The Brassrail home is a wonderful oasis close to many different locations around south Florida, from the Everglades to Little Havana to Pompano and South Beaches. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance, and the pool and gardens in the backyard make for a really nice place to unwind. This is a terrific home to experience.

Jimmy, the property manager, made check in super easy. He even got us in early. The owners, Mark and Tommy, are very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was clean and comfortable. The pool was great. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Wilton Dr with great shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful time at the Brassrail Villa. The house, while only a few hundred yards from several restaurants and stores, is very quiet. The house is very nicely decorated and functional. The pool area is the gem of the property, a lovely private oasis. The TV room was also spacious and well-equipped with sofas and chairs. An assortment of beach chairs, towels floats etc. were also available. We had all the room we needed for the five adults and one baby.
We were greeted by Jim, the property manager, who toured the house with us and provided us with some very helpful information about the local area, including the best local restaurants. Jim responded immediately to any questions we had.
The neighborhood felt very safe and neighbors were very friendly. We met quite a few who were out walking their dogs.
All in all a lovely property and we had a very enjoyable stay.

The property was even better than the photos. There's so much space to spread out into, we spent our evenings socializing in a different room every night. But the real star of everything was the pool - warm and large and well maintained, we spent half of our vacation in it. Check-in and maintenance were all great, and the host made everything easy and friendly. Would and will stay here again!

Brassrail Villa is wonderful. Lots of space for the 4 adults we had at the house to spread out. The home is in a great neighborhood, is just as described in the photos and description provided. The house was clean and the pool is private. Jimmy the property manager was helpful and always available for any questions, problems or concerns that arose. Great location within walking distance to Wilton Drive and centrally located. I would highly recommend Brassrail Villa to anyone looking to stay in Wilton Manors!

We visited the house as a family of six, having a lovely stay in the house where everyone had a quiet place if they wanted to and a very homely feel to the house. The pool area was great, we enjoyed it very much!
The neighbourhood was predominantly gay, and it felt very safe. Restaurants and ice cream shop was at a walking distance.
The house it self was very clean and had everything we needed. We would happily stay here again! ❤️

The property was as advertised and well depicted in the photos. Nice quiet neighborhood w/everything we needed to enjoy the stay. Property manager Jim was accessible and timely.
Centrally located to restaurants, shopping, and within a few minutes (15-25) drive to many beaches (Pompano & Las Olas) depending on time of day. A few more beaches with a bit longer drive (Hollywood & Miami Beach). Tulio's, Burger & Beer, Ethos, and NY Grilled Cheese were all within walking distance.
Pool was just the right size for our party of seven w/4 adults & 3 older teens. Washer & Dryer were very handy. Had plenty of pool floats and beach gear to use.
Take the water taxi one evening, stop #2, Las Olas/FTL Riverwalk, Guy Harvey, Tommy Bahama, & Salt Life stores, have Mexican @ El Camino's

What a great place! The backyard is like a resort! Nice clean safe neighborhood. Close to everything. They have beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers to use at the beaches. Pool toys and mats for the pool. The house couldn’t be nicer or cleaner. Jim the property manager is super nice and a phone call away. We will be back when we go back to Florida!

We had a fabulous vacation and Wilton Manors was centrally located near Las Olas and there were lots of great restaurants at the Wilton center area which is walking distance from the house. The house was in a very quiet neighborhood and perfect for a family. The pool area was fabulous with lots of outdoor seating. The property manager was amazing and checked in with us regularly. The home is exactly as beautiful as in the listing pics and description, in fact even more spacious than we expected. There was enough space for 4 adults to have our own quiet time yet also hang out together at the pool, relaxing together in the sunroom, playing games at the dining table, or watching the tele in the media room. But mainly we loved the so so close proximity to Wilton Drives amazing restaurants, trendy shops, entertainment, and groceries, etc. Walking distance to everything. And 15-20 to/from airport.
The owners were timely from the start in their communication, very reasonable, and were clear they wanted us to have the best stay. The property manager was responsible, professional, and kind throughout our stay. Always a text or call away, very knowledgeable about the property and the neighborhood, willingly explained and handled everything. We’ve rented in WM and elsewhere for many many years. This property, location, and the owners and manager were all top shelf. Thank you so much. We will be back. Happy New Year!!

Stayed here with 6 adults and a 11 year old. Wonderful home all around. Very clean and very nicely decorated. Back yard with pool is awesome, very very private. Everything we needed was there. Even when the coffee maker wasn’t working, Jim the property manager had one to us immediately. The neighborhood is just great, very quiet but a short walk, less then 6 minutes, is a great area with lots of restaurants and bars for your enjoyment. I definitely recommend this place and I would stay here again and again. Owners are awesome too, great communication

We had 5 adult friends & 1 teenager in our group. We enjoyed the broad layout of the house, it was more than enough for all of us without feeling at all cramped, we all had our own space. Though we weren't home much during the day we utilized the pool for night swimming nearly every night & would spend our mornings in the glass encased "Florida Room" doing our devotions & watching the Iguana's & Anoles play in the trees. The pool is surrounded by some beautiful palms that made you feel like you were swimming in the jungle. The neighborhood was pretty quiet with a lot of foot traffic & dog walkers, and with Wilton Manors being a predominately gay neighborhood our girls in our group felt super safe the span of the trip as well. The property manager Jim & his assistant Riki were awesome getting us checked in & checked up on us halfway through our 2 week stay. The Ft Lauderdale area is a hoot as far as things to do. We dove with Sharks, hit the keys, rode airboats in the everglades and so much more being so central between the West Palm area & the Miami areas is really ideal. The master bedroom has its own slider which opens out to the pool/patio which was super nice. Definitely will consider booking our next trip here again. I'm a frequent traveler & for the price it really just cant be beat, with so much room, the pool & the neighborhood, its really a phenomenal property.

The house was perfect. Really matched up to the description as published. My only critique would be that the sitting area near the pool was not clean. I realize that with all the trees etc things do fall. But on the day we arrived the patio table and chairs were very dirty.

We had an amazing stay at Brassrail Villa! Mark & Tommy had great communication with us prior to our stay. Jimmy the property manager checked in with us the day of our arrival, and was even able to check us in early. He also shared tips on local restaurants. Our favorite part was the pool…so secluded and nice and warm. The grill came in handy for us as well. Highly recommend Brassrail Villa!!

Mark and Tommy’s place checked all the boxes for us. Wonderful heated pool that we thoroughly enjoyed, quick drive from the airport and to the beach, and within walking distance to great nightlife! They have everything your family could possibly need. My 3 y.o granddaughter loved the floaties and noodles in the pool. Don’t hesitate to book this awesome spot!

Mark and Tommy's home is the perfect home for a get away for anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and well appointed stay. The kitchen was better equipped than my own, providing all the elements necessary for an amazing surf and turf Christmas Eve Dinner celebration. The outdoor grill was clean and worked great. The pool was the belle of the ball for our family - more popular than the beach! The property manager was responsive and informative. I would book this property again for myself or a group. The house is beautiful as is the neighborhood; just an overall lovely experience.

My family and I spend a week in Brassrail Villa. This home is spacious, clean and had everything that a family might need for a week in South Florida. The pool area was great. The location is very good, with walking distance to many restaurants and stores. The beach was 10-15 min drive. All in all, I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Ft. Lauderdale area.
