Unit was as pictured. Location was great. Pool area gets limited sun exposure. Gym was located in another building so we didn’t use it. Would return again.

The property had a fantastic view, and beds pretty comfortable. However, not worth the total cost, check in process cumbersome, long valet wait, bathroom showers could use a good cleaning and no stock in kitchen with anything. Not even coffee for the morning! Given the location to easily get these things, the price per night and extra fees would warrant having included niceties (or necessities for some lol) like this. Also, cleaning people showed up before our check out time. Did not like feeling rushed. Overall ok but definitely not a good value.

The photos didn't do it justice. The view was amazing. We stayed all of 3 nights and enjoyed every minute. Parking was a bit of a hassle as you had to pay Valet for each trip you took your car. So we ended up calling uber. Otherwise it was great. Will definitely bookmark and stay again.

An inspiring view to celebrate our daughter’s graduation. Pros: Great location and rental/check-in process was superb. Beds were comfy and amenities offered were spot on. Thank you for the wine! Cons: the access lobby was being remodeled so we had to use the W Hotel access elevators. It took a while to go up or down!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was well appointed, well decorated, bright, clean and had great views. We also enjoyed the pool/pool deck, and the proximity to restaurants.

Great experience

Upon first glance the rental seemed to tick all the boxes. Be prepared for quite a few surprises, none of which benefit the renter. 1. In and out parking does not exist. If you want to get a parking pass, so that you can go in and out when you'd like. You can get one for 'cash only' and it gives you a spot across the street behind a church. You are required to have a fob to enter and exit but on Saturday and Sunday the security arm is up. So you can waste money purchasing it. 2. The biggest complaint would be the elevators (and seeing other reviews) seems to be an ongoing problem with this building. We were there Thursday-Monday and had to wait for an elevator for at the very minimum 15 to 20 minutes. (this was every single time we used the elevator) At one point a concierge had to take us up the freight elevator because we waited 35 minutes for one and it never came to the lobby. (there are 6 elevators) we were on the 32nd floor which made us feel like we were being held hostage. 3. To be fair, this apartment is geared towards the 30 and under crowd. In the grand room there was hair found on the pillow cases that clearly belonged to someone who used the room prior. There were used band-aids stuck to the metal framing of the living room window. (I still have no idea why they were there and why they were not removed before we stayed there) The balcony door was propped open when I first entered the apartment. (That was off-putting) Both bathrooms had there flaws. The grand bathroom shower head was frozen in place, so expect to be hit in the face when you get in. The spare bathroom has issues with the door of the shower, it will not shut unless it is slammed shut and then you have to push it hard to get out of the shower. We had issues with the TV remote for the grand room, when inspecting the batteries they were covered in corrosion. (filthy) There were permanent spills on the floor that just remain there. The furniture is clearly the cheapest that they could get. Not comfortable at all. The property showed lots of wear and tear. The locks on the front door are essentially cob-knobbed together. If the person across the hall shut their door, our door would shake as if someone was trying to get in. The noise level was high which is fine if you are there to party all night. (I was not) I would not consider this a 'Lux' listing. The cost of it did not match the expectations for us. It would be a hard pass in the future.

The apt and location is what we expected. We were very disappointed with the fact that elevators were not working and we needed to take the service elevators for the whole stay. Manager stated that as a matter of fact--not apologizing for the major inconvenience this caused. The place was noisy in the evening with construction on Monday morning without any prior information. Although the SPA is nice, access is complicated and you need to check in 3 places. We made the best out of our stay but we won't come back again.

Great place location Enjoyed much more than south beach locations

This is the second year staying at the property, and it met our expectations in every way. Maria is very responsive, the property is clean, and overall just a great experience. My friends usually stay in South Beach but they said they are really enjoying the Brickell experience more and more. We will be back!

We stayed 5 days. Brickell is the center of the financial district with many activities and great restaurants within walking distance. The apartment had everything we could possibly ever think to need plus amazing views.

Between the location and the amenities, you can be sure you’ll enjoy your stay here. Staff is very responsive and goes out of their way to make your stay the best.

We were here for a girls weekend and had a fantastic time the condo was beautiful and the location was ideal.

Enjoyed but elevators were frustrating at times.

Everything was perfect, great hosts, clean, great location

The condo was perfect; two bedrooms, two baths, and nice open kitchen dining living area. But the best part was the view. Sunrise every morning and glorious views of the city and impressive pool complex below. The location could not be any more convenient; walking, Uber, on-site amenities My wife and I with our two daughters had an unbelievable time; safe, swimming, lounging, great food, and a few day-trip adventures. It was a perfect Christmas vacation. Oh, can't forget the weather was perfect at 70's and 80's all week. Thank you!

Short stay for business. Place was amazing. Views amazing. Pictures 100¬curate. Great location!

This condo was exactly how it is pictured and described. Beautiful kitchen appliances (Wolf stove & Sub Zero refrigerator) but was disappointed with the little things. Cutting board felt like it was from the dollar store and measuring cups had cracks and could not hold liquid. Overall the unit itself was spectacular. The building was having issues with the elevators and we had to go to security (at the loading dock) 3 times in the first two days because our fobs would not work in the elevator. I don’t think any guest should have to go to a loading dock on their vacation. These fobs should be given out when you check in. On our last day when we were leaving we got stuck in the elevator for about 7 minutes until someone was able to pry open the doors. Lastly, I am still waiting on a copy of an itemized bill from the property manager. Overall had a wonderful time, the unit was perfect for us and we would definitely book this again.

This was a fabulous property with beautiful views in a great location. We would absolutely stay there again. Hosts were easy to communicate with as well.

This was an incredible property. The balcony views, especially at night, were gorgeous. Close to lots of food and shopping.

Very simple check in process.

The property managers made it easy to check in and get most of our questions answered. I was disappointed though that the living blinds didn't eork for our entire stay despite asking for it to be fixed on day 1. Overall we enjoyed our 10days at your beautiful home We plan to be back God willing.

This property is absolutely amazing. The pictures does not give this property justice. It was far better than we imagined. I was truly impress with the check-in process. Francisco was available and provided a smooth transition to get us on board for the week of our stay. We had a small issue with the door lock but they had maintenance come up and fixed it expeditiously. We are so happy with our stay and if they will have us again we would definitely stay here anytime we are in Miami.
