This rental was perfect for our family. My brothers and parents live all over the country so we get together every other year somewhere new. This rental had plenty of room for all 14 of us and, considering we were right on the lake, we practically spent every minute staying on the property and enjoying the water and scenery. Highly recommend this location to anyone!

The location near Finley Point can't be beat! We spent much time kayaking, paddle boarding, and surfing, and the water was never crowded. We especially appreciated how well appointed the kitchens were, plenty of utensils and cookware. My family would love to stay here again.

This place is amazing! Not only is the location perfect and the owners super responsive, they have (literally) every possible thing you could need! Honestly, all you need to bring is food and clothes. The lake temperature was perfect, the beds are comfy and the homes are beautiful!

The property was just what we needed to bring together 18 people from 5 families. We had plenty of space for sleeping, playing and dining. The beach area was perfect for kids to be jumping in and swimming. There were plenty of towels and even some sunscreen! We enjoyed picking some cherries and hanging out as a family. Brad got back to me right away each time I sent a message. We would go back in a heartbeat.

This rental has everything provided and more! We were fortunate to have amazing weather, and we spent a lot of time enjoying the lake. The property is close to golfing, boat rentals, Big Fork Playhouse, and shopping. We were able to spend quality time with our family and enjoy the beautiful views from the cabins. Several days we enjoyed watching a bald eagle fly over as we sat in the many comfy sitting areas by the lake. This is a wonderful rental!

We really enjoyed these two cabins. Plenty of space for our group. All three kitchens were very well stocked with all the needed items for cooking meals for 15-20 people. It was a quiet place, and the views each evening at sunset were spectacular. We especially enjoyed a few evenings of cooking s'mores over the fireplace down on the dock area.

We were all amazed at the spaciousness of this place. We all had room to spread out even with 15 adults and three youngsters. The older family stayed in the upper house and that was nice. The lake level was beautiful...really everything was thought of and I would love to stay again...

The property was gorgeous and met our family needs. We had 6 adults, 3 teenagers, and 1 small child in the lower cabin and 6 adults and 3 children and a small child in the upper cabin. The upper cabin doesn’t have a living room located on the main level but does have a great deck where we gathered in the evening. The cabins are much more updated than pictured and decorated beautifully. Our only major complaint was communication regarding the fires. The cabin is located on mile marker 8 and the fires reached mile marker 9. We were following the local fire fighters FB page to get the most up to date information. Initially Brad was very responsive to our inquires regarding our access and then a little less responsive as the uncertainty increased. Overall it was stressful as 21 people were getting on flights and we didn’t know if we would have anywhere to stay. But once we gained access and everyone was settled we had a fabulous week!

The hosts were excellent working with us but there was little they could do. Vrbo was terrible. When asked to seek other properties we could go to, we got no help. If it were my total choice, I would never rent a property through Vrbo again.

This property was absolutely perfect for our 4 generation family consisting of 25 people from infant to 87 yrs old!
The number of bathrooms in the lower house was challenging as was the descent to the dock for the older members of the group, but we all managed just fine and made wonderful memories.

This property exceeded expectations - the pictures don’t do it justice! The nearly ripe cherries was the cherry on top, literally. There was more than enough room to spread out between multiple families and with 3 kitchens, 3 living spaces, and 5 bathrooms we had more than enough space to do what everyone wanted. The 2 homes were decorated beautifully, with games and a few kids toys included to entertain the younger kids. We happened to stay during the heat wave, and there were fans for every bedroom and living space which helped out immensely.

I have been planning a family reunion for at least two years, since we haven’t gotten together in so long - as our family is all over the country (and covid). We found this property and it was the perfect location for us - my brother in law brought his boat from Idaho, and we had enough space to have the older generations in one house and my generation with all of our kids in the other. We had a fantastic time.
Here comes the “BUT”
We followed all instructions (mind you VRBO said check out was noon but there was a sign in the cabin that said 10…) including stripping beds, bringing all garage to the cans at the top of the driveway even though there were not enough cans for the trash, we cleaned all dishes, and we did more cleaning like sweeping and wiping things down.
After we left we got messages from the owner stating four beds were peed on, a light was broken, pillows were missing, and there was extra cleaning charges due to some spots of blood on the cement pad by the lake.
At one point my niece scraped her leg (the blood) and one night my nephew wet his bunk bed…however that was early on in the trip and we cleaned the mattress & pad and sheets…NOT FOUR BEDS.
The owner claimed there was a wet spot on one of the queen beds - which only had adults - and charged us for an entire new bed. Mind you the adults that slept there said there was a stain to begin with.
The owner claimed we took throw pillows - we told him we put the extras in the utility closet…and we were flying home so there is no way we could have taken them. He charged us for the pillows.
The owner claimed we broke an LED light - we did not…it was hanging down when we arrived.
Needless to say this very poor interaction after we left the property left a very sour taste in our mouths. Be aware that the contract states the owner can charge up to $1000 for incidentals after your stay. He certainly took advantage of that.
I have rented places all over the world, through VRBO and other rental companies, and never have I encountered this situation - I am still wrapping my head around the fact that this rental owner did this and I had to pay almost $700 extra. Going forward I am going to do a video walk through of any property I rent, before and at the end of our stay, stripping beds to confirm EXISTING stains on beds and noting when there are no waterproof covers on beds (it is a rental, that should be a non issue).

Beautiful property and location on the lake. We had fourteen in our group, so ten people sharing two baths in the lower unit was a little tight...especially since three of them were teen aged girls! There was lots to do in the area, so the location was perfect. Wish we could have been there in July when the cherries were ripe!

Fun location for multiple families, lots of room to spread out.

There were 19 of us and our family and friends had an amazing time. Brad was great at answering questions for us and helping us make our plans before, during and after. The homes are very well stocked with all kitchen supplies that you will ever need. I would suggest a breakdown on the bedroom configuration so you know what beds are in each location to better help you make decisions on who is sleeping where before you arrive. The dock was great for boats, paddle boards, floaties and jet skis too. Helpful to know there is a large rock out in front of the dock that you can use to anchor boats to as that helped us with 4 boats on most days tied to one another. Beautiful homes and very comfortable for everyone. We even enjoyed the cherry orchard every day! Delicious. Thank you for letting us use your home and we plan to be back!

If you are looking for a Flathead location for a larger group that will provide you with top notch accomodations, an excellect location and long fun summer days, this is the place. We had more than enough space for our group of 24. The kitchens are well stocked and equipped with appliances that all great cooks will appreciate. Even the two sets of washers and dryers look brand new...you'll have laundry done in no time at all...if you're in to that sort of thing. :) Plenty of towels on hand, comfortable beds and soft sheets. The pictures don't do justice to the huge waterfront area where we enjoyed swimming, boating, kayaking and sitting by the fire pit to enjoy amazing sunsets every night. Yes, there are stairs and a short dirt path leading to the cement patio area, but we were grateful for the extra steps to burn off some of those vacation calories we consumed. My parents (in their 70's) opted to watch over everyone and enjoy the sunsets from the lower cabin balcony rather than navigate the path to the water, but they loved the experience. A short distance to town and a great restaurant two minutes down the road made our trip even better. Can't say enough good things about this place. The owners were so easy to work with and available anytime we had a question. We all had an amazing time!
