This property was amazing, the pictures don't do it justice. This was my first time to Boji and our first trip as a blended family. Randall was wonderful with communicating and gave me tons of info on places to try out! We absolutely loved our stay and hope to make it back next year!

We enjoyed everything about our time here! The location is beautiful. The property is clean, well stocked, well maintained, and a comfortable place to stay. We especially enjoyed the windows and great view. The owner was very helpful and hospitable, promptly answering questions about the area and providing everything we could possibly need. We hope to stay here again!

We booked quite last minute due to change of Florida plans (Hurricane Ivan). My husband and I travel with my mom who has mobility issues. We need very specific requirements in a property. Randy was most awesome to work with. He answered all of our questions and was so understanding of our situation. First, the property is accurately described...although even better in person! If you are traveling as a group, please know the primary bedroom is on one side of the condo, separate from the other 2 bedrooms (1 king & the bunkbed room). This was great for us to have privacy. The washer dryer is on the side with the 2 bedrooms, with a bathroom in the hallway (tub/shower combo). The shower in the master bedroom does have a pretty decent step in. We were just very cautious with mom and her mobility issues. My mom can sometimes play her TV a little loud, we did not hear the TV from the other side of the condo. The living room has the most gorgeous lake view! Even working in the kitchen at the sink you have the view. Sunsets were amazing. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. We were there in off season so you need to watch the hours and days on restaurants - Facebook was good for tracking that. Randy does an incredible job with communication ahead of the stay with instructions on the condo, access, amenities, and local recommendations. Everything is labeled in the condo there is nothing left to wonder about. He has truly made everything so easy to reference. Even how to use your own devices with HDMI - we have used a few VRBO properties and Randy handles all the details! Kitchen is extremely well appointed, we did not lack anything in our 11 days! Meals - Try Boji Prime for views and a wonderful food - yes...even the creamed spinach is spectacular.. Bar type food abounds in the area. Activities: We found a local fishing guide to give us a boat tour, that was well worth the views and the stories! We bowled in Spirit Lake - small local bowling center, quite nice. Massage - we headed into Spencer Iowa and hit Design Masters, great place and shop for all things bath and body like. Beds - I don't sleep well also have a bad back. Um, I slept through the nights, no back issues no pain - Great bed!! Check in and Check out were a breeze. No daunting tasks to perform! Thanks to Randy, all his preparation work, and a beautiful condo, out trip was wonderful (even though not warm) - not Randy's fault :-)

Tremendous property with a tremendous view. Condo is wonderfully stocked and owner's clearly take pride in hosting visitors. High recommend to others.

VRBO made renting easy and property owner was quick to respond to questions. Great view of lake and extremely comfortable accommodations. We are likely to return.

Stay and place were great.

Loved the condo. Perfect for our family. Very clean and Randy was a fabulous host. We will stay again for sure!

The host was great. All instructions were provided ahead of time and he checked in with us during our stay to make sure we were settling in okay. The place itself was the best one at Bridges Bay! The ground floor was clutch as it allowed easy access in and out, plenty of room for the kids to run in the grass, and the best view of the lake of any of the condos. Easy little walk to the playground area and water park. We rented a boat one day and was able to pull it up the The Waterfront/Bracco’s restaurant on the property and use the loft to get coolers and kids down to the dock without using the stairs. Ideal place for families and clean. Definitely recommend!

Very easy to ook and approve

This condo was everything we needed and more! Gorgeous view out the big windows - we enjoyed watching the ice fishers! The place was very clean, had everything we needed, great to have 2 rooms with king beds, comfortable chairs, BIG TV, really nice master shower! Our only issue was not with the condo, but we were hoping to take advantage of the resort's waterpark, but it was incredibly packed, to the point that it had to be over fire code (let alone health/safety during a pandemic), and was very, very dirty, no chairs open, no towels available, etc. And in the short attempt at enjoying it, the fire alarm went off and we all had to evacuate. So that was disappointing. We also had a not great experience with the Waterfront restaurant take out, but that was on us for not double checking with allergy issues. We just went back to enjoying the condo and were happy there! We did, however, go to the Nature Center twice the kids loved it so much - highly recommend it!

Randy couldn’t have been easier to work with! The place was spotless, and the kids had a ball watching the fisherman driving their ice houses across the lake! Totally worth it, we’ll be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was supplied with everything we could need and more. The view was amazing. The decor was exceptional. The beds were very comfortable. The gas fire pit was a nice extra. The resort on site restaurant was very good. We would definitely consider coming again.

It was a beautiful condo that was stocked with everything we would need. We hit some rainy weather while in Boji so we appreciated the space in the condo to lounge around. Our host, Randy was amazing. He checked in with us to make sure we had what was needed and we had updated schedules of events in the area along with menus of the local restaurants. I could not have asked for a more accommodating host! We highly recommend this condo and host!!!

Hands down best view of Lake Okoboji. Randy does a great job making you feel welcomed and the condo is first class.

Great property that has it all. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. Stayed the week before memorial day and was so relaxing. The large deck is awesome as is the green space surrounding it. The condo has room for everyone and is very comfortable. Owners have made it very welcoming and thought of everything. We definitely plan to return!!

Problem free and beautiful.

It was a great relaxing stay. It was home away home for us. Very easy to get in and out. I was quiet, clean, safe neighborhood. We had fun.
