this cottage is at the end of the property and sits against the woods so the private space was nice.
Location is great, close to everything. My wife and I even walked to the bike rental shop right across the street from the development and rented bikes and rode all over Wells and Moody's beaches.

What a week! I almost don’t want to leave this review because I want this place to be available for me when I want to come back!! My family of 3 stayed in this cottage for a week and I knew immediately upon walking in, it was better than we expected. All of the reviews about it being immaculate were no exaggeration! (I want their cleaning team!) It was so spotless and we were comfortable right away. The windows in the screen room were so clean it looked like it didn’t even have glass in the them! The description is spot on. The kitchen is so well stocked. They thought of everything. Right down to a Britta filter in the fridge for the coffee maker (nice touch!).
We have a small family of 3 and it was great for us. We let our daughter have the slightly larger room and she was so happy with it. It’s light and airy with a very thick mattress topper on the bed. She was comfy.
The sun porch was my favorite! It has a little tv with streaming services and comfy couch which was nice for morning coffee and reading.
If I HAD to choose one negative, and it’s VERY minor, for me, it was the location of the cottage itself inside Beach Dreams. It is tucked way back as far as you can go so getting in and out at 10 miles an hour takes a good 5-7 mins each time you come and go. The pool is located closer to the entrance so walking wasn’t too convenient but we had electric scooters so it was fun for us.
The location of Beach Dreams is very central. We went to Ogunquit, Wells Beach, York and Kennebunkport very easily! This is a hidden gem for sure and we are so glad we found it.
Christie is so responsive and obviously loves this cottage because it is so well cared for and nicely decorated. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Beach Dreams Cottage Review
Cottage U183 was very clean and comfortable; the beach decor was fantastic. The air conditioner and ceiling fans worked very well during such a hot week. The leather reclining chairs were awesome. The kitchen appliances were clean and easy to use. The environment was quiet and restful. The pool was clean and refreshing. We highly recommend a stay at this cottage.

lovely cottage village, great community pool, attentive owner!
A lovely cottage and definitely lives up to the description. Very clean, comfortable living room furnishings, well stocked kitchen, very nice enclosed porch that gave extra light, views of the trees, and importantly, extra "living" space. Neighbors we met were very friendly. Landscaping was beautiful and made coming back to the cottage feel very special and welcoming. Owner, Christie, was very attentive and engaging throughout the process. We had one bump in the road related to the bed, but she was actively and kindly troubleshooting with us and it all turned out well. Couldn't have asked for more! The pool was our biggest draw to the cottage village and we were not disappointed--really fantastic for the kids and we walked or biked there every day. Not at all crowded! Sometimes we even had the pool to ourselves...but usually there was one or two other families with kids, which was great for our kids to play with. (Note: no lifeguard, so parents must remain particularly aware). Overall, it was a memorable trip and I'm so glad we found this cottage! I'm sure you will enjoy it too! One tip: I'm sure most people are not planning to play basketball while you are there, but if you are, please note that while there is a nice inground hoop near the pool, the paved area around it is very limited--it it practical for close-range shooting at best.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this immaculate cottage. We relaxed in the 2 leather recliners & rested comfortably in the 2 queen size beds. The gated community, Beach Dreams is clean, quiet & safe. The cottage owners, Kevin & Christie are are very friendly & accommodating. Thank you for making our stay pleasurable!

Wonderful Beach Dream Vacation
Our first time vacationing in Maine was wonderful. The cottage was immaculate, updated, nicely decorated, and exactly as described. We had a lovely stay in this very well kept cottage. The decor and accommodations were very nice. The beds were very comfortable and my husband and I really enjoyed the recliners. The outdoor seating area was very nice as well very comfortable and cool even on hot days. Upon check in we had issues with the A/C but the owners were quick to remedy the situation. Best location and so clean
My partner and I were blown away by the cleanliness of this cottage. I am a neat freak and you can tell the owners take such good care of their home. The two lazy boy recliners were so nice to have at the end of the day. We enjoyed many cool nights relaxing in the huge hot tub that was a short walk away. The sun porch was our favorite and although we had take out fro such good restaurants, we always ate on the sun porch or outside on their patio overlooking the woods. The fact that the owners will not rent to smokers was rare and something we loved. Clean air, spotless cottage will make us return. We already booked for next year.

Wonderful week in Wells!
This was our first, and much anticipated, trip to Maine. The cottage is really cute, clean and comfortable. And the owner was very easy and accommodating to work with. Our family of 4 found our stay there to be really enjoyable. It had all the amenities we needed and we loved eating in the sunroom everyday. The cottage is also centrally located between Kennebunkport and Ogunquit. There is so much to do and see in Maine and we cannot wait to go back and would not hesitate to stay here again. Our family had a wonderful stay here at this immaculate cottage in Wells. The house was just like the pictures show...extremely clean, comfortable, welcoming and relaxing. We enjoyed a few nights cooking out on the grill and dining on the patio in the yard. We spent a lot of time at the huge pool with our two granddaughters. The kiddie pool was perfect and the large heated pool even better. Jacuzzi was nice during the cooler nights.The clubhouse allowed me to exercise every morning and the kids loved the large arcade floor with couches and tv for the kids. Backyard is private and we played many games, bag toss, frisbee, catch. The BEST is the cottage does not allow smokers. It is very difficult to find renters with this strict policy and for us this was like magic.We would highly recommend this house for any family or couple to stay for vacation. Thanks again, Christie for everything!

The vacation was excellent. The cottage was perfect.
It was the perfect size for a family of 4.
So clean and neat. Love the decor.

The kitchen was so well stocked.
With the fans and the evening breezes we didn't need the AC at all.
The complex is great. Loved how safe and clean it was. The kids could ride their bikes to the pool and we didn't need to worry about traffic.

My family and I stayed her for a week in July 2015. The cottage was great! It had 2 Queen size beds which is rare in Beach Dreams and it was very nicely decorated and clean. Everything you could need was provided. This was my in-laws first year staying at Beach Dreams and they absolutely loved it. I am hoping we can book another week next summer here!

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO STAY.
This place was incredible! It was tastefully decorated and we found ourselves staying in and cooking and eating in the screened-in porch or on the patio a few times because we were so comfortable. I also enjoyed waking up in the morning to walk the property, about 1 mile each way then to the gym, finished off with a nice warm jacuzzi then a swim in the heated pool. This property is centrally located and has quick access to the highway so it was easy to navigate around bordering towns. It was very clean, and beautifully decorated . One of the few cottages with an actual yard. The pool and HUGE hot tub on the property were also very clean.. Within a 20 minute drive, my family enjoyed a Kennebunkport lobster tour, zip lining in Kittery, fishing and kayaking in Wells, and excellent food in Ogunquit. Thank you for opening your cottage to our family! Now that we have been spoiled, the standard of our rentals will be tough to satisfy in the future. We HIGHLY recommend this well maintained cottage with lush landscaping

Very nice cottage!! We enjoyed the fact that the cottage is in the back where it's quiet and just a short walk to one of the pools. The cottage is cute and comfortable. It's also right in the middle of shopping, beaches and a short drive to other shopping towns. The restaurants in the area are all very good!! Thank you for sharing your cottage and prime location.

Stop Looking is exactly correct.
This is one of our favorite places. My husband and I have loads of work responsibilities and this is the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy the wonderful scenery! The community is awesome and so are the owners- very eager to help and wonderful to deal with! The house is very nice, clean and has a wonderful view of the secluded forest in the back yard. We have stayed at so many other homes over the years and this by far was absolutely exactly as pictured and described. The beds were the most comfortable ever. I actually wrote down the maker and will be ordering the same mattress. Main pool was nice and warm but we just loved the smaller pool area which is about 4 cottages away. Much more private. The owners have thought of everything to put in the cottage even a mixer and measuring cups if someone wanted to bake!!!! We used the trolly many times. Plenty to do or just relax. My husband and I like to kayak and we rented them about 1/2 mile away.! We love it there! We have already given our deposit for next year.

Yearly Maine Vacation
We spent a week in Maine as we do every year and we have stayed at Beach Dreams once before but not this cottage. This cottage was exactly as the pictures showed, very clean and nicely decorated. This was one of the more private cottages as it backs up to the woods. The beds were VERY comfortabe but I would recommend bringing a comfortable blanket, the blanket on both beds was a little stiff. Waking up in the morning and having my coffee on the screened in porch was definitely a plus. My husband and son really enjoyed swimming in the pool and playing the games in the clubhouse and since we we were there the last week in August it was quiet which was nice. There was plenty to do from swimming and crabbing to miniature golf and a number of beaches to choose from. The restaurants were very good. Mike's Clam Shack was great for seafood but be prepared to wait as it gets very busy.
I would definitely recommend this cottage to others (in fact I already have), it is exactly as shown in the pictures. Great vacation.

We loved our stay!!! Everything was perfect!! We were 4 adults and a baby and the cottage eas very confortable for all of us! We especially loved the screen porch!! Perfect location, safe for kids and soooooooooo clean! At the center of a lot of beautiful Maine cities. sweet beachy community
We had a great time at Beach Dreams. Our cottage was super clean and neat. The owners are very committed to providing a wonderful vacation experience for their guests. The community is very friendly with great amenities-pool, hot tub, gym and game room. We brought our bicycles and made the short bike to the beautiful Moody/Ogunquit Beach with ease. Great breakfast and lunch at the end of the community driveway. This cottage is located within a short drive of everything in the Maine beach region. Great shopping, fantastic restaurants and tons of family fun.

kitchen was a little under equipped. we did no cooking where as we usually do a breakfast or two and maybe a dinner. cottage was very pretty but a tad small. nice closed in porch. air condition worked well when we had to use it, only had to leave bedroom doors open when we did. and internet, while i had to go to center, did work pretty decent after i talked to you. so, all in all, enjoyed the cottage. did see a flock of wild turkeys behind the cottage one morning. oh, probably need a new shower curtain. looks like getting a little dingy on bottom.

We are very picky about where we stay. Let me begin...First the beds which are brand new mattresses were high quality and very comfortable. Pillows were ok. All linens as advertised were clean and high quality and so soft. Decorating was just adorable. Kitchen had every single thing you could think of. We did not cook in at all, it is vacation but did use the expensive Cuisinart coffee maker every day. Living room furniture very high end. TV was a large screen and reception was clear and crisp. Both bedrooms were big enough with out seeming crowded. Sunporch with the glass and screens is where we sat to have our morning coffee with our donuts from the famous Congdons Donuts. Bathroom was spotless and there is quiet a lot of storage for your towels, toiletries. Landscaping outside is just gorgeous. Many of the cottages have nothing and these owners went above and beyond. They told me that Kevin the owner did this himself. WOW!!! Yard and privacy is what attracted us to this cottage. There is no road in front of the cottage so NO TRAFFIC. Wooded lot so lots of shade in the much needed summer months. The green binder that the owners left for the rental guests were such a help. We loved the idea of not taking our car but instead walking about 1/2 mile to the gate area and hopping on a trolly at night. This took us into Ogunquit for dining and sight seeing . We just loved every single thing about this particular cottage.
