We stayed in Villa 2204 for 7 nights and it was fantastic. The villa is located just off of the lobby on the main level of the property. This makes it convenient to get to the market, pool, etc. Stacy was a fantastic host and communicated very well from booking and throughout our stay. No complaints and if we return to Cabo we will probably book the same villa again!

We loved our stay at La Estancia! Stacy was a fantastic host and we had everything we needed at our villa. The property was amazing and the location couldn’t have been better. Stacy provided connections as well so we could take advantage of all Cabo had to offer. I highly recommend this property.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and this condo. Stacy provided all the info we needed up front to make our trip memorable and relaxing.
The condo was perfect, great decor and loved the location by the front of the property for easy coming and going. We used Omar for a boat trip and fishing. He was great and we used Milton for pickup and drop-off from the airport. Milton had our fav beer for us in the SUV which was a nice surprise. Also, we were greeted with fresh guacamole upon arrival in our condo which was a great start for two famished teenage boys we had with us.
Overall, we would highly recommend and look forward to another stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Cabo. The location of the hotel and condo were perfect. Easy walk to Medano Beach and the wharf. The pool was nice & quiet, which we loved! We didn’t eat much on property but what were did eat (between the 3 properties) was decent. The condo had everything you’d ever need, and more. We were able to prepare a few meals with no problem. We’ll definitely be returning!

My husband, son and I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Villa! We had an amazing time! The villa could not of been any nicer. It is so well maintained and cared for! Stacy's villa was the perfect spot for our family of 6. It was spacious, comfortable and had every amenity we needed to have a wonderful vacation. Stacy left no detail unaddressed with her recommendations and information sheet. She was responsive and gracious. We would definitely stay again! This was our third stay at Villa La Estancia and first time at Stacy’s. VLE is perfect for families with kids as well as for couples or groups of friends. Perfect location for swimming and walking down the beach and even walking to town. Stacy’s condo was our favorite we’ve stayed in so far because of the convenience of being on the ground floor and near the lobby. The ceilings are high and the condo has everything you’d need. We can’t wait to go back!

The Villa was absolutely beautiful. So many amenities provided. The walk out to the pool & hot tubs was perfect. We had 5 guests, plenty of room for all of us. We used the grocery delivery for our arrival so our drinks were ready & cold. We did a private whale watching with Cabo Blue, they were great & we saw several whales..bucket list ✅. If we ever decide to visit again this place will be our #1 pick. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. Oh & the beds..absolutely dreamy. I could have slept all day! We were wondering what kind of sheets were used? I’ve never slept in a more comfortable bed away from home.

We absolutely loved staying at your place. You had all of the amenities needed for the perfect vacation. Your decorations are beautiful, the beds are super comfortable, the AC is cold (it's hot in August!), the location is great, the grounds of the resort are impeccable and everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful. Fabulous place to stay with a group! The space is very well stocked and great location on the ground floor. The resort is beautiful and Stacy’s recommendations were awesome! We loved Omar and our boating tour and he hooked us up with ATV riding on the beach. Overall great Cabo family vacation!

Relaxing family vacation
My family of 5 spent a week at this property and loved it! I didn't think we would have a view from the condo, but we could see the ocean and rocks in the distance. The pool was amazing and we spent most of our days lounging by the pool and hanging out in the pool. The beach was very pretty and clean, but we didn't spend as much time swimming in the ocean as the water was a little rough. We used a grocery delivery service that was great - I ordered the groceries a couple days before our arrival and all the food and drinks were there and put away when we arrived! We would highly recommend staying at this property and would stay here again if ever in Cabo.

Exceeded expectation!
Traveled with friends for a birthday celebration. First off, the owners were so quick to respond to every question. They provided tried and true resources, recommendations for fun and food, and clearly outlined what to expect.
The property and villa were even better in person than we expected. The location of these villas are just perfect! No lugging groceries and bags through the resort, no long walks to the pool and restaurants, and no confusing long hallways…. Plus ground floor ease!
The villas were equipped with everything you need plus so much more. The linens and beds were cozy as were the lounging areas.
Each of the guests have plans to rebook these exact villas again in the near future.
We had a delayed flight on our last day and the owner responded within minutes to our request for a letter check out. Considering there were no guests checking in that day, they graciously allowed us to stay a few more hours.
You just can’t go wrong. Highly recommend!

Relaxing vacation
Whether you're the family that stays and enjoys the pool, beach, and restaurants on site or prefers to explore the Cabo area, this place is the perfect place to stay. It has all the conveniences of home, has a spacious floor plan, and a relaxing and inviting outdoor living area. It's walking distance to lots of restaurants either on the beach or in town. Plus all of Stacy's recommendations were excellent and allowed us to enjoy our time in the sun versus researching restaurants and activities. Stacy is great, at check-in, there was a miscommunication, which was resolved by Stacy with a quick text and 5 minutes, with immediate reassurance that it would be fixed. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!!

Immaculate condo
Stacy's place is better than billed! We had a wonderful one week stay. The condo is on the ground floor near the lobby (no noise issues though) with views in the distance of the ocean and Arco. The pool is a short 1 minute walk and being on the ground floor was super nice especially with an infant. Stacy's place came with everything we needed and more. For our daughter, there was a high quality pack-n-play, a portable high chair, and even a pool floaties. The staff at Estancia bend over backwards for you and Stacy is a great host. My husband left his laptop in the condo and didn't realize until we were on our flight home. Stacy immediately jumped into action and arranged for the laptop to be safely secured and shipped to us a few days later. Highly recommend!!

This is the second time we have stayed at Villa La Estancia. Both times we stayed at Stacy’s Villa 2204 because it’s so perfect and accommodating. We love the ground floor walkout to head to the pool. The staff is responsive and friendly. Can’t say enough good things about this place. We will be back!

Overall the unit itself is very nice as is the property. The beds were comfy, rooms were clean, and property is well maintained. My only complaint is that the pool lounge chairs were completely full by 8am by people who would throw down towels and then not show up until noon. Hotel did nothing about it. If you dont want to get up at 7am to grab chairs, then this resort is not for you.

Pretty much paradise!
A gem! The resort is huge and beautiful but the unit itself could use some minor maintenance and updates. (Stacey was responsive and friendly to the issues). The service at the resort is top notch without being intrusive or over the top. Felt very covid safe— every employee we encountered was masked and it was easy to socially distance. We found the food to be on par both in price and quality with the surrounding restaurants which was nice (normally resort food and drink is sooo expensive!). I have been burned before with places saying they include pool towels so I packed a bag full of towels—don’t bother! The pool towels are abundant and luxurious. Be aware that unit is close to the lobby and front entry of the hotel and we heard lots of comings and goings. This also means it’s the longest possible walk to the beach and pools (but it’s still not far). The view is gorgeous. All in all a 5 star experience. Safe, clean, friendly, and relaxing. Stacy is a great property manager
Have been to La Estancia a few times and this condo was perfect for a family of five. Stacy reached a few times making sure everything was good and enjoy her charm and humor. This is a large condo and more of a home and has a washer/dryer and many little extras that make it a more comfortable place to stay. Fish tacos at the pool are better than most. Plus La Casona is a highly rated restaurant at the hotel. One of the best steaks I had in Cabo.
