The house was clean and exactly as depicted in the listing. Communication and check in were a breeze. I have no complaints about anything. This was my 5th time staying in Naples park and I absolutely love the area. This home ranks towards the top.

We had a wonderful stay in Naples, the home was beautiful and everything worked wonderfully including the pool, whirlpool and appliances. The home is close to everything and the beach is super close, my morning runs were beautiful and safe. The location is bikable, walkable and safe. Close to shopping, malls, things to do. The pool and home is lovely, clean and well kept. There are bikes to use for older teenagers/adults. We brought our own bikes. You will need pool/beach towels, a sun tent and beach chairs for this property. What is there is broken or unusable. The king bed is super uncomfortable and the pull-out couch needs replacement, but the beds in the other rooms are not bad. The property does have thin beach towels, but bring your own if you want nice ones. the property only provide like 1 trash bag and roll or toilet paper per bathroom and no shampoos, conditioners or soap. You will probably end up at walmart, which is a 1 min car ride away. What the property is lacking is made up for with location and a lovely home.

The house and the area are beautiful. It was very clean and we spent a lot of time in the pool. We don't regret a cent we paid for the house.
April is also a wonderful person to contact. always answers quickly and is really nice.

Lovely house and pool. Well equipped, comfortable and extremely clean. Great location, only 15-20 mins walk to the beach. Short drive to shops and restaurants. Would definitely book again.

This property is excellent - the layout is great for families, it's always very clean when we arrive and the location (proximity to Vanderbilt Beach, restaurants and just the ability to get around Naples) is ideal. The pool and hot tub are very well maintained and booking with April is always an enjoyable experience. The neighborhood is also very nice which is a plus. This is a 5 start rental experience – we look forward to returning ever year!

Our family had a wonderful experience staying at this property for 3 weeks. April and Looey were extremely accommodating to our needs. They even took the time to purchase a high chair for our grandson after I asked if the house had one. The house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the washer/dryer were full sized. We absolutely loved the fact that the pool has a gate. It gave us such peace of mind with an active toddler running around! I would suggest that if you want music to bring a small speaker but that’s a minor detail. We were able to walk(about a mile) to the beach everyday through a shaded park. Grocery stores and several restaurants are within walking distance too. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you April for your quick responses to our questions. It was a pleasure.

We had a wonderful stay at the home. There were two families with 4 people in each family. 4 adults and 4 daughters between the ages of 18-20 stayed at the home. Two people stayed in each bedroom and the last 2 used a provided blowup mattress in the den. The den is not separated from the rest of the living areas with a door, but it worked! Reasonably priced home to sleep 8 with all the amenities and great location!
Very clean home and the essentials were provided. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located to everything. The heated pool and hot tub made the trip so relaxing. Vanderbilt Beach is a quick trip down the road.
Highly recommend this VRBO. Communication was quick and clear with the manager.

This property was a great get away for our family. We enjoyed the warm pool and hot spa every day. As others have mentioned some of the kitchen utensils and cookware need to be replaced. We enjoy biking and brought 6 bikes and a bike trailer that needed to be stored in the garage. We were able to communicate with the property manager and received permission to rearrange the furniture that is being stored in the garage to allow room for our bikes. Overall the home is very spacious and well laid out.

Stayed here for a week with our 2 kids ages 2 1/2 and 5. Home was clean and booking/checkout process was easy. We really enjoyed the private pool area and hot tub. Shallow end was right level for our 5 year old to be able to touch, both kids enjoyed the waterfalls. We used the pool towels our whole stay, plenty to use for beach and pool days. We walked to the beach one day (20ish min with 2 small kids walking). Other days we drove, Conner park lot for bluebill beach has meters but they were out of order so parking was free. We would get dropped off at beach and my husband would walk across the bridge (5min) to meet us. Kids also used the beach toys all week that the home provided. Beach chairs could be replaced but still used, convenient that they were provided for us. Home is very close to stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

We came with 3 little kiddos and I was nervous about the pool, but was pleasantly surprised with the little gate by the pool for safety. The pool and spa were fantastic and made us want to stay home the whole time. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. April was a pleasure to communicate with and went out of her way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Perfect distance to Delnor Wiggins Beach, which is an absolute must! We are already talking about our next trip to this house!

We could not have been happier with April and Looey's home in Naples Park! Check in was a breeze and we were able to access the home easily. Communication with them was simple as well and April checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We spent most of our week long trip swimming in their beautiful swimming pool with attached hot tub. We felt like we were in our own little tropical oasis surrounded by all of the mature, lush landscaping. We did make our way to the beach one day and the house had all the necessities and more; chairs, blankets, umbrella, beach cart, shovels, pails and beach toys. It was a pleasant 25 min walk as the beach is only a mile from the house. There were also 2 bikes in the garage for our use and the beach is less than 5 minutes away via bicycle. We made so many amazing memories on our trip! We can't wait to stay again next year! Thank you for your hospitality April and Looey!

This property was perfect for our family of 4. The pool was amazing- the water was crystal clear and the landscaping gives you lots of privacy. The pool maintenance guy was there keeping on top of everything. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable and spotless. The location was great as well. Close to the beach and stores/restaurants. I’m so glad we were able to stay here , we had the best vacation. We would definitely rent here again !

We had a very nice stay. The house is fine but it is a little worn in spots and can use some updates. Everything is there that you need, but things like the pots and pans could be updated. The garage is of no use, as it is completely filled with the owners stuff. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is great to enjoy the beaches and Naples. The pool area is small but the pool was very enjoyable and well heated. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

This Naples house was perfect for our family of five. There was so much room to spread out The house was super clean. We really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The location was perfect …in a very nice and safe community and only a short walk to the beach and a short drive to shopping and restaurants. We highly recommend this place for your family getaway.

This house was really nice and super clean. The pool and hot tub were the best! Close to all kinds of shopping. My only constructive criticism is that the pillows were flat and the non-stick skillets were too worn-out to really use. Overall it was truly lovely!

We stayed here for two weeks, with a 1 year old and 4 adults. Location is great close to everything especially the beach, even that we got hit by hurricane Ian we got to spent 1 day at the beach, which was walking distance and a very nice beach for our family.
The pool was clean and fun! , when not beeing able to access the beach. The pool became our hangout spot.
The house has everything that you need, great kitchen with all the appliences that you would need for your vacation, house is very spacious and a perfect place to hang out with your family.
It was very easy to get a hold of April and she is extremly helpful !
We will come back as soon as we can!

Family Vacation
We really enjoyed our stay in this Naples rental home. We split our time between the beach and swimming in the spacious pool. Even though it was hot, we still also spent time in the hot tub at night. The house is centrally located and close to beaches, shopping, and lots of restaurants.

Best hot tub I have ever been in, it is powerful, and the pool is AMAZING. A property that actually heats the pool. Pool area is screened in, and very nice.
All communications with property manager were pleasant.
We loved this place so much, we left a beach boogie baord for future guests.

Vanderbilt beach is just minutes away and we loved how quickly we could get there and back. April was very responsive and helped make our stay as carefree as possible.

April was a fantastic host!! We absolutely enjoyed this beautiful home. There were days we opted to stay at the house instead of our venturing. The location is ideal minutes from beach, shopping, restaurants. I cannot think of anything we didn’t like!! We will be back
